Baileys was awesome. Vivian kept us informed. Frank the driver was so helpful and made us feel at ease Considering much of our move was glassware, there was NOT EVEN ONE BREAKAGE! The quoted price is what we paid. When you need a mover call Baileys, you won't be sorry.
Matthew, Ricky, Afa, and Francisco were the BEST! Worked so hard, always cheerful never complaining, and they hailed so heavy items!! Great job guys and thank you!!

Beau & Erik were great! They helped us move our belongings into a storage unit after they had been stored at Bailey’s for two years. We didn’t have the best experience with the original crew who packed our things, so we were a little nervous going into it. Thankfully, Beau & Erik gave us a completely different experience. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole process go smoothly. We really appreciated their help!

I recently used Bailey's Moving and Storage for a full‑house move from Minden, NV to Colorado Springs, CO, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled our belongings with real care. Communication throughout the process was excellent — every step was clearly explained, and they kept me updated during the long haul. What stood out most was their professionalism. They protected the floors, wrapped furniture properly and appropriately, and loaded the truck with precision. Nothing arrived damaged, and they were just as attentive during unloading as they were during packing. Moving across states is stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. I would confidently recommend them to anyone planning a long‑distance move.

The guys were friendly, helplful and on time. They carefully wrapped each item in a padded blanket so I had no damage. At they dropoff they placed each item where I asked and took away all the trash. I was very happy with the experience.

This is our second time moving with Bailey's and they are absolutely incredible to work with! Linda and Abby were delightful to have packing our belongings and were in and out so quickly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Overall pretty disappointed with our move. The extra packing job we paid for was done really sloppily. My nice things like leather boots and shoes were just thrown into big boxes carelessly with heavy items put in on top of them, so everything came out smooshed and creased. When our truckload arrived, the majority of our boxes were crushed, which is very unsettling to see. Quite a bit of damage to our furniture. The process of claiming the damage has been unclear and frustrating. The communication, which was top notch before our move, has really taken a nosedive after the move.
Lost and damaged items I'm not sure how this company can be considered professional based on my experience, especially considering the cost. During pickup, furniture was not wrapped in blankets before being removed and loaded onto the truck. This resulted in damage and scratches on many items. The movers were rushed and disorginized. One box was never inventoried during pickup and therefore was lost. It contained a significant item, not of value, just of importance. Gone. In addition to that, a couple of other unboxed items were lost. These were large items, not easily misplaced. Those items may now belong to someone else, as when they made my delivery, they included items that did NOT belong to me. Ridiculous. Boxes not considered heavy-duty will be damaged. Guaranteed. There's little care given to anything. Delivery was delayed 2 days; I was never given a reason. And being a big tipper, as I was to all the movers, does not make a difference. I wish I could get my money back. I'm surprised by all this because we've always had good luck with Allied (Bailey's is an Allied affiliate), and I've used them a few times recently. If this is how Allied runs their affiliate program, it's disappointing, and I will unfortunately choose a different moving company next time.

Tyler, Colby and Riley were great with packing and loading. They worked fast and were very efficient. I’ve moved a lot and this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a moving service from beginning to end.
