Bailey’s was very professional, friendly, empathic to my concerns and needs, and very responsive when I asked questions. The packers did a great job although it’s my opinion that boxes could be labeled better listing more items in each box, especially the kitchen boxes. The coffee mugs ended up being in a box with decorative items in a box labeled living room. The only other suggestion would be to mark packing that has items wrapped up. For instance, I was looking for power cords for the computer and printer so I started going back through all the wadded up paper and found them wrapped up in the box the printer had been in. It looked just like all the other paper waded up as padding. However, nothing was broken which was my biggest concern. The loaders were very careful with everything, especially the piano. They had a challenge considering the steep gravel driveway and having to shuttle to the truck but while one load was being transferred, there were always two to three guys staging more items for the next load. The unloaders did a great job getting everything off the truck and placed where I directed them as well as putting things back together. Dispatch was very understanding when there was a huge snag in the house closing process and was able to get my belongings to me within a reasonable timeframe when I was finally able to get closed.
Josh and Jose B. were fantastic. Moving is stressful and they made it a piece of cake.
Mr. Ponce and Mr. Reyes were fantastic. They were hard-working, friendly, respectful, and diligent. I cannot say enough about the service they provided during loading and delivery. I was given the best of care and my furniture was treated as if it were their own. Both responded to all of my concerns in a professional manner, and I enjoyed working with them very much.

Easily the most professional group of movers I have ever worked with. We moved cross country from Colorado to Iowa and the team did an excellent job of packing our valuable items and completing the move in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage for any cross country moves. Great work!

I love love love baileys!! They were so nice and I kept saying so dont worry about that and they insisted they did it for me. They were so fun and kind and accommodating. I don’t know how I would have done this without these guys. Also I left a ton of valuables out and nothing was taken. Very trustworthy. I dont know what y’all are looking for but I don’t know how it could have gotten better. Also. The coordinator is amazing as well. She kept calling and making sure things were going smoothly. I can’t say enough good things.
From the start, Bailey’s was professional, thorough, and said what they would do and did what they said. Their price was fair and when the date and time came for the move, two trucks and five men showed up on time. These guys were hard working, pros at their trade, and all had great dispositions. Without missing a beat in three hours they had two 35 foot trucks loaded and ready to head to our home with lots of “Heavies” and “Fragiles”. This crew had tons of experience, skill, and knew how to work as a team with no wasted motion. Jake knew exactly how to set up the trucks, ramps, and laying out the best path to unload everything into our house. Juan, Marquito, Beau, and Jesse A worked hard together with friendly attitudes. These were the best team of movers I have ever seen. Nothing was broken and and no damage to our house. Jose B, Beau, Dallin & Bryce were my movers and they were amazing! They worked fast and were very respectful. They got in and got out in a jiffy! They were easy to talk to and explained the whole process without me feeling overwhelmed. They respected my space and had no problem putting my furniture together. They quickly removed all the packing materials. I’ve never had such hard workers before!
I highly recommend Baileys Moving. My move from the far western slope near the Utah border to near the Kansas border in eastern Colorado was made so much easier because of their courteous and efficient service. We had an interstate move planned and Baileys Moving and Storage turned out to be the best experience we have ever had setting up our stress free move. The office representatives including the field reps were highly professional, courteous and followed up on everything. Michelle and Jaime from the office were so helpful and made this move stress free for us taking great care of our needs and requests and were prompt in following up with any changes. Our movers Chance and Dakota are the best we can recommend through Baileys since they were highly professional, knwoledgable, courteous and took great care of our boxes and were on time and executed the services requested like a PRO. Just leaving a 10 star review for the Dream Team: Austin, Cody, Breyden, Chris, and Tyler. They helped me move to my new apartment on Tuesday 8/9, it was a very last minute thing and I had an extremely short timeline due to my busy schedule. I wasn’t able to pack up my entire kitchen, my completely full walk-in closet, and my bookcase. They packed all of those things for me, and had every single thing from my old apartment onto their truck in 2 hours. It was wild. My new apartment was 3 stories up, no elevator, and they had all my things in there in a little over an hour. Crazy. It was at least 100 degrees out too. Austin, the team leader, even made my bed! Not only were they incredibly efficient, they were very professional and respectful as well. Very hard to find with younger men these days. The entire experience was flawless, from the initial phone call with Lisa, to the appraisal with Jamie, it was all wonderful. Took a lot of the stress away of needing to move with such short notice, and I will always be grateful for them helping me get a nice start in my new place! Thank you, I will always recommend Bailey’s.
We have loved both of our experiences with Bailey's. They made our move so much easier, took such good care of our new home and had great attitudes, despite the huge job. Marquito was especially awesome!!

Sloppy and careless packing job which led to NUMEROUS broken and damaged items so I'll be filing several claims. Some of the delicate items were just jammed into boxes with no regard to trying to protect them at all. Even the clothing, which you think would be an easy part of the job, was just carelessly jammed into over-packed boxes so it arrived looking like it was dragged behind a freight train.This move was a complete disaster and I am sorry I ever considered using this company.
