To be honest, I was somewhat apprehensive about using a moving company, as many don’t particularly care for your furniture the way you would, and a less than personable. However, I was so thankful we used Bailey’s Moving and Storage. The entire team from Bracken (who bid our move…very economical might I add), Rachelle (our transportation coordinator), Curtis (quality control manager), and especially the fantastic team who came and did all the hard work…Freddie Moncada (driver) and his helpers Francisco, Jacob, and Ryan. Freddie and his team were truly AMAZING! The way they wrapped and protected our furniture, covered the floors and carpet in both the house we moved from, and the house we moved into…so much care was given. They even took off their shoes each time they came into the new house, and then put them back on again to go get something else off the truck. I can’t recommend them near enough…truly thankful we chose Bailey’s…the coordination between Bracken and Rachelle as our delivery date kept changing, and for Freddie and his amazing crew. If you’re looking for a moving company, you’d be crazy not to hire this entire team! 5 stars over and over again…wish I could give them 6!
We were packed by Bailey’s over the course of three days. The teams were excellent! Very polite and pleasant! Made our move to Northern California extremely easy! Cyndi even called us on Saturday to make sure our items were being unloaded and to see if we needed anything else. Highly recommend - they make moving ALOT easier.
The teams that supported us on both ends for our cross-state move were top-notch! They carefully ensured the home we left was without any damage for our buyers and they were extremely careful doing the same thing with our new home (covered carpets, walkways, bannisters, high-traffic areas, etc. They were also professional. courteous, and responsive as we directed the traffic on both ends. This is a great outfit, company, for whom we cannot recommend higher. 10 stars if it were possible!! Thank you Baileys!
Very quick, efficient and professional. They packed and shipped our household goods. Were careful when packing and unloading all of the boxes and the truck. Our packing team (Jamie & Lacey) were always on time and courteous, they were careful when packing and double checked to make sure they weren’t packing anything they shouldn’t. Jamie, P.J., Lane and Koko were our unloading team. They made quick work if it and were careful and courteous.
My company referred me to using Bailey's Moving & Storage for an international move from Canada to the US. I travel for a living and have dealt with multiple moving companies throughout the years. This was a more difficult process than usual due to the international pandemic restrictions. Joanie assisted me through the entire process and never missed a beat. I felt thoroughly taken care of and at ease knowing everything was being handled. She truly was a joy to work with during the planning and delivery process and I can't thank her enough for making the difficult process of international moving so easy and painless. She truly cared and worked around my busy travel schedule. Having the peace of mind was everything, I've never experienced an easier move. Thank you, Joanie! Can't recommend you enough!
Mario and Francesco were great with helping us move. Prompt and hard working. Made our move much smoother by using them.
Caesar, Eduardo, and Joe were great. They took care of everything including loading boxes, disassembling some furniture, and wrapping everything that needed to be wrapped. They were friendly, hard working, and very efficient and managed to get everything done (1 bedroom Apt) in around 2 hours. Curtis (manager) came over to check on the progress and quality of work done, which I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this team if you need to hire movers.
Kasey came to our home, very professional and friendly Great guy to deal with! Joan D is awesome!!! She picks up where Kasey leaves off. Every step of the way every day until your delivery. She is nothing but awesome. When you get her she’s not just a gal in the office but a former driver! As a truck driver my whole life I appreciate the understanding you get from her. My wife simply loves her laugh and attitude towards her profession. This company as far as I’m concerned is lucky to have her. She will definitely go to bat for your family if there are any issues. When your ready to move give them a call! They have your back for sure!!!!
The move was executed flawlessly. Staff and salespeople were fast and responsive. The movers arrived on time. They were professional and respectful. They worked hard and worked fast -- ended up saving me a few hundred dollars since they finished sooner than anticipated. They really worked hard. I saw one guy lift a huge mattress like it was nothing and carry it out. They were in and out lifting sofas, dressers and even a safe and had the place empty in basically no time. I would use Bailey's again and recommend them as well for anyone needing to move furniture
Super fast, super efficient. They were in and out in a couple hours with just two guys doing it all. They were very friendly and made conversation while still doing their work. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend them.
We had the BEST crew show up to move all of our belongings from an international move into our new house! They were so kind, thoughtful, helpful, and respectful of all our things. We were so grateful to have had Mila, Paea, Jacob, Erickson, Johathon, and Casarean as our crew! I even took a photo of them all before they left to remember how easy they made the big moving day.
My company contracted through Bailey's to schedule my move, and I'm glad they did! Our move coordinator, Cyndi was super responsive and was able to adapt to a couple different changes in our schedule and address. Our moving crew was also great. Our lead/driver Dave was fantastic and worked with us to get us all moved during an early-season snow that closed the interstate. All-around fantastic experience, and would use them again in a heartbeat!
