Baileys was amazing! They helped us move the BYU prop shop to our new arts building. It was like moving 20 houses. They were so kind and efficient and communicated well. Would highly recommend them. Amazing crew!

The packing team for Bailey's comprised of Julie, Linda, Eddie, Hailey, and Abby was a dream team. They were all kind, respectful, efficient, professional, and packed our home as if it was a beloved family member. Thank you to each and every one of them for your integrity. We appreciate it.

Jose & Juan did an amazing job packing up our house. Asked questions if they needed of what needed to go and what was staying which helped me cause I forget a lot of things. Packed everything nice and neat. Made moving less stressful. Very kind! Easy to talk to and getting to know them was great cause we love making new friends. Very fast, efficient, funny, & respectful. Was Extremely Pleased With The Service I Received From Bailey's! Packing & Moving Things Across Country Is A Huge Stressor In People's Lives! Having Rachel Nielsen, As Our Move Coordinator Eased The Process Of Moving Because She Was Ever So Pleasant/Helpful/Attentive To Our Needs/And Reassuring Of The Process. She Would Always End Our Calls With: "If There Is Anything You Need Just Call!" I Knew By Her Tone She Was Most Sincere In Her Response! Bailey's Moving & Storage Is So Fortunate To Have Rachel Nielsen Be A Part Of Their Company!

If I could give Bailey’s Moving & Storage zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst moving experiences my family and I have ever had. I do want to recognize Linda and Eddie, who handled the packing portion of our move. They were excellent, worked incredibly hard, and treated our family and belongings with care. I left them a separate positive review because they deserved it. My criticism here is not directed at them. My concerns are with Bailey’s handling of the estimate, pricing, weight discrepancy, communication, and especially my experience with Lincoln Kelley. Before the move, we made major changes that reduced both what Bailey’s was packing and what went on the truck. We removed the TVs from Bailey’s packing services, substantially reduced the number of company-packed boxes, and removed major furniture including two couches, a refrigerator, dining-room table, king bed, and master-bedroom dressers. Despite those reductions, after loading I was told our shipment had increased by approximately 3,000 pounds. I repeatedly asked Lincoln for a clear explanation. He eventually sent a plus/minus reconciliation showing “+72 boxes,” and the driver also referenced about 72 additional boxes. But that still did not explain how the net result of everything added and removed produced roughly 3,000 additional pounds. The explanations were also inconsistent. At one point Lincoln referenced a “very large gun safe” as an example of added weight. I do not own a large gun safe. The safe we moved is a small safe used for coins and important documents. At another point Lincoln told me he was “not sure why the large weight difference” existed. To be clear, some items were added, including four F-150 tires and a loft bed. I have never denied that. What I questioned was how those additions, after accounting for the significant items removed, resulted in a net increase of approximately 3,000 pounds. I never felt that question was satisfactorily answered. Communication also became increasingly difficult while I was trying to resolve the issue. There were multiple reasons given for why Lincoln was unavailable to talk by phone, leaving me trying to work through a major pricing and weight dispute through texts, emails, and partial explanations. What made the experience worse was the payment situation. While I was still disputing the weight and asking for clarity, I was told that if the required amount was not paid, our household belongings could be placed into storage and we could potentially incur another $5,000–$6,000 in storage and related costs. At that point, with virtually everything our family owned in their possession, I felt I had no practical choice but to pay so our belongings would be delivered. Paying did not mean I believed the roughly 3,000-pound increase had been adequately explained. Unfortunately, we also discovered numerous damaged items after delivery and have had to go through the Allied claims process. Again, Linda and Eddie were excellent and deserve credit. Unfortunately, their good work could not overcome my overall experience with how the move was handled afterward. If you are considering Bailey’s, document absolutely everything: every estimate, every signed document, every change to packing services, and every item added or removed. If you are later told your shipment weighs thousands of pounds more than expected, insist on a detailed written reconciliation showing how all additions and removals support that increase. I repeatedly asked for that clarity and never felt I received it. Based on my experience, I would never use Bailey’s Moving & Storage again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sara, Haley, and Valerie were my packers for this move. They showed up and got straight to it! They were very thorough and I definitely trusted them to pack up my things. I was stressed about this move but they made it easy. Thank you ladies! Second day of the shipping guys coming to load up the car was a good day as well. Oscar and Anthony advocated for me too on a few things which was very appreciated! Thanks to you guys!

This company is great and provides a good service and gets 5 stars, but I have to leave a one star review specifically for Evan. He helped me and one of my buddies move and scuffed up some of my furniture and a few of my personal items came up missing. And the worst part, is my mattress smells like weed. Not a big deal, but I’d keep a close eye on him if you use the company.

Do not hire Baileys Moving & Storage / Allied Van Lines (Denver). This was, without exaggeration, the worst service experience of my life — and it cost us thousands of dollars, a week of our lives, and irreplaceable furniture. Here is exactly what happened, with dates, because everyone considering this company deserves the full record: The pickup (May 28): Baileys had no driver, so they sent two movers to pack out our 2-bedroom apartment. A job they quoted at 2-3 hours took 11 hours. The crew showed up without basic tools. When I had tools delivered to them mid-job, one of the movers asked me — the customer — how to disassemble my own bed. They never disassembled our queen bed or our mid-century buffet before moving them. Both were destroyed as a direct result: the bed frame is cracked, the headboard is disfigured, and the fabric is torn. The buffet is chipped, has a long scratch across the front, and now has wobbly legs. The no-show delivery (June 9): Our contractual delivery window was June 3-10. At pickup, we were explicitly told our things would arrive June 9. We built our entire cross-country drive and work schedules around that date. I called our "moving coordinator," Barb, four separate times in the days before to confirm delivery. Barb never returned a single call. On June 8 — the day before delivery — I called Baileys' main switchboard myself and was told, for the first time, that our shipment had never even been picked up from Denver and no driver had ever been assigned. Left stranded: My wife and I had both taken the day off work to receive our belongings. Instead, we were stuck in Brooklyn with our dog, an air mattress, and one suitcase of clothes — no kitchen items, no basic necessities. Baileys offered zero proactive updates; every piece of information came from us calling them. Their solution when we asked about the cost of hotels was a $100/day reimbursement offer — which doesn't come close to covering a hotel that accepts two adults and a dog in NYC, let alone the cost of not being able to cook a single meal in our own home. The delivery, finally (June 16): Our shipment arrived 7 full nights later than promised. Baileys' own dispatch never called to tell us it was coming — we found out from the driver directly, the day of. No one called to confirm the delivery went smoothly. No one from Baileys has called, before or since, to apologize for any of this. The damage: Our Article queen bed (frame cracked, headboard disfigured, fabric torn) and our mid-century buffet (chipped, deep scratch across the front, legs now wobbly) were both damaged specifically because the crew never properly disassembled or protected them — despite this being a standard, basic part of any professional move. We lost time off, endured 7 extra nights on an air mattress with none of our things, no ability to cook, and irreplaceable furniture — all because Baileys couldn't manage to keep a driver on schedule, communicate honestly, or send a crew that knew how to do the job. If you are considering Baileys Moving & Storage in Denver for a move, especially a long-distance one, look elsewhere. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Pam and Eddie were an amazing pack team. Made the moving process enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend these guys to handle your moving needs. In addition the movers that came to pick up my household goods were Francis and Afu, they were friendly and very professional they took great care with all of my items. I would love to have this company handle my moving needs in the future!
