Mitch, Matt, and Porter arrived and delivered our shipment. They were very efficient and recognized we had items mislabeled. They took the time needed to ensure we had all our boxes.
Sara and Brooklin did a wonderful job! They arrived on time, packed quickly and efficiently, and were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 6 stars for the recent household move that Bailey's performed for me! In 2019 we enlisted Bailey's to move a large manufacturing company I owned. Their work then was detailed, timely, and so well executed that when it came time to move my home, I enlisted Bailey's again. I'm so glad I did. Although not the least expensive moving service, you can count on receiving great value and peace of mind from your investment. From frequent phone calls to check on progress to the expert care in packing, and on through the physical move, all was done with care for my family and our belongings. The men of the moving crew were amazing! Thank you Brock Sr., Brock Jr., Bennet T., Emmanuel L., Johnathan H., and Joshua F.! Thank you Bailey's!!!
Our moving crew from Bailey’s (Brock, Brock Jr. , Josiah, Andre, and Francisco) who helped is for the past two days was outstanding. They were all so professional and went the “extra mile”. Ours was a complicated move and they handled it perfectly. We are so grateful for their excellent service. Thanks to each of you!
Great experience with Bailey’s crew!! Pack up and loading with Pam, Linda, Mitch, Jaime, Christian, Matt, Colton, Kaden and Corban was efficient and the run were all very knowledgeable!! Lindsey at the office is responsive and helpful!!
This is my 15th move and has to be one of the worst ones yet. Let me just start off with Lincoln Kelly who came out and did our estimate for boxes and weight. He was WAY off, and we even had him come out twice to evaluate everything. After he miscalculated everything he asked if we could help cover the rest of the cost so he didn’t have to. Are you joking, do your job right the first time and that wouldn’t have happened. Next, when the people came out to pack up our house they only sent out 2 people and not enough boxes. They were finally able to get some help but then had to wait for them to bring more boxes. Lincoln quoted us 4 wardrobe boxes, 4! We are a family of 4 and he thought that was enough? Really? But the packers were fine, they didn’t really label things and just crammed all kinds of stuff into boxes that don’t belong together and then didn’t even label it right. Honestly couldn’t even tell you where half of our stuff is. And then we have the loaders/unloaders and movers, literally the worst. They had originally only sent out TWO people!! And they had to wait until they could get more people out to help them load. The first two loaders that showed up were annoyingly loud. Most of our stuff showed up scratched, broken, and messy. Like they just have no care in the world about your stuff. I mean come on, we are hard working people who work hard for our belongings and you want to treat us like we are nothing and like you aren’t getting paid? If you can’t do your job right, THEN DON’T DO IT!!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my enemies. Just pathetic, do better people.
We had the best experience with Bailey's Moving and Storage. Full house install including storage of newly purchased furnishings during construction all handled flawlessly by the Bailey's Team. Special thanks for Mitch, Matt, Ron and Judson.
We had 4 fantastic gals from Bailey’s moving and storage (Sara, Hola, Vianca, and Janay) they were wonderful! They worked hard, quickly, and were so accomodating. They were friendly, professional and very careful and organized with our large home. If we ever move again I’d want the same team! Thank you Bailey’s!!
The packers, loaders, and movers were great. Everyone was kind and helpful. There was some damage to our wall, but our furniture and belongings were in good condition. There was some miscommunication in scheduling, so they took an extra day longer than what we had been told when booking the service, and that was unfortunate, but there wasn’t anything to be done about it for us. Overall, we’re grateful for the service and glad we booked it.
Matt and Mitch were AWE SOME! It was so nice that they both had a great attitude. I imagine it is really hard work, but they were upbeat and kind the entire time!!

In April I hired my first professional movers to move me from my townhome into a storage unit. It was a horrible experience. As I'm preparing to move across the country, I was absolutely terrified to hire movers again after my first experience. However, I met with Kasey, and he was amazing. He told me I'd be in good hands and it would be a better experience. Jump to today when Bailey's moving showed up with Oscar, Dallin and Michael. They were professional from the first hello to waving goodbye. As Oscar carefully inventoried every box and piece of furniture, Dallin and Michael carefully loaded it into the truck. They worked quickly, but carefully. The rewrapped and retaped things that needed special attention, and treated every item with care as though it was a precious antique. I was so impressed watching these men work today, and I can't express my gratitude enough. Kasey was definitely right...it was a much better experience and I highly recommend Bailey's moving and storage, especially Oscar, Dallin and Michael!
Brock Jr, Brock Sr and Joe were very profesional, showed up on time, and worked hard to get everything loaded and moved! Definitely deserve mover of the month. EDITED: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They employ the traditional bait and switch tactics that you read about online, and do not take responsibility when things are not done properly. For example, the original binding estimate was off by ~ 1,700 pounds and the sales team tried to manipulate me into paying > $1000 more than expected. First, the majority of items on the inventory list were marked as soiled, despite several items being less than 6 months old and in brand new condition. According to the company, when they mark an item as soiled it could mean that the item was slightly dusty. Second, our stuff was picked up on time but is not going to be delivered on time. Make sure you are aware that if your stuff is not delivered on time you will only be compensated $100/day. Unfortunately, when you are making a long distance move with a family and have to continually change your plans, that is not enough to cover basic costs, like a hotel room. Lastly, they do not treat you with respect when you call on the phone and all they talk about is their reputation and how it shows they are a good company. In my experience, this company has been the exact opposite. Currently living one of the horror stories you read online about long distance moves.
They moved my items and broke an antique piece of furniture and an ikea bookshelf. This is because they sent 2 brand new people who didn’t know how to move furniture. It took me 10+ follow ups on my claim to get them to send someone to fix the antique furniture and I still haven’t received my check they promised which I have now followed up on 3 more times and still no answer. I moved last September now it is June. They don’t care because they’ve already been paid
The crew was friendly, efficient, and very helpful! They were very careful with everything they packed. I was extra grateful for the padding they laid on the carpet to keep dirt from tracking in the house. We’ve used Bailey’s two times before, and will definitely use them again!
We had a great experience with Jose and his team. They were punctual, ensured they packed all the right things, and had us on our way in no time. Highly recommend their service to ease the stress of packing/moving!
