Our employer contracted Bailey's to manage our move in another state. They contracted a sister company (under Allied). While Bailey's was quick to communicate and arrange things, after the move everything went sour. The movers did over $1,000 of damage to our items and stole a $300 air conditioning unit. I filed a claim with Bailey's and they tried to tell me that even though my employer had paid them to buy insurance, their sister company hadn't billed them for it, so they couldn't work retroactively. I had to get my HR representative involved, and in the end Bailey's only reimbursed half of our losses. To be fair, from my interactions with the local Bailey's employees, I expect my experience would be fine working directly with them. However, their corporate claims workers Judy and Carla were unprofessional, dismissive, and didn't return my phone calls. I have moved my family seven times and never had any problems. For my first time letting "professional" movers move me, I am entirely disappointed.

We have moved a lot of times (military), and they were by far the best moving crew we've had- friendly, polite, and very efficient. Hopefully when its time to inevitably move again we will be able to use Bailey's.

I worked with Jonathan Cordova for our recent move from Woodland Park, CO to Bayonne, NJ. Jonathan was generally quick to respond to emails; however, Jonathan was misleading in two areas. 1) Jonathan verbally stated that the truck driver would be able to give me the "exact date" that the shipment would arrive at the destination once the driver showed up on move day. When the movers got here, there was no "driver"—just "loaders" who had rented a Penske truck to take our stuff to a facility in Colorado Springs. When I asked, Jonathan denied ever saying this, and that he was only bound to the "window" of 3-13 days for delivery. But I know what I heard. And 2) about that window... Our shipment was delayed 9 days. I was expecting the shipment to arrive on 7/5. 11am, no truck. Noon, no truck. The night before I had written Jonathan for confirmation, and he had written back: "Tuesday is what I was told. I am confidant in the delivery day of Tuesday. I still think you will hear back from Eric for confirmation." (pasted from Email). The driver who showed up 8 days later was not Eric. I never heard from Jonathan over the phone after that—he passed me off to another Allied agent and I'm sure was relieved to get rid of me. I had to do all the legwork. All the tracking, all the phone calls, all the chasing and connecting of dots. Allied's left hand does not know what it's right is doing. And they seem to be fine with that. Moving is inherently stressful; it'd be nice if there was a company that chauffeured the client from A to B instead of these disparate parts that just wrack the customer down the assembly line of the moving process.

I recently used Bailey's Moving and Storage to move from Centennial, CO, to Bayfield, CO. They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time to pick up my household contents and delivered them as promised in Bayfield. Both crews, the pick up crew and delivery crew, did a remarkable job loading and unloading my things. Also, I had no problems contacting the office, if I had questions about my move. I would use Bailey's Moving again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone considering a local or cross country move.

Baileys moved our family from Lake Point Utah to Malta, Idaho. It was a great experience. They were friendly and kind in every respect. Tim was our Driver and go to guy. Wow! So good to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Good Job Baileys!!!!

Bailey's packed us and moved us from North Salt Lake to Cedar City, Utah. They were completely professional and on time right from the start. The packing and shipping crews were terrific and extremely helpful. We arranged for an earlier delivery and our shipper delivered! The shipment was completely intact and moved into our new house without incident. I can't say enough about how good these guys are!

wish i could say we had a good moving day experience. we were entertained by a firing of one of the drivers during our move and we witnessed a face to face verbal confrontation, which almost led to a fist fight. we watched as the movers dropped one of our crates off the truck and we also opened many of our crates to find broken items. our printers were thrown around and as we expected the settlement from Bailey's for our repairs and broken desks was not remotely close to what it cost us to buy new items or to pay for the repairs to our printers. would not recommend these folks to anyone.

Bailey's has moved us from California to Idaho, from Idaho to Mexico and from Idaho to Utah. With each move they have been professional, careful and dependable. In particular, our recent move from Idaho to Utah was flawless. The crew was amazing, especially the driver and team leader, Armando. I could not have been more pleased.

Our relocation coordinator (Sherry) was amazing. She always made herself available and went way over and beyond to ensure our move went smoothly. Our moving crue (Brock and Noe) were also amazing. Very thorough and care in the packing, loading and off loading process. We had s few hiccups on our end and the driver was very accommodating. Awesome company!

We have used Bailey's twice for state to state relocations in the last five years. The moves have been coordinated and executed flawlessly.The whole moving service was reduced the stress we experienced in transitioning. We felt comfortable with those contracted to pack as well as the movers. The damage rate was very low and the claims process easy.

retired navy so I moved alot. best two man crew I've ever experienced. no dents in the walls as things were moved out. unpacking found only one tea cup broken and I had a lot of glassware. i would recommend and use these guys again without question. good job, the office interface was great too. not just a number but a client and a person on the other end. thanks a million!

Our crew of two did an excellent and considerate job in handling our items for our move. They worked quickly and efficiently making effort to be gentle with our items and efficient in the use of their time. Next time we move, we will use Bailey's again!

Driver didn't want to unload refrigerator after I cautioned him to be careful of ice on the driveway, I live in the mountains, it's December. Next he couldn't move old refrigerator down steps to lower level, said he might damage walls. I asked why Home Depot sent amateur delivery people. I moved furniture when I was younger, we never told a customer "No". I asked about taking unit out front door to garage, he said it wouldn't fit unless doors were removed and they can't do that on old appliances. I later measured width at 34", doorway is 36". Lazy and a liar. All I heard from this guy was what he couldn't do. After they left, a fifteen year old and I moved the old refrigerator down the steps without damage to anything. I'm going on 60 and had open heart surgery a little over a year ago, that's why I had Home Depot deliver and promise to move out old appliance. I won't let Bailey Logistics on my property again.

This was a corporate move and Sherry and her gang were very professional and competent. From soup to nuts the whole move and experience was excellent.

Whole experience from start to finish was great. Katie was specifically great and helped me out with a last minute change I had to make. Would definitely use again.
