Want to give a shout out to Freddie and Francisco. They did an amazing job managing our move. I would not hesitate to hire Bailey’s again!
Bailey's moving and storage provided excellent service to me today. Jared, Martin, and Ryan were the gentleman that carefully and efficiently moved my household belongings to my storage unit. These men were polite, they were professional, and they were kind and helpful. To the management of Bailey's moving the storage I would say that you have excellent representatives of your company and that you should be very proud of the services they provide.
Mitch, Matt, and Pedro did an amazing job! They worked hard, were pleasant to have around, had a great work ethic, and did everything we asked of them. They are top notch employees! Wonderful service.

Chase and Josh were great. They called and confirmed the time they would arrive and were on time. They were easygoing, friendly, professional, respectful, and efficient. Chase asked permission to play appropriate music and was very pleasant to talk with. Josh was kind and mindful. They both stayed on task and were flexible with my requests with both packing and keeping the home clean. They set aside items for me that I missed like personal documents and such. They labeled boxes clearly and organized. I especially appreciated how well they wrapped any item that was fragile. I would absolutely welcome them into my home and use their moving/packing services again.

Linda, Victoria, Kassidy, and Naseri were absolutely fantastic. Best packers and crew we’ve had in 18 years, and 8 moves!
We were moving things to storage before a final move date. Four guys and one huge truck appeared. They were finished loading in under 15 minutes. Thank you! The final move days arrived. Jack and the crew from Grand Junction packed up the last minute and fragile items and got the truck loaded in about 4 hours. Professional and friendly guys. Wishing them well. On the east side, Tyler, AJ, Donnie and Ryan unloaded everything quickly and efficiently. Another great crew. Only damage found was to a metal tool cabinet. Haven’t heard from the company about it.

Bailey’s did a fantastic job. From the walk-through estimate to pick up to delivery, no complaints whatsoever.
Team was friendly and cooperative, carefully numbered and packed everything, but at nearly last item, passing the couch through the front door left several scratches on the door that will need repair/staining.
Totally regret working with this company. We had them do a full pack and it was terrible, mislabeled boxes or not labelled at all, unpacked items. When we had damage I contacted our sales rep who was defensive the told us he'd forward it in to make a claim. That was over 2 weeks ago now and I haven't heard from them. I'd never recommend using them, mainly due to the sales rep, and I've made sure our realtor doesn't either. Awful.
1 out 2 I had the pleasure of working with Linda, Bethany, and Kasidy as they packed up my home, and they were absolutely amazing. From the start, they were professional, polite, and well-organized. They took the time to explain the packing process, briefed me on what items could and couldn’t be shipped, and made sure I was comfortable with each step. As they finished each room, they reviewed the list with me to ensure nothing was missed. Their teamwork and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Fili, Damian, and Judson from Bailey’s Moving & Storage, and I cannot say enough good things about their performance. They started by briefing me on the entire process, walked me through what they were moving, and asked if I had any questions. They took the time to go over the packing list in detail and confirmed what items were Pro Gear, Spousal Gear, and general household goods. Their attention to detail was exceptional. What truly impressed me was their care and precision. They wrapped and packed everything thoroughly—making sure all fragile items were handled with special attention. Not a single scratch or damage to my equipment or the home. They even checked with me about wrapping certain items and confirmed the placement of delicate things. They were extremely courteous and made sure I had signed all the necessary paperwork before wrapping up. I’m genuinely shocked—in the best way—at how smooth and professional the experience was. Bailey’s should be proud to have this team representing them. I highly recommend them for any move!
