This was, quite simply, the best move we've ever experienced. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, ensured that our household goods were handled with care, and that the whole transaction was completed with a minimum of drama. Worthy of particular note was our driver (Luis), who was extremely pro-active in keeping us informed of the progress of the moving van up to the day of delivery, and I couldn't have hand picked a better delivery crew. Communication throughout the process was outstanding - my special requests and supplemental questions were always answered promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they're terrific.

Pam, Hailey, Moneek, and Bethany did a phenomenal job packing ip my home for an international move. They were efficient , knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful if my property. All while being cheerful and friendly. They all seemed to enjoy their work. I thank them for making a stressful situation less so.

Very detailed and thorough analysis of my moving needs. Due to my life changing circumstances, able to schedule the move on short notice. Very professional movers. Team of 4. Organized and friendly. My move went smoothly. There was excellent communication with the crew. All of them were super helpful. They made good time and everything arrived safely. My crew was Brock, Jake, and Beef. I've been in the industry for a very long time. Sales team provided a great number for our move. Asked us to disassemble certain items prior to the move or have them disconnected. Here are some massive issues. First of all I expect a professional moving company who is being paid for a full pack provide a mattress bag. Luckily my mom checked because one wasn't on the list for a brand new sleep number which was a little over 10k Next the sales rep failed to actually measure our fridge to get it out for the move. We were only asked to disconnect that item. The driver explained it was the sales reps fault now the company is telling us it's the drivers fault and ours for not reaching out to them on the day of when they couldn't move the fridge. Does that really seem like my responsibility when the driver is telling me nothing can be done? So not only is the company blaming me for not being able to move the fridge they wont even reimburse the cost of not being able to move the fridge which I felt was very reasonable. But no that's on us. Great cost. Great delivery window. Piss poor customer service.

Baileys moving and storage in Colorado Springs did a great job of delivering my things to my home the day I requested. Deb in the office did a great job communicating with me on slight delays that came up. The guys that delivered my things (Jomayne B. and Monta S.) were very professional they handled all of my things like it was there's and constantly communicated with me to know exactly where I wanted things and even how I wanted things put together, also very understanding with my children running all around them while they worked. Would hire those two by name for every move.

Pam, Sunshine and Hailey were all amazing. They were very diligent and careful in handling everything. They had great attitude and communicated with us frequently. The packing was thorough and efficient. I was particularly impressed with how they handled antique items. Very highly recommend them !!!!

Bailey’s Moving and Storage is, in my experience, one of the most unreliable and disappointing companies I have ever dealt with—I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you find that the logged hours fall short of what was expected, be prepared to wait one to two months for a refund and a clear explanation of the discrepancy. After numerous unanswered calls, I drove 40 minutes to Bailey’s office to follow up on my refund. When I arrived at noon, only two people were present in the building, and the rest had already left. I waited for about an hour and a half until someone finally approached me and said they would speak with the appropriate person and call me back; however, I never received any follow-up. Additionally, they failed to inform me that I would be charged for the distance from Bailey’s office to my home. I was billed for an extra 90 minutes of travel time, even though the contract did not state that I was responsible for these charges. According to transportation law, such fees should have been clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. Proceed with caution if you’re considering using their services.

Great service from baileys team. Brock J. Sr., Josh F, John H, and David K were professional and efficient in packing and picking up our items. Even though they were significantly late without any notice, they were very apologetic about it. Hoping for better correspondence and communication at the next trip.
