Grand Junction Reviews for Bailey's Moving & Storage

I am shocked to see the four and five star reviews on Google for these losers. If I could give this disaster of a company zero stars I would. They must pay someone to leave fake positive reviews every couple of months. We will see how long this accurate and honest negative review actually stays up on Google. We made the mistake of hiring them to move our household from GJ to Nampa ID with about six weeks of storage in between. Literally everything that they touched was either filthy dirty, damaged or completely destroyed when it arrived in ID. I should note that several items did not even arrive. Sadly, most of our furniture was less that one year old and was in perfect shape before these savages had their way with it. The claims process was arduous with terrible communication and we ultimately only received about $1,900 for what was easily $15,000 worth of damage. They repeatedly told us the lack of communication and slow claims process was due to it being the "busy time of year". Think about that for a second. They must damage such a high percentage of their customer's property that there are so many claims that they can't even answer an email or return a phone call. Despite the fact that we paid extra for the "replacement cost" insurance. Anyone that reads this review and is stupid enough to hire these shysters/thieves to move their items deserves what they get.

Shockingly terrible service, many broken and damaged items! Worst experience with a moving company. They don’t care.

The guys were friendly, helplful and on time. They carefully wrapped each item in a padded blanket so I had no damage. At they dropoff they placed each item where I asked and took away all the trash. I was very happy with the experience.

Tyler, Colby and Riley were great with packing and loading. They worked fast and were very efficient. I’ve moved a lot and this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a moving service from beginning to end.

I want to thank the following for making my move an easy and fast experience. Jaime(estimator) you set up the move and were so very kind and knowledgeable. Michelle(office) you took my 100 phone calls and answered my questions with a lot of patience and understanding. Josh, Josiah and William(moving team) you three were so respectful of my property. You wrapped the furniture with great care. You were fast and didn’t waste any time. You were such very nice and respectful young men. Thank you all at Bailey’s Moving for my move a great experience. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Vincent and his crew could not have been more professional or considerate. Not one item of our stuff was broken or missing and they took exceptional care to not cause any damage. I would recommend them to anyone that is moving.

Got off to a slow start, but quickly realize the situation. Not sure they were aware we had paid for White glove service. Were courteous and efficient once we explained everything and they moved things where we noted and took all packing materials with them.

These guys were great. They showed up and hammered out a 26 foot truck that was full to the brim in 3.5 hours. I appreciated their patience when I asked to rearrange some things after initial placement too. Very professional, would reccomend.

Another day, another slay 💅🏻 thanks to the team over at Bailey’s. Wanted to leave another stellar review for the best movers in Grand Junction. They’re reliable, efficient, pleasant, and professional. Had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa on the phone to get everything arranged, and was stoked when Jamie showed up for the appraisal! They are the same people we worked with 4 years ago when I moved the first time and it was nice to see/hear them again! We did the appraisal on a Monday and they were able to schedule my move for that same week on Friday, amazing. The moving team showed up right on time Friday morning ready to go. We had Jack, Deagan, and Isaac this time. They did a great job and knocked it out in about 5 hours while it was cold/windy/snowy outside. We had SO much stuff and it was extra complicated because some of it was going to my new place and some of it was going into storage. Jack and his team communicated very well about what was supposed to go where, and they did it perfectly. Everything went where it was supposed to go. Thank you so much to the team over at Baileys and thank you to the movers especially for being so patient with us! I will always recommend you guys 🫶🏻

Definitely recommend. Jamie worked with us and made an absolutely last second move happen, despite all our order changes. Dakota, Josh, and Josiah were unbelievably helpful when moving day came. Our items were safely in our new home, it could not have been easier. They were professional, helpful and I was honestly astonished how fast they got the job done. Thank you all for making one of the worst life tasks so much easier.

Chris and Jack with Bailey's Moving and Storage did an absolutely fantastic job with my move last weekend. I was moving locally, but from one place to another, then bringing furniture from that place back to the original house. Could have been overwhelming or confusing for some, but Jack and Chris made it all look easy. They were efficient, careful, and professional. Jamie and Michelle, in the front office, were instrumental is setting up the move so it went off without a hitch. Everyone I worked with at Bailey's was very communicative, super friendly, and a real delight to work with. #5 stars #highly recommend #totally awesome!!!!

Used Bailey Movers for a local move earlier this month. From estimate to finish, the experience was great. Jamie was super friendly and thorough in the estimate and gave me some good tips. In move day, Chris, Isaiah, and Josiah were extremely prompt, organized, efficient polite, and extremely friendly. Would totally use them again!

They were phenomenal ☺️ I called them to move an entire house and they were able to work with me remotely, which was a huge relief. Their team worked on a weekend morning to help me in an emergency and they were wonderful to work with! A very friendly efficient team, cannot recommend enough
