Juan, Michael and Dalan were careful and very professional. They also did a great job cleaning up and best of all they were very pleasant conversationalists!
José and Oscar were amazing. Very fast workers and very nice! These two do great work!
Excellent communication. They were able to access my storage unit while I was out of state. They were always able to answer questions we had over the phone. The packing was iffy. Had a handful of small items that broke during transport. They put a very fragile porcelain statue in the center of a heavy box and it broke. Honestly those were inconsequential. My biggest concern was my elk skull: The nose was snapped off during transport. It wasn't in a crate and had no protective packaging around the skull. It was placed on the floor of the truck between some boxes. Ultimately the antlers didn't break, and the rest of the skull was intact. We could have chosen to crate it, but it would have increased the cost. TL;DR: great communication, questionable packing when dealing with weird items.

I'm sorry that I now have to amend my review because of very poor customer service when I submitted a claim. Of course one assume's that something could be broken or lost in a move which is why we paid for full value insurance. There were only a couple of things that were damaged but one was a very beautiful French heirloom accent table. It was purchased a few years ago at an estate sale and therefore no receipt. But I had proof of the importer and comparable values easily found online. They packed it very poorly. It was merely shrink wrapped not put in a box with any padding. The marble top was shattered. We claimed $800 which is far less than its value in the market. They gave us $400 and a link on Amazon where we could buy a top! As if that was the only thing that needed to be replaced. There was no ability to discuss it with them and I found them quite disrespectful. Buyer beware of anything you cherish in your move.

Our movers were Oscar A. Freddie M. And Abdul B. They were excellent they are on time. They are professional. They were courteous. They were efficient. They were effective. They were thoughtful and they were clean and neat. They answered all questions. We’ve never had movers before but these three gentlemen were exceptional in every way. We were being moved to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for three years and Bailey’s has been exceptionally responsive, informative, and helpful. Thank you.

The Bailey’s team was extraordinary! Chris gave me great advice and walked me through the process for moving my 6,200 sq ft home. The guys - Jake, Brock, Dave, Jeff K, Jeff S and Jon - had my entire home packed nicely into the truck by 1p and unpacked in my new home by 4p. Unbelievable. So grateful.
Austin was fantastic. There’s so many out there in the moving business that are trying to push you, and I never felt that from Austin. Although the service is a little more expensive, I have no doubts about this company taking care of their customers. Highly recommend Austin and his team.
This was, quite simply, the best move we've ever experienced. Everyone from the estimator, to the packing and loading crew, to the driver were extremely professional and ensured that our household goods were handled with care, and that the whole transaction was completed with a minimum of drama. Communication was outstanding - my special requests and supplemental questions were always answered promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they're terrific.
