I wish I could give 6 stars for the recent household move that Bailey's performed for me! In 2019 we enlisted Bailey's to move a large manufacturing company I owned. Their work then was detailed, timely, and so well executed that when it came time to move my home, I enlisted Bailey's again. I'm so glad I did. Although not the least expensive moving service, you can count on receiving great value and peace of mind from your investment. From frequent phone calls to check on progress to the expert care in packing, and on through the physical move, all was done with care for my family and our belongings. The men of the moving crew were amazing! Thank you Brock Sr., Brock Jr., Bennet T., Emmanuel L., Johnathan H., and Joshua F.! Thank you Bailey's!!!
Levi, (the lead) Travis, Devonte were awesome. They handle the unloading and unpacking of our household goods from Germany . They were so courteous and very polite. Kudos to these wonderful hard wotking staff!
Bailey’s was the best. They delivered personal and attentive service from the initial quote throughout the move. Best part was never worrying about being directed to a call center. Phew! Michelle always answered calls, texts and emails personally! Tyler and Brayden were super efficient with the move. Nice guys you can trust with your belongings! Quote was spot on, no surprises or up-charges. Great company- Much better than huge companies that just outsource you. Daisy was happy too, loves her new nook!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MOVING AND STORAGE!! They helped move my mom to Texas recently and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First off they forgot to pull her stuff out of the warehouse and was over a week late with delivering her items. They kept giving her the runaround and making excuses as to why they were late. She asked for some financial compensation for being inwithout her items, and they also gave her the runaround for this. Then, when she finally received her items, several things were missing and damaged. Several pieces of artwork was gone, several personal family photos were gone. Her solid wood dresser look like someone had kicked it in. Her jewelry box was missing. She has reached out to the owner, Allison several times. If you were ever looking for a moving company look somewhere else. If you value your possessions look somewhere else. Also, if you come across Allied moving, they are affiliated look somewhere else.
The guys who helped were named; Julius, Scott, Marvin, and Elijah, were extremely polite and helpful. They worked extremely hard.
Movers awesome but also credit to Michelle in the office helping us when closings changed more than once. Thanks.
Tim and Elijah were very friendly, and fast! They kept us in the loop of everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. 10/10!
Our moving crew from Bailey’s (Brock, Brock Jr. , Josiah, Andre, and Francisco) who helped is for the past two days was outstanding. They were all so professional and went the “extra mile”. Ours was a complicated move and they handled it perfectly. We are so grateful for their excellent service. Thanks to each of you!
Great experience with Bailey’s crew!! Pack up and loading with Pam, Linda, Mitch, Jaime, Christian, Matt, Colton, Kaden and Corban was efficient and the run were all very knowledgeable!! Lindsey at the office is responsive and helpful!!
This is my 15th move and has to be one of the worst ones yet. Let me just start off with Lincoln Kelly who came out and did our estimate for boxes and weight. He was WAY off, and we even had him come out twice to evaluate everything. After he miscalculated everything he asked if we could help cover the rest of the cost so he didn’t have to. Are you joking, do your job right the first time and that wouldn’t have happened. Next, when the people came out to pack up our house they only sent out 2 people and not enough boxes. They were finally able to get some help but then had to wait for them to bring more boxes. Lincoln quoted us 4 wardrobe boxes, 4! We are a family of 4 and he thought that was enough? Really? But the packers were fine, they didn’t really label things and just crammed all kinds of stuff into boxes that don’t belong together and then didn’t even label it right. Honestly couldn’t even tell you where half of our stuff is. And then we have the loaders/unloaders and movers, literally the worst. They had originally only sent out TWO people!! And they had to wait until they could get more people out to help them load. The first two loaders that showed up were annoyingly loud. Most of our stuff showed up scratched, broken, and messy. Like they just have no care in the world about your stuff. I mean come on, we are hard working people who work hard for our belongings and you want to treat us like we are nothing and like you aren’t getting paid? If you can’t do your job right, THEN DON’T DO IT!!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my enemies. Just pathetic, do better people.
Awesome team. Knowledgeable, hard working and fun to have around! If you need a hardworking crew, these are the ones you want!! Highly recommend!
We had the best experience with Bailey's Moving and Storage. Full house install including storage of newly purchased furnishings during construction all handled flawlessly by the Bailey's Team. Special thanks for Mitch, Matt, Ron and Judson.
We had 4 fantastic gals from Bailey’s moving and storage (Sara, Hola, Vianca, and Janay) they were wonderful! They worked hard, quickly, and were so accomodating. They were friendly, professional and very careful and organized with our large home. If we ever move again I’d want the same team! Thank you Bailey’s!!
Amazing company. From day one to weeks after we moved we received nothing but great customer service. We moved from Colorado to South Carolina and had a ton of questions, every time they provided a positive answer and are quick to respond. I would 100% recommend Baileys Moving and Storage!
The packers, loaders, and movers were great. Everyone was kind and helpful. There was some damage to our wall, but our furniture and belongings were in good condition. There was some miscommunication in scheduling, so they took an extra day longer than what we had been told when booking the service, and that was unfortunate, but there wasn’t anything to be done about it for us. Overall, we’re grateful for the service and glad we booked it.
Max and Tim were great, very professional and quick. The largest effort was spent building the box (usually a crate) to put the boxes in (I’ve never seen that practice).
The move was a disaster. They lost a box containing irreplaceable heirloom items -- FOUR GENERATIONS OF FAMILY PHOTOS — IRREPLACEABLE. Especially considering my father died when I was young and THESE WERE THE ONLY MEMORIES I HAVE OF HIM. And of my mother who passed a couple years ago. 4 Yearbooks of when my father served aboard the USS Badoeng Strait in the Korean War. His Naval patches and cap. His commendations. Rocks accumulated from family trips — some precious, like fossils and petrified wood. Many items were broken or damaged. At the destination, the helpers to unload did not show up and I had to help the driver unload the entire truck. I was overcharged (had a minimum load) to begin with. I usually move myself -- this is the first time I hired a "professional" company and I totally regret it. I have called and left voicemails and emails with the office about my missing and damaged items and NO ONE has responded. I have been in my home for almost 2 weeks now..... Stay away from the company. Edit - I finally got an email 2 weeks into my begging them to respond. It was callous and crass. They show zero remorse for what they are responsible for. All they did was give me a link to file a claim. How am I supposed to put a dollar amount on FOUR generations of family history!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!
The two young men, Tyler Fleming and Christian Miller were excellent workers. They were friendly, polite and efficient.
