We're here to service you from the first inquiry through the completion of the relocation. Each Bailey's shipment is monitored by a personal move coordinator and is supported by our entire customer service center so every customer need can be addressed promptly.
After your delivery has been completed, we'll ask that you fill out a feedback survey to determine the success of your moving experience.
In the event that something should happen to any of your belongings, you can fill out the claim form, and we will be happy to answer any questions or assist you in any way possible.
