My wife and I recently were relocated from Tennessee to Florida and used Bailey's Allied. Cyndi, our moving coordinator, Frank, the team leader & driver, and the guys that Frank hired to pack, load and unload our stuff were all extremely professional, had excellent communication, and really showed care with packing and moving our things. Frank and the crew he hired were extremely friendly and made a stressful time of our lives fun and helped us relax as much as possible. The move went flawlessly, we highly recommend the Bailey's team!

We knew this move to a mountain home in the middle of winter was going to be tricky. We interviewed multiple companies, but it was Bailey's who understood the terrain, and issues of weather. The estimator Kasey was professional and discussed the situation. The team who prepped and loaded our household were efficient, and did a great job. But it was the team that brought our household up the mountain who really needs commendation. The mountain road is dirt, our driveway was steep and icy. This was a team that showed up, despite the icy roads that required chains, snowy weather, happy and joking and courteous. So many obstacles were surmounted aside from weather: shuttling our household four miles from the truck parked at the bottom of the mountain, three levels of stairs and some very heavy pieces. We actually had a very enjoyable day, in spite of the chaos that is moving from one state to another. Our best comments are for moving coordinator Joan Dratch. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the process, and very reassuring in her approach to problem-solving. And many many thanks to the crew: Bo, Matt, Derrick, Chris, and Fili.

They were awesome!!! They were very friendly and respectful. They were super gentle with everything. I love that they kept me informed about the moving process and would follow up to make sure I didn't have any concerns. I loved it!

Bailey's delivered our overseas shipment that came to San Francisco. First, company Silva int'l Moving did a fantastic job of packing but Bailey's attention made the final delivery a breeze. Driver Freddie Moncada and his colleague Jose were both utterly professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. I'd certainly use this company again. No damages, all in good condition.

Bailey's moved us 2200 miles across the country and did a fabulous job. Cyndi in the head office was fabulous to work with and very responsive to our needs and requests. She is one of the happiest people to work with over the phone! Our driver Cliff was also great to work with and had excellent crews on each side of the country to pack us, load us and unload us. Our stuff arrived in great shape. Moving across the country can be one of the most stressful experiences you can have, but Bailey's helped to make it so much less stressful. They truly treated us like family and took good care of us. I'd definitely use them again!.

Bailey's Moving & Storage saved my sanity during our recent move. 20 years in our previous house! They are extremely careful, friendly, on-time, and efficient. They took down beds, wrapped furniture, and reassembled it. They were even accommodating when we asked things to be re-located to a different room. Zero complaints. They came in under budget! Jana gave us a great moving estimate! Joanie is a great moving coordinator! Mila is an awesome driver! Thanks Bailey's!

Friendliest, kindest and most professional moving company in the west. Cyndi took care of us every step of the way. She checked in on inventory day, packing day, shipping day, unloading day and many times in between to let us know what was going on and to make sure everything was well. Her cheerful voice on the other end of the line calmed many fears about moving and shipping our belongings. As painful as moving might seem, Bailey's makes it bearable!

Bailey's did an amazing job moving our household goods. All of our furniture and loved items were well taken care of on both ends of the move. The team was flexible and worked with our changing timelines. We recommend them for anyone making a move.

Had a REALLY HARD TIME with this company. Was not impressed with the services provided.. Our first date for delivery no one showed up. I called- waited on hold for an hour- only to find out they overbooked their schedule so they weren’t coming. No call was made to me to let me know. I was rescheduled to 5 days later.. Never received a call the day prior for delivery time. I called AGAIN the day of delivery to find out I wasn’t even on the delivery schedule!! Luckily the manager Ron made it happen that same day and was nice to work with. However, the two reps that came and delivered touch our gas line when they absolutely should not have. (Our washer/dryer were ELECTRIC) because they touched our gas line, it caused a GAS LEAK in our house. Super scary with me being pregnant and VERY FRUSTRATING. Came home to a house wreaking of gas

My husband and I had the worst experience of our entire life with this moving company. We were moving from out of state to Utah and this company had come highly recommended. We packed our own items into boxes and the day before the movers were supposed to show up, they cancelled. And it was a scramble to find someone else to move us. Eventually they did find someone, a day later and it upheaved all of our plans because we were now delayed. When moving across the county you cannot afford to have your moving company bail on you. Flights, hotels, cleaning, etc. is all based on the moving company showing up when they say they will. Whatever, we could look past that. Then comes time for our items to show up to our new location in Utah. The items were delayed and the driver called us before a 3 day weekend to let us know he would be delivering the items on Monday. We decided to cut our holiday plans short & come back home Monday morning in time for the driver. Well, he decided to show up on Sunday instead so we had to cancel the rest of our plans and come back home to assist the mover. It was just ONE man unloading all of our items. My husband had to help him carry things upstairs (what is the point of paying a moving company then?) That’s not all. They damaged our bed frame & we filed a claim. We had previously paid $700 to have a $0 deductible if anything was damaged. They decided to deny our claim because we packed our boxes (so they just pocketed $700 because they knew our claim would be denied any) and when our boxes were delivered we did not state that our bed frame was damaged (because we didn’t unbox absolutely everything right then and there.) Truly one of the most dishonest displays I have ever seen. I will shout it from the rooftops that I will never EVER recommend this place.
