Chris was non stop hard worker. The other chap was not feeling well and took breaks but pushed through best he could . We remember we are all human!
This moving company is not the way to go. We were told everything was gonna be packed by room which made it nice cause my stuff was separate from my parents. Unfortunately they decided to mix my stuff in with all my parents things, the packing was just terrible. Bathroom stuff was in the box with living room stuff, etc. You would think it would be common sense to keep bathroom stuff with bathroom stuff… You could tell they just rushed everything without even thinking. There was just an unnecessary amount of boxes when it could have consolidated. Now I can’t find any of my stuff since it’s in a bunch of my parents boxes which is just really inconvenient when they were told to keep things separate. Of you’re looking for a moving company, don’t go with this one.
This is the worst moving company I have seen! They boxed the house up just shoving random stuff in boxes. Labeling boxes were all wrong. They did not box up everything I had to do it or the people transferring had to help me box up the rest. They lost screws to my beds and broke so many important iteams. They had no comunication. They threw there trash in with my stuff in the box. I had the most rude movers I have seen and didn't care about my things at all. After paying thousands of dollars to move I suggest you pick someone else.
Movers were communicative and kind. Worked hard and took good care of house and belongings.
The movers were great, nothing was missing or damaged and they were a very professional team!
Excellent communication. They were able to access my storage unit while I was out of state. They were always able to answer questions we had over the phone. The packing was iffy. Had a handful of small items that broke during transport. They put a very fragile porcelain statue in the center of a heavy box and it broke. Honestly those were inconsequential. My biggest concern was my elk skull: The nose was snapped off during transport. It wasn't in a crate and had no protective packaging around the skull. It was placed on the floor of the truck between some boxes. Ultimately the antlers didn't break, and the rest of the skull was intact. We could have chosen to crate it, but it would have increased the cost. TL;DR: great communication, questionable packing when dealing with weird items.

Jamie was on time and respectful. He was super helpful and took time to answer questions and took extra care with our things. Very happy with the service. Bailey’s was exceptional! They arrived in time and were extremely careful with all of our things. The guys were very courteous and took their time answering questions and packing carefully. Will definitely use them

From the initial phone conversation with Jamie I knew the Baileys was the team for moving our homegoods over 1000 miles and keeping it in storage until ready to receive. Both of the teams that packed us (Troy) and delivered us (Chris & Jack) they were all professional, timely, personable and super efficient. Michelle who works in the office was also very communicative on the invoices / updates. I will recommend Baileys to anyone looking to make a big life change as they will take care of you and your things!
Chris and Vincent were terrific! Everyone I have dealt with have been courteous and helpful. They were able to accommodate a narrow window in the project schedule. I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Baileys/Allied.

Vincent treated our things as if they were his own. We really appreciate that. My daughter was throwing a fit about her roller skates being packed and as soon as he saw the box with the skates, he brought them to her. That was incredible !
Crew was professional and friendly. They take extra care when moving furniture to avoid scratches etc
