Jordon,Tavira, and Tolu delivered nine pieces of commercial kitchen equipment to me. They are all very professional and knew exactly what needed.
Lesson learned always go with Bailey’s Moving & Storage. I recently had a bad experience with scam movers that would not give back my $1500 deposit but Bailey’s movers made sure everything ran smoothly with no gimmicks and hassle free. I scheduled with the estimator Lincoln that provided me with the best quote. During the moving day I had 3 of their best movers Jose B., Oscar, and Deijon that were very friendly and helpful. They wrapped all my items with packing paper and plastic to make sure it won’t get damaged and even labeled every item for inventory. The movers were very polite and kind which made moving enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Bailey’s Moving & Storage in the future for all your relocations.
Team arrived on time and completed the packing in a professional manner. Oscar, especially, was very responsive to requests and maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout.
We just moved with Bailey’s and I was impressed with their professionalism, organization, and communication. Moving is stressful but Bailey’s made it as smooth as possible with friendly, helpful packers and movers.

Bailey's Moving and Storage was fantastic with personal care and excellent delivery. There was a problem with our shipments and Baileys save the day!!!!! Here is our story: We returned to the United States from a mission in Tahiti. We has 3 Pallets shipped contain 37 boxes altogether. One pallets of 12 boxes was lost. It just seemed to disappear. No one knew what happened to it from San Francisco, customs to Swissport. We had proof that 3 pallets arrived in the U.S. and only 2 were delivered to us. In this lost pallet were sentimental family photos, old single copy photos of my husband and I as children ( gonna make copies of them now!) and other very irreplaceable family items and family heirlooms. I made calls to every one who handled our pallets asking questions. A great deal of time was taken on my part. It was frustrating! Swissport was not helpful and simply didn't care! we were asked to fill out an insurance claim..... there were many items that were replaceable but there were so many dear things that you couldn't be replace....how do you put a value on those items. Supposedly, the insurance company looked for our pallet. it took two weeks. Now we were at 3 month with a missing pallets. I called Baileys who delivered our two pallets to our home....which they did a great job on our first delivery of two pallets! We were very impressed! Baileys cared unlike Swissport. I think Swissport is such a huge company, that a little person like me with 12 lost boxes was not worth their time. But baileys cared. they did some research and Cyndi called me back. She did some more research and made some calls....and long story made short our pallet of 12 boxes were found and Bailey delivered it to our door by three nice hardworking men! I cant say enough about Baileys!!! They care!!! It is not often you get a company who cares and helps like this. And a Big Big Big shout out to Cyndi! She is amazing! She called us when our pallet was found sitting at the port of Swissport. and she called us when it was being shipped. She called to let us know when it was going to arrive. AND she called us to see if it was delivered safe and sound! yup! Amazing! This is one kind woman!!! This is the kind of personal care that marks a good person and a good company! My husband and I were very impressed with the 3 women who packed our belongings, Pam, Linda, and Maddie. They were great at communicating with us throughout the day and checked to see what we wanted or did not want packed. They were kind and pleasant to be around and chat with as well. We highly recommend using Bailey’s Moving Company.

Bailey's Moving & Storage delivered our belongings from our out-of-state move and they did a wonderful job! From fitting the big rig in tight spots to loading our storage unit so we had room to spare to their professional demeanor, the moving team was awesome! The movers were very friendly and catered to your needs. These movers are for their customers and paid attention to detail. Also very respectful of your home.
Very efficient service, items on the entire house were all packed nicely and safe in boxes in less than a full day. Next day it was all packed on the moving truck, along with all the furniture and large remaining items, all nicely wrapped and packed. It would had taken us at least a week on our own and not as good. Thank you to Sara, Leilane, Moneek, Marquito and Juan for the job well done!
David and his team help us palletize over 100 pallets at our facility. His team was very professional and the work they did was great! Highly recommend.
