Excellent communication and packers were awesome! Would use this company again without hesitation.
From the beginning, it’s been easy to work with Bailey’s to get me moved to another state. Cindy was quick with scheduling and calling to get appointments set up. Chris came by to estimate the cost based on the amount of furniture and items I had and he was straight to the point and very honest which I really appreciate. Armando, Zach, and Jose C came by to load my things and the process was very easy and well worth the cost. They were on time, efficient, and friendly. So far, the experience has been well worth my money. I will update after I receive my things Update: Cindy kept me in the loop with my delivery and called me throughout the process after Bailey's loaded my things. Everything came as I expected and nothing was missing. Would recommend

From pickup to delivery, the process was easy and quick. All my personal belongings were handled with care and arrived on time. All my accommodations were considered and met. Delivery service was exceptional thanks to movers Marquito and Juan, they worked well as a team and provided professional service. I greatly appreciated the visit during delivery from manager Curtis to ensure great customer service. Thank you!

My name is Brady Nelson and I work for Pluralsight in Draper. I had Tim and Mike out at our building today and things could not have gone better. We moved furniture and several other items from one storage area to another. I would recommend these fellas to anyone and the same goes for Bailey’s in general. We have used Bailey’s and our salesman Kasey Knowles for years and plan to continue.
Our crew today was Armando, Zack, José C, and Sara. They did a great job. The teamwork was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed well. Even heading out into winter weather, they were calm and confident. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.

Pam, Linda, and Brooke packed our entire house in record time. Taking the care and love into our fragile items as well. Very friendly and were extreme easy to work with!! Our loaders and unloaders- Mario, Francisco, Jimmy and Jesse were amazing as well. Helped get every squared away and readjusted!! Not to mention breaking down and reassembled all of our items! Would recommend this company to anyone!! 5 star service
They were excellent and professional. They had our office moved within 4 hours. The staff was nice and accommodating.

I used Baileys Moving & Storage for my design business. As a designer I needed somewhere to ship large furniture items for my clients from certain vendors that wouldn't ship residential. Long story short they are terrible. They don't inspect anything they receive (This alone cost me over $2000 because I had to re order products that were damaged.) Their warehouse is about as unorganized as it could possibly be. They have an online inventory system that should be helpful but is never updated and is always incorrect. They are super expensive for storage and their delivery fee's are insane. Not to mention you get a crew of people who cant even speak english and clearly don't know how to handle expensive furniture. We had a client who went and picked up a few items out of the warehouse and we were charged $67.50 for "loading delivery truck" the items client picked up weighed maybe a total of 45lbs. I couldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you need moving and storage needs absolutely look elsewhere.
