Jack, Alex, Tim, Dante, and Nicolas did a great job packing up my furniture for a long term storage move. They were extra careful with my high value items and I appreciate their attention to detail. Everyone worked hard the entire time. The walls got a little scuffed when they moved the couch, but they are going to be working with me on a solution for that. Professional team and I would use them again.
This rating is for the support staff that walked me through my moving experience. Vivian Roos (Colorado Springs) was unbelievably helpful, and in a world where she deals with hundreds of customers, she made me sure to communicate with me and walk me through any problems. She is a wonderful representative for Bailey's Moving and Storage and hopefully will be recognized for her exceptional work.

The crew from Bailey’s were polite and efficient. Very helpful! Couldn’t hope for better!
Martin, Jarrod, Martell were fantastic. They were on time and worked very diligently in the middle of the Colorado summer. It took exactly as long as they estimated and they were very efficient. The administration side was also very communicative throughout the process. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone.
On time. Very knowledgeable. Worked efficiently and did a great professional job.
Prompt, professional & hard working. No breaks & had to deal with an elevator. Great job.
Don't Bother... Had an appointment for an inventory review scheduled, then they called and offered an earlier time slot, but they were a no show. To make it even more frustrating, they won't answer their phones. Doesn't bode well for a moving company.
Martin and his crew were awesome and very friendly! Very quick to move things and very professional
Timely, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend. Martin and team moved us in a breeze, no damages and very time efficient
Great personalized services. Our crew went above and beyond to create a smooth move. Every step was super perfect. There is no better moving company.
Juan and his team did great job moving 200 + boxes and items as well as our piano to the 53' truck, very professional service and he came back after we discovered some hidden boxes in the closet, thanks a lot Juan and your team!
Taviton and his crew did amazing! They brought over 100 dressers to our school. They also hauled away just as many pieces of furniture. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Thanks again Taviton!
Bailey's Moving and Storage provided a fantastic moving experience. Both the packing and loading teams were punctual, professional, and respectful of our belongings. They wrapped everything meticulously, and the move was completed on time. We were particularly impressed with their regular communication and attention to detail. A few shout outs: Ali for her thoroughness and Des for his sincerity and humor. The queen of operations, Deb, was just a joy to communicate with - we knew we were in great hands…Thanks Deb. Highly recommend!
We moved from Bend, Oregon to Broomfield, Colorado a little over a week ago! Matt and his crew with Bailey Moving and Storage delivered and so carefully unloaded our entire house of boxes and furniture! They were so thoughtful and careful with our belongings! We are over the moon happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing moving services!
Sara and the girl helping her were amazing!! VERY efficient. They worked so hard and they were sick
Mitch and Edgar went above and beyond for our company. They were very patient waiting for us for a couple of hours after a communication mix up. They were kind and gracious.
