I had previously left a poor review due to some delivery issues. We did have some problems scheduling a time that worked for me and I waited a bit long to get my product but...Wow! The guys that set up my stove were so nice! They took care of everything super fast and were just genuinely nice people. My stove is beautiful and the technician made sure I happy. Thanks guys!
The team at Bailey's Moving and Storage were great to work with. Jonathan was our first point of contact and did an excellent job estimating the amount of days the packing and moving would take, as well as being dead on with the storage cost. The team of packers showed up and worked the entire day, quickly and carefully. Loading went off without a hitch. Everything was completed on time and actually came in slightly under the estimated cost. The team was courteous and professional. Moving is a very crazy time and Bailey's made the process less stressful. Thanks guys!

The gentlemen that came to pick up my stuff were very professional and very quick and took time to explain the paper work to me even though it was very windy outside. And the came at the time that they had said a day before.

After finding out that we would be relocating across the country within a very short time frame, I was put in contact with Bailey's. Jana has been my point of contact and has aided us through the entire process. She helped look at and price various move options and guided us ever since. She is ALWAYS there to help, ALWAYS quick to respond, ALWAYS patient, and ALWAYS follows-up. She has put us at ease during a VERY stressful time. The walk through was easy. Pam and Cindy were our packers. They were amazing. Careful, diligent, and kind. We had a full team of movers come and load the entire house in one day. Amazing. THANK YOU! Looking forward to phase 2 of the move!
Just had a great experience moving from CO to OR with Bailey's/ALLIED In Englewood. They were prompt, courteous and amazingly efficient. I've heard of moving companies not showing up when scheduled and/or delaying delivery, but not this team! They arrived on schedule and delivered all my belongings within five days as promised. In fact, the truck was an hour ahead of us on the trek west! I am impressed; the entire team, loading and unloading, was professional and considerate, and I want to send a special thanks to the very nice driver, Alan, for his expert help and good cheer. This is the second time I've used ALLIED and the first with Bailey's; I will definitely use them again if and when I move!
I was tasked with moving offices and had no idea how much furniture it was til 4 days before the move. Luckily, Eric was very patient and followed up with me once I landed in town. He looked at everything we had and planned accordingly. However, once moving day was upon us and we realized we needed more man-power, he called in for backup and the process moved along that much quicker. After settling in to our new office, we realized that we needed them to come back and remove and dispose of a handful of furniture. The team of guys were prompt, polite and quick. I felt confident working with Eric and his team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing a corporate or personal move. Thank God we're done for awhile, but if things change I'd definitely reach out to them again.
Movers showed up smelling of potent marijuana. They showed up three hours late. We had a second moved truck scheduled after Bailey's, however because Bailey's contractors were three hours late, the second moving truck could not conveniently park near the house.
Customer service was top notch. They listened to my requests and questions. The packing crew and loading guy were super friendly and knowledgeable. It took the stress out of my move completely! Thank you to the entire Bailey's team. Will def reccomend this company to anyone moving in the future!
Eric at Bailey's was amazing. Such personalized service from the proposal through and after the move. He held my hand every step of the way as we moved into a new Corporate Office. He was there if I had any questions and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. The moving team was so professional and they did a very efficient job. By far, the best moving company and moving experience I have ever had!
Chris and the guys at Bailey's did an AMAZING job for our office move. I have zero complaints. The team was on-time, early actually, professional, helpful, quick and careful. They went above and beyond and helped me work around various delivery problems that were caused by another party. They will get the work done faster than you think and will go out of their way to ensure you're happy.
Moving is a traumatic experience. From the start, the salesman, estimator, scheduler, the moving crew chief and crew from Baileys was fantastic. Great customer service. Fantastic crew. This is the third time we have had a move by Bailey's Moving and Storage and we would recommend them to anyone. You can't go wrong with them.
I went through 2 moves simultaneously using 2 Allied agents...Baileys Moving and Storage and Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage. The movers (both loading and unloading) were fantastic. They were professional and treated our possession with great care. The packing process with Baileys was slow (9 hrs) and mediocre. Very little paper padding was used to cushion the boxes both top and bottom. It paled in comparison to the Beverly Hills agent. Our moving coordinator for Baileys basically kept her chair warm. I had to initiate almost all communication. The Beverly Hills agent was on top of everything and and kept me constantly updated on each step of the move. There was a big difference in the 2 agents. I would have to think twice before using Baileys again.
Outstanding! Bailey's/Allied moving service was outstanding because they know what they are doing. They know how to provide good communication and their long haul mover/driver knew how to efficiently load and unload his van. This is about the eighth time in 40 years that I've had a long distance move with the help of an Allied Van Lines agent.
I am very unhappy with our move. First of all, the movers didn't show up on our scheduled move date. When we called they had to send another driver and crew. They ended up not finishing our move until after 2:30 am. Then multiple items broken and gone missing upon delivery. They charged us for extra days and we ended up not needing those extra days and they wouldn't refund the charges. Do not use these movers. Once you've signed and they collected your money their customer service is out the door. Terrible management and customer service.
