Bailey's Moving & Storage has operated in Colorado for over 70 years. What started as a regional moving company has grown into a full commercial and logistics operation with warehouse facilities, a fleet of trucks, and trained crews that work in business environments every day.

Bailey's Workplace is the sub-brand we created to make our B2B capabilities easier to find for the businesses that need them — facilities managers, operations directors, HR teams, interior designers, and project managers running complex projects that don't fit a standard moving contract.

We're not a startup trying to disrupt logistics. We're a company that's been doing this work, in this region, long enough to have solved most of the problems you're likely to bring us.

Why we exist

There's a gap between 'standard mover' and '3PL contract.' We fill it.

Most business logistics challenges don't fit neatly into a residential moving quote or a formal freight contract. They're too specialized for a standard mover, and too hands-on or too small for a 3PL engagement.

Bailey's Workplace was built for that gap. We combine the flexibility and service orientation of a commercial moving company with the operational depth of a company that has real warehouses, real fleets, and real crews that problem-solve on site.

The result is a logistics partner that can handle the jobs businesses bring us when they've already called everyone else and gotten “we don't do that.”

Trucks

We operate a fleet of commercial vehicles from sprinter vans to 26-foot trucks, with the right configurations for the kinds of jobs we do — furniture, equipment, multi-stop deliveries, and project cargo that doesn't fit standard freight. We deploy the right vehicle for the job, not the nearest available one.

Warehouses

Our warehouse facilities in Denver and Salt Lake City are purpose-configured for business projects — organized by client and project, not general public storage. We use them for FF&E receiving, renovation staging, employee relocation holdover, and phased inventory management.

Crews

Our commercial crews aren't residential movers doing business jobs on the side. They're trained specifically for business environments — active facilities, in-building navigation, systems furniture, and the kind of real-world problem-solving that complex projects always require. They stay until the work is done right.

We created the Workplace sub-brand because our commercial clients needed a way to engage with us that was clearly separate from our residential moving service. The needs are different, the scale is different, and the conversation is different.
