Matt and Mitch were AWE SOME! It was so nice that they both had a great attitude. I imagine it is really hard work, but they were upbeat and kind the entire time!!
Wonderful experience! Linda and Pam were great to work with, took great care of my stuff and a delight to visit with. Josh and Jon moved all my stuff and it was a great experience
Bailey's was dishonest with us the entire time. After contracting with Bailey's, I called several times over the weeks prior to verify is our move was on schedule. I was told they had a long haul driver lined up to load on the 19th, and then delivered by the 28th at the latest. On the 19th the moving crew arrived and told me that our stuff was being taken to their warehouse until they could find a driver. Our stuff was not even picked up from their warehouse until the 27th. It was contracted to be delivered 1358 miles away by the 28th. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! It took Bailey's 15 days to deliver out items. We didn't receive our items until 5 days after the contracted delivery deadline. BAILEY'S MOVING & STORAGE IS VERY DISHONEST. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company. Our stuff was ruined. mattress lost brand new bedframe lost I could go on and on. This was the worst experience we have ever had and we have moved quite a few times. Do not use this company whatsoever. They treated our belongings like they were a piece of trash. Boxes horribly labeled that we can not even find our silverware. Ruined our television. It was laying on its side in a crate that clearly stated to remain up and that it was fragile. Had a 500 lb garage item fallen over laying on top of the television. I will be reporting this to the highest authority that I can! The packing moving crew were horrible too. We’re arguing in front of us, cussing at one another. I honestly did not scratch the surface. Just be aware and stay away!
DO NOT USE them!!! They completely destroyed so many of our things, brought us wrong furniture, lost mattresses, beds etc. They separated our things and half of it arrived 3 weeks late and they “didn’t know” where it was. The worst part, no one seems to care! Absolutely horrible experience. Every time I open a box I find broken things.

The Packing team of Larkin and Steven were just as awesome and our family would highly recommend Bailey’s to everyone looking for the best moving experience!
Chris and his crew did a great job packing all our household goods. They were friendly, fast and efficient.
Our particular move was for a cross-country permanent change of station with the military. Since it's been 32 years since I last PCS'd, I didn't know what to expect, but Tim and Max blew us away. They were conscientious, attentive, and took good care of all our property. I was surprised there was only two of them, but they put in the work of a crew twice their size! If there was anything they couldn't pack, they let us know why. There were a few items that took ingenuity to pack, like the moose, elk, and deer antlers, but they handled everything with precision. If I ever have a move again and need someone to pack me out, I'd be honored to have them back!! Great job, Bailey's!
Bailey’s did a great job with my move out of Colorado, from packing to loading. Tim and Max were considerate during packing and treated my belongings well. Julius and his crew (Max and Rus) were fantastic during the loading as well. First time in many moves that all furniture and walls made it out in the same condition it started in.
Jack and Armannni did a great job moving stuff from the basement to driveway for a garage sale!

In April I hired my first professional movers to move me from my townhome into a storage unit. It was a horrible experience. As I'm preparing to move across the country, I was absolutely terrified to hire movers again after my first experience. However, I met with Kasey, and he was amazing. He told me I'd be in good hands and it would be a better experience. Jump to today when Bailey's moving showed up with Oscar, Dallin and Michael. They were professional from the first hello to waving goodbye. As Oscar carefully inventoried every box and piece of furniture, Dallin and Michael carefully loaded it into the truck. They worked quickly, but carefully. The rewrapped and retaped things that needed special attention, and treated every item with care as though it was a precious antique. I was so impressed watching these men work today, and I can't express my gratitude enough. Kasey was definitely right...it was a much better experience and I highly recommend Bailey's moving and storage, especially Oscar, Dallin and Michael!
Brock Jr, Brock Sr and Joe were very profesional, showed up on time, and worked hard to get everything loaded and moved! Definitely deserve mover of the month. EDITED: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They employ the traditional bait and switch tactics that you read about online, and do not take responsibility when things are not done properly. For example, the original binding estimate was off by ~ 1,700 pounds and the sales team tried to manipulate me into paying > $1000 more than expected. First, the majority of items on the inventory list were marked as soiled, despite several items being less than 6 months old and in brand new condition. According to the company, when they mark an item as soiled it could mean that the item was slightly dusty. Second, our stuff was picked up on time but is not going to be delivered on time. Make sure you are aware that if your stuff is not delivered on time you will only be compensated $100/day. Unfortunately, when you are making a long distance move with a family and have to continually change your plans, that is not enough to cover basic costs, like a hotel room. Lastly, they do not treat you with respect when you call on the phone and all they talk about is their reputation and how it shows they are a good company. In my experience, this company has been the exact opposite. Currently living one of the horror stories you read online about long distance moves.

They moved my items and broke an antique piece of furniture and an ikea bookshelf. This is because they sent 2 brand new people who didn’t know how to move furniture. It took me 10+ follow ups on my claim to get them to send someone to fix the antique furniture and I still haven’t received my check they promised which I have now followed up on 3 more times and still no answer. I moved last September now it is June. They don’t care because they’ve already been paid
Max and Tim were excellent. Friendly and hard working. Good communication. Good job cleaning up. Every thing was well packed. Great job. Would highly recommend them.
The men did an excellent job under the circumstances. They were really easy to work with and very professional. They made Bailey's look good.
