John and Saxxon did a fantastic job with our delivery. Our things came from Germany and they happily unboxed and put everything we ask back together and took all the packing material with them. They were very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed working with their team. Based on our experience we would happily recommend the company.
We did a local move with Bailey’s. Efraim, John and Samuel did a great job. On time, responsive and careful of our house and belongings, especially in the rain. Lincoln and Rachel were also on point and responsive from the office. This is our second move with Bailey’s and we definitely would use them again!
Chance and his team were great at moving my stuff in. Really appreciate the care they gave to the stuff
Thank you Mathew and Kili! Fast, efficient and pleasant to deal with. We only use Bailey’s for all our moving and storage needs!
I am shocked to see the four and five star reviews on Google for these losers. If I could give this disaster of a company zero stars I would. They must pay someone to leave fake positive reviews every couple of months. We will see how long this accurate and honest negative review actually stays up on Google. We made the mistake of hiring them to move our household from GJ to Nampa ID with about six weeks of storage in between. Literally everything that they touched was either filthy dirty, damaged or completely destroyed when it arrived in ID. I should note that several items did not even arrive. Sadly, most of our furniture was less that one year old and was in perfect shape before these savages had their way with it. The claims process was arduous with terrible communication and we ultimately only received about $1,900 for what was easily $15,000 worth of damage. They repeatedly told us the lack of communication and slow claims process was due to it being the "busy time of year". Think about that for a second. They must damage such a high percentage of their customer's property that there are so many claims that they can't even answer an email or return a phone call. Despite the fact that we paid extra for the "replacement cost" insurance. Anyone that reads this review and is stupid enough to hire these shysters/thieves to move their items deserves what they get.
We had a great experience! Bailey’s Moving and Storage came to our rescue when the company that was supposed to move us had issues with their truck and could not get us moved to Idaho in the expected timeframe. This was a problem because our buyers were taking possession of the house the very next day. The team that loaded us was courteous and professional, the driver was amazing and the team that unloaded us in Idaho was stellar. Special Thanks to… Corey Oliver – organized and coordinated the whole move and he was sympathetic to our situation. Katherine Brown – was our contact and regularly checked on the progress of the move and our satisfaction. Armando Carrillo – The best truck driver and team boss ever (protected and moved our baby grand piano) and kept the teams humming along. Trevor Peterson – with Five Star Moving Specialists, he and his team were very professional and efficient with unloading the truck and staging our belonging in our new house. E and B Keller
Kai, Jose, and Noel were such a huge help! The team was timely, communicative, and great to work with. We had several moving pieces to our office relocation, the guys were all very understanding and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend for future moves!
I can’t say enough good about the crew that came out with Josh P to do our extremely difficult, emotional eviction. They busted butt the whole time with care and professionalism. So glad I found you guys and I would highly recommend to anyone in the future
These guys were awesome and hard working. They didn’t complain about special requests or rearranging items. We would definitely hire them again. Thank to David, King Richard, Mitch, Samuel, and Juan.
John and Jose were here to prepack our art for an interstate move. They took care with are art work and did a fantastic job.
We used Bailey's Moving & Storage to move from Denver CO to Connecticut. We were very pleased with their service. Everything was done in a professional manner and there were no surprises. I want to thank Garrett, Kathryn, and MD (our long distance driver.) Moving is never easy, but Bailey's gave us one less thing to worry about. I recommend them 100%
Large area. The office is located in building number one near weighing. Before loading, it is necessary to weigh up and then go to the door indicated. At night, the entrance of the area is closed. They open at 7 a.m. Staff are professional and friendly.
Josh & Chris did a great job with our furniture move. They are a great team and very respectful of our home. Totally recommend them for our part move across the country.
Awesome experience with Bailey’s. Professional, friendly, extremely efficient and attention to detail.
Excellent job un-crating and unboxing. Staff was friendly, curteous, professional and respectful with our belongings. I would hire then again!
Both teams (packing & moving) did an amazing job! They were all super polite & very careful with our belongings. We had a tough move out of our building because of broken elevators & additional movers that showed up unexpectedly to move other residents, & they handled it professionally. This is our third move with Baileys, & will always use them in the future.
Great experience with CJ,s crew. They were professional, courteous, and took time to do the job right. I highly recommend Bailey's and this crew especially.
Bailey’s has always done a great job for us. CJ and his crew are awesome.
Brian, Manny, and Kevin did a great job helping me load a truck this morning! It was a tough job with a lot of heavy items. They were responsive and respectful, and got the job done!
