Construction

Logistics support for construction projects — staged, scheduled, and coordinated with your project timeline.

We handle FF&E receiving, warehouse staging, jobsite delivery, and on-site labor support — so your project schedule doesn't slip on logistics.

The problem we solve

Construction projects fail on logistics more often than on construction.

Furniture and fixtures arrive before the space is ready. They get stored in hallways, damaged, or lost. Install day arrives and the right items are in the wrong place — or nowhere at all.

We act as the logistics layer between your vendor deliveries and your install schedule. Items ship to our warehouse, we receive and inspect them, we hold them through the construction phase, and we deliver to the jobsite in the sequence your schedule requires.

What we handle for construction clients

Common ways construction and development teams work with us.

FF&E receiving and storage

We accept furniture, fixtures, and equipment shipments from your vendors, inspect for damage at intake, and hold securely until install day.

Jobsite delivery scheduling

We coordinate delivery to match your install schedule — not the vendor's preferred window. Floor by floor, phase by phase.

Staged release by phase or floor

We organize inventory by project phase and release items in the right sequence. No pulling everything to the floor at once.

Damage-aware handling

We document condition at receiving, flag damage before it becomes a dispute, and handle high-value or fragile items with appropriate care.

Overflow and holdover storage

When the project schedule slips (and it does), we hold inventory without penalizing you. Flexible storage through phase changes.

On-site labor support

When install day requires more hands, we provide crews trained to assist with furniture assembly, placement, and coordination alongside your install team.

Why we fit

We understand project schedules, not just delivery windows.

Most movers and freight carriers work on their schedule. They deliver when they can and expect you to manage the rest. That doesn't work on a construction project where install sequencing is everything.

We operate on your project timeline. We hold inventory until you're ready, release it in phases, and send crews that can work alongside your GC and install team.

  • We receive directly from your vendors
  • We inspect and document damage at intake
  • We hold through schedule changes without penalty fees
  • We deliver per your install sequence, not ours
  • We work alongside GCs and install teams
  • We're available for follow-up and punch-list support

How it works

From first shipment to final install — we're the logistics layer.

Share your project schedule and inventory list

Tell us what's coming, when it's arriving, and when you need it on site. We set up your storage structure before the first shipment arrives.

We receive, inspect, and hold

Vendors ship to us. We receive, inspect, log, and organize everything by your project phase.

We deliver to the jobsite on your schedule

When you're ready for each phase, we load and deliver. Your items arrive in the right sequence, to the right floor, ready for install.

FAQ

Questions about construction and project logistics

Q

Can you receive furniture shipments directly from vendors on behalf of a construction project?

Yes. We act as a third-party receiving agent for your vendors. We accept deliveries on your behalf, inspect items for damage, document intake condition, and hold in our warehouse until you need delivery to the jobsite.

Q

What happens if our construction schedule slips?

We build flexibility into our storage arrangements for construction clients. If your schedule changes — and they usually do — we hold inventory without penalizing you for the delay. Tell us when you're ready.

Q

Can you deliver to a jobsite that's still under active construction?

Yes, with appropriate coordination. We work with your GC on access protocols, staging areas, and timing. Active construction sites require more advance communication, but we're experienced in them.

Q

Can you provide on-site labor to assist with furniture installation?

We can provide crews for furniture placement, assembly, and staging support. We're not licensed furniture installers or general trades, but for moving and placing items during an install, we work alongside installation teams regularly.

Q

Do you handle FF&E projects for commercial interiors?

Yes — this is one of our most common construction-adjacent use cases. See also our Interior Design industry page for more on how we support FF&E-heavy projects.
