We recently worked with Bailey's Moving and Storage for our relocation on 27 August, 2025 and I couldn’t be more grateful for their exceptional service. From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They handled our belongings with care, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make a stressful transition feel smooth and manageable. What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism—they treated our home and our family with genuine respect, which made all the difference. In a season full of logistics and uncertainty, their reliability was a gift. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking trustworthy, hardworking movers who take pride in what they do. Austin O. came to help us with a move from the house to storage. He came the first day with a crew of one and helped do some boxing that we needed to finish and came the second day with four more men to actually do the move. They were fun, plate, and made the job and stressful due to their great mannerisms. They did an excellent job in the move as well. Highly recommend Bailey’s.

Salesman was great; items were packed very well; boxes only vaguely identified; shipment coordination-SLOW-we had to push for information; truck had mechanical problems delivered 2days after delivery window. Not our best move.
We recently moved from Pine, Colorado to Lakeside, Montana. The Bailey's team, from estimation through final delivery and follow-up, was absolutely outstanding. Their attention to detail, can-do attitude, and affordability was exceptional. Highly, highly recommend Bailey's.

Moving isn’t fun, but you made it much less painful than it usually is!

Rod Berry and Miguel Chavez did an amazing job of carefully wrapping my furniture and quickly, safely loading onto the Bailey’s truck. They were professional, considerate, and very careful not to damage my home or the things they were loading. It was a joy to work with them, and their high performance gives me confidence that my furniture and boxes will arrive safely across the country.
Today’s movers worked hard and quickly. Important pieces were properly protected and loaded securely—another strong team from Bailey’s moving and storage! I would use this team again in a heartbeat.

Mike did an awesome job! He had one other guy there helping him, but I didn't catch his name. We were moving offices. They were on time, moved things safely and efficiently and unloaded the items the same way! Would 100% recommend them to someone looking to need help moving.

Worst Moving Experience – Extensive Damage & Poor Handling We recently used Bailey’s for our final move in the Army, and it was by far the most disappointing moving experience we’ve ever had. Nearly every step of the process was careless and unprofessional. Many of our items arrived broken, scratched, or completely destroyed — including irreplaceable family photos and sentimental items. Boxes were packed haphazardly with random items thrown together, fragile belongings had no padding, and several boxes had clear water damage and even mold. I would never recommend them. We have 7,000 in damage.
