The Bailey's team did a fantastic job for my recent cross country move. They were professional and incredibly quick on the pack out, only needing a couple hours to have everything boxed up and ready for loading with just two packers!
Update after day 2: If I could give 10 stars for Linda, Sara, Juan, and Hebta, I would! They were fantastic, professional, efficient, and thorough! Thank you for making my moving experience great! Everyone treated my home and items like their own. I’ve moved many times and this was hands down the best packing day and loading day! Best seen to date. Thank you!
Jamie and Michelle were so knowledgeable about what I needed to do to get moved after living in the same house for over 40 years. They were patient with answering questions, very friendly, always available, and totally dependable. Jack T. and his team were fantastic with moving us. Very professional, efficient, polite, respectful, friendly and took great care of our belongings. The team worked like a well oiled machine. Everything just flowed smoothly and quickly. Very impressive. Great group of people that knew their job. We couldn’t have asked for a better Moving Company. They all made our move less difficult and stressful. Sure appreciate it.
We had such a great experience working with the Baileys/Allied team! We moved cross country and all of our stuff made it safely. Everyone was so professional, communicated clearly and made the process easy. From getting a quote and working through the contract with Blake to working with the driver, Jeff, we had a seamless and smooth experience. Thank you Allied/Baileys for making something so stressful such an easy process!
Nick, Jose, and Aoquso we're an awesome crew! Arrived promptly. They were meticulous in unpacking and most importantly they asked me where I wanted everything UNLIKE a lot of moving companies that just throw all your stuff in and hurry off. If I ever move again I will be using Bailey's.
Baileys moving was so easy to work with & especially great when it came to loading up the house! Very careful & protective of our things! Great customer service in the office as well!
We are moving out of state and had the packers for two days (large 4 bed, 4 car tandem garage, basement, office, loft) and movers for one day. Since we are military family we have had several out of state moves and I remember all my past experiences with prior moves as unpleasant and difficult. Like going to get your braces tightened at the orthodontist. Bailey’s has been the most organized by far, not without hiccups but those hiccups have been handled quickly and professionally. And I’ve had far more hiccups/problems with other companies. I think this company really values our time as clients and has treated us, our home, and our possessions with respect. I have to shout out Tim and Megan who have been utmost professionals and packed our stuff with care. I’ll update this review with the rest of my experience as they are holding onto our stuff in long term storage until we find a house.
They are on time they loaded and unloaded packages and equipment with care . The whole crew was helpful and funny . They made our move easy and we're professional. The guys I had was Brock Jr , Carlos , John , Manny , Kevin Garcia , James warden , Bryan , Conner, Brandon, Charles frank
Freddie and Martin were very helpful in carrying all of the boxes to each room where we needed them to be and opening some of the boxes. All the boxes arrived safely here. Most things were okay even though some small items seemed to have suffered a little on the the way here…

I’d recommend finding a different mover. I found this to be the worst move I’ve done and I’ve moved across country serval times and with baileys it was only a 40 minute move yet it felt like the most complicated. They’re priced in the same arena as their competitors so it’s worth finding someone else. All was fine until we lost a part for my couch on the move and then came the silent treatment. I spent a lot of effort finding the part for my couch on my own, the liaison (Phil) who set up the move who started out as a great communicator gave me the ghost treatment, and overall I found this to just be a headache and a big waste of my time. I would not use this company again.
Paid $4,549.47 for what should have been a very easy move of a 1BR + office for one person from Denver-San Diego. If showing up on time and timely communication of any sort is important to you before, during and after the move, find someone else. On move day, crew arrived 6+ hrs late (cost: another day's rent in Denver and a wasted day of rent in SD). Sent 3 men (2 from another moving company... I kid you not). I heard a lot of excuses but no one wanted to take control of the situation. Also, they're still paper-based, which explains a whole lot. Not low-tech... NO Tech. My move-in (from another Allied company) was more of the same. 6+ hrs late, no communication whatsoever and this time, a crew of 2, neither of which were Allied guys. I requested some sort of compensation. Anything to demonstrate that they cared. 2 months later, I get the following email. Overall, an expensive disappointment. --- We are sincerely sorry that our communication left you feeling in the dark on the scheduling. It is not the way we would want our customers to feel during this stressful time. Unfortunately, we had some breakdowns with crew call outs, mechanical failures, and last-minute customer changes that caused some chaos on the day of your load. As a rebound many of our customers felt like they had less than stellar communications that day. For that we are sincerely apologetic and have coached our operations teams how to perform better during that type of situation. May through September is our peak season, and the volume fluctuates heavily during those months. It takes stellar planning and training to implement perfectly. Perfection rarely exists, though we try daily to attain it. We did perform your services as contracted, though we did not show up during the window we told you to expect us. We are not always able to perform to the exact windows that we plan but we typically would update you of that. You were loaded and delivered on the dates promised in your contract. We consider that a win on a day like that. But we do sincerely apologize that you felt our communication lacking. We are continually training and teaching to prevent potential breakdowns of communications in the future. If the terms of your contract had been broken there may have been a monetary compensation for that. But in this case, there is nothing to compensate you for. Respectfully, Barb Azeltine
We moved from Colorado to California. Bailey’s provided a full service move including packing. Everything arrived intact. No complaints there. The crews (packers, driver and local contract crews on both ends) were great to work with. The price was very reasonable. I’d recommend them. Moving sucks, but Bailey’s took a lot of the stress out of the process by being easy to work with and taking good care of our belongings. Two thumbs up…..
