I have moved numerous times over a 23 year Air Force Career. I recently moved from Colorado to Texas and required to store my household goods for eight months while our house was being built. Baileys came in, packed us up, stored our stuff until we were ready then delivered it exactly when they promised. All without damaging a single item. I have NEVER seen such professionalism. Team leads Jay McKenzie and Steve Peterson were absolutely outstanding! And they did all this at a price that blew their competitors out of the water! So glad we chose Baileys and Allied!!
Worst move of my life (number 10). North American was by far better entering the state. Many things went wrong. But the worst, so far, was breaking our family dining table that is 60+ years old. No moving companies ever disassembled it until now. Then hiring 5/6 non-English speaking movers to unload!?!? Casting no aspersions, they not only put things in the wrong rooms as labeled on boxes, there was gross mishandling of items for example because “he was afraid of them.” Really? A kid’s Halloween decorations put face down outside after asking him to put it in the garage. I’ve never had to fill out a claims form before. My spouse and I were ill during this move and are seniors. We hoped we could rely on a highly recommended and reviewed company but, alas, no. It’s one thing to lose all of one’s possessions to fire. It’s really unfortunate to have what is left of family heirlooms and such be grossly mishandled. I am grateful to be out of Utah and done being overcharged and taken advantage of by the powers that be. I highly recommend leaving but use another moving company!
Friday April 5: The 4 movers today (my apologies for not remembering their names) did a great job. Very meticulous and careful with all our property. The lead person was exceptional. He maintained a running inventory from start to finish--which is part of their job as I observed, but impressive nonetheless. They left me feeling confident and positive that our property will be handled well. Wednesday, Thursday April 3 and 4: Scott, Leslie, and Max did an amazing job. Thorough, fast, and quality work. Very pleasant and welcoming in their behavior, communication, and personality. A positive start to our big move home to Seattle. Thank you Scott, Leslie, & Max!!
We are extremely pleased with our move experience with Bailey's. They handled all of our boxes and furniture with expert care. Juan, Stanley, and Scott treated our items as if they were their own. Philip handled the entire process from quote to move setup with friendliness and efficiency. Thank you for getting us into our new home.
Voiced my concerns and they cancelled my order. I did not like that they did after charges and was upset. They told me that is the industry standard. I told him that is upsetting. I then found a company that handled everything up front any after charges were told to me. This company embodies this “No feedback received with this company. Bad bad bad”
Our moving crew of Josh and Palika were professional in every way. They arrived early and immediately greeted us to view the home and placement. Paperwork was smooth. I was so pleased that nothing bumped the walls or scratched a doorway. They were so patient as I repositioned some furnishings. Our best moving experience yet. Thank you for sending us your best crew!
Julius, jack and jomayne did an excellent job packing and moving my home. Very respectful and hard working. They took great care of my stuff including my dirtbike. Highly recommend 👌
This team of movers was amazing! They finished much faster than expected despite being VERY careful about packing things with plenty of padding, etc. They moved some incredibly awkward and heavy items easily and reassembled all of our furniture in the new location quickly and perfectly. Throughout it all, they were super friendly and fun (even joking with my toddler who was fascinated by their work). I HIGHLY recommend this sub-contracted team from Bergers: Wayne, Joseph, David, and Khristian.

The movers were professional in every way. They were respectful and polite and carefully and efficiently wrapped everything well before loading. Unloading at the new house went quickly. This was an instate move in Colorado across the Rocky mountains (and I'm sooo glad I was not trying to drive a rental moving truck myself!).
Highly recommend Bailey’s as they did everything they said they would do from giving a very competitive quote, to great attention to detail during the packing, loading, and unloading process. The team was polite and considerate. They took care to handle boxes and furniture like they were their own items. The driver managed the loading and unloading in a fast and efficient way. Ali in customer care checked in every day to ensure that everything was being properly handled. She was super responsive to any questions etc.
The Baileys team made our upcoming international move feel a little less difficult. I can honestly say that their efficiency, care, and communication was the best part of our week. Who can say that about a moving company? Now I can! Thumbs up guys, keep doing great work!
Rating them 1 stars to be nice as business is business. As a female moving to Texas and already has moved to Texas and back to Colorado once, has the experience and going back to Texas, Jamie quouted me 2500 lbs more than my load which is less than a 1/4th of a semi at $4200 and was actually 1100 lbs and 2k less with another company that quoted me within the same day. Do your research and watch yourself when it comes to business with this company. Feedback is everything
