These gentlemen were great, hard-working, efficient, and kind. Top notch.
I engaged Bailey's to move me from Denver, CO to New Harmony, IN. From inventory/estimate to delivery they were great. Norm helped along the way with changes. I am especially grateful for the assistance and guidance I received from Allie Marquez, the relocation coordinator. She took the initiative on several occasions to inform and me. Also Sam the driver of the van more than once assisted us in finding items. He was fantastic The move involved storage at a third party for two weeks. I commend Bailey's to you and excellent professional assistance from Allie.
Their team did an excellent job helping me move across town. No broken goods, friendly team, and worth every penny. I have manually moved houses a hundred times in the past and never again. For the price, it was well worth it and would recommend to anybody who asks or needs this service.
Best bunch of men ever. Took great care handling all our belongings, even moved one large cupboard three times! Good personalities, kind, and happy workers. Could have never begun this move without them. Thank you!
Overall this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We knew the risk of moving across the country, and expected some small damages, but this is completely unacceptable. I will never use Allied ever again and will proactively caution other prospective customers against their services. I'm really confused how our $9k moving fee was spent... 1. we asked for May 1 move in date, what we needed to do to make that happen, Allied told us they had to come pick up on April 27th. We did our part, got the house ready, as soon as the movers left the house, Allied called and told us our driver wouldn't be able to leave in time, and our stuff would arrive a couple days late. They claimed a "Rule 19" that's "part of the moving business" that prevented our driver from leaving. I haven't found any sort of documentation referencing a "Rule 19". 2. We were never told how often our stuff would be moved on and off trucks into ware houses, this just increases the risk of things being mishandled. We were told that our stuff would be loaded into truck with a couple other home and delivered in order of the delivery route. Instead, our stuff was loaded on a truck, moved into a warehouse, loaded onto the truck again, the truck broke down, our stuff was either loaded back into another truck and back into a warehouse, or it was left in an uncontrolled temperature truck, then it made its way to California, then unloaded and loaded back into a smaller truck to make it to our new home. 3. Allied was supposed to provide us with a coordinator to keep us informed of the progress of our move, I'm not really sure I understand the coordinators value when she just asked me to work with driver directly. Rather than proactively giving us updates, I was letting the coordinator know that the driver was late because his truck broke down. 4. Our coordinator and driver gave me conflicting updates on when our stuff would arrive. Our coordinator was not aware of updates that driver was providing us. 5. Our delivery date was changed at least 3x, and arrived 2.5 days outside our deliver window (12 days after our desired delivery date). Had we known Allied couldn't deliver in time, we would have pushed back our move in date, allowing us to save $175/day in rent ($2100). 6. 95% of our furniture arrived damaged, torn, dirty, marked up, chipped, ripped, scratched. only 2-3 items arrived unscathed. Boxes clearly labeled as "fragile" were crushed, boxes ripped open, torn. 7. Delivery guys were rushed, stepped all over our house with dirty shoes, handled expensive white furniture with dirty hands. They didn't allow us ample opportunity to account for all the items. Thankfully nothing is missing, but we had to sign documents before he left without knowing for sure that we weren't missing anything.
Great move from Colorado to Iowa. Only issue was a missing TV. Working on a claim.
Overall highly satisfied with Bailey's! Excellent service, attention to detail, professional and highly skilled crew. There were a few minor damages but the crew was very up front, quick to inform and fix every one to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!
We were helped today by Tavita, Jordan Steve, and Aisea! The crew was phenomenal! They were quick, considerate, and very kind. All in all they were excellent to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thanks Bailey’s!
Can i say that Baileys are great at what they do. I would like to thank Julius, Kellen and Moleli for the assistance in moving some heavy equipment. I can’t stress enough on how great they are. They took their time, accessed the situation and had constant communication on getting the materials moved safely and properly. I recommend anyone to use Baileys!!!
Air shipment delivery was done on time with good services. Completed everything quick with quality. Satisfied with the service.
The team at Bailey's is very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and provides tremendous customer service! No corners are cut. They are a top-notch, quality company and I would recommend them to anyone!
This was by far the best/smoothest cross-country move I’ve ever had! The packers did an amazing job, not a single dish or cup broken on the journey and my sentimental items handled with care. Joannie was my move coordinator and was available every step of the way for questions, to help coordinate with the driver, and beyond. I was truly blown away by his great the service was!! I would 1000% recommend Baileys Moving and Storage for your upcoming move.
Pam, Sarit, Kaedyn, and Maddie knocked it out of the park for our move to Fort Collins
