Bailey's completed two moves for us. One of items being shipped internationally and one to a storage unit. We dealt with 3 teams of professionals - which they were. They arrived on time, were very courteous, addressed our questions, and met our needs. We were concerned that our goods would fit in the storage unit; they made it work with room to spare!! From the people who initiated the transaction, who followed up daily, and who performed the work - it was a very professional job. Thank you!!!
All three (driver Freddie Moncada, helpers Debbie and oscar) were delightfully cheerful and so willing to help even when we added items at the last minute.
Armando, Zach and Jose were great! Super fast, friendly, and flexible with my requests/questions. I’ll definitely be using this company for future moves.
Well we had 2 completely different experiences in one. Palika, sunia, and jose, we’re amazing, efficient, and polite. On June 8th they came and packed boxes. Some other workers came later that day and disassembled a bed frame, they were also great and polite. However, on the day of packing the truck June 9th 2 different teams came. One a team of a father and his 2 sons, the sons I’m not sure were even hired by allied. I don’t know all their names because majority of the time I heard them say son of dad, even the second team called the dad dad. Another not professional thing to do. You work for a company use names so the customer can remember your name. The father and sons team swore and took more than just the lords name in vain when they were upset. I am religious and found it unnecessary in the situation, I felt they were doing it on purpose. Later, the other team came to help them and broke a piece of furniture and didn’t even come tell me, I had to ask about it. I am seriously wondering what they are going to do to the boxes with breakable items in them. My husband and I didn’t get to eat lunch even. How could we do anything when we felt like we needed to watch how thing s were being treated. We offered to help Carry fragile boxes down the front steps instead of let it bounce down on the cart, they scoffed and said “no they will be fine.” They criticized me later when they thought I couldn’t hear. They went very slow all day, until we told them we have to be out by a set time. They were very quick after that, in which I wondered what they had been doing till that point. The wrapped furniture sat in the garage for hours. There were a good two hours, not break hours, I felt like they were stalling to avoid being sent to another job when they were done. I’m wondering if they wrapped our couches correct. They used blankets on chairs but only plastic wrap on the couch. I bothered me they never asked to do a final walk through. The team on june 8th did one. They wouldn’t wrap things in padding that the team on the 8th said would be the team on the 9th responsibility, including the piece of furniture they broke.They took till the time we had to be out, leaving me very little time to clean the house. We wish we could have hired the good team from the 8th to pack and then use someone else for storing and delivering. Bailey’s-allied tied our hands, I can’t report any of this till we have our stuff delivered to our new cross country address. Also I wasn’t going to mention how long they took, it was our first time using movers, but I read other reviews and mine beats them all. 10 HOURS with breaks. My husband and I heard from someone else who has moved 3 times cross country, 6 hours is what it should have been. On June 8th the quality control manager stopped by, why didn’t he on the 9th when the stuff was being loaded, I would have asked for a different set of teams. I do find it fun my experience was so different from other reviews on here, I did find one about an individual and two teenagers that showed up to pack the truck, for someone else, they broke the brand new tv. I guess if a dad and his two sons show up to your move, you should immediately call to get them switched, or individuals with this description. I’m still not sure the dads name.
I really enjoyed getting to know the staff as they helped us pack our belongings into storage and prepared us for our move. Freddie and Ryan are hard working, respectful, and careful. I hope they can help us again in the futurei!
Freddie, Faris, and Francisco were great! They were professional, worked quickly, and took great care of our home and possessions.
Called to get a quote. Lady was not super friendly. That should have been my first sign. They got a man (Jake) to come out and give me an estimate. He never followed up with my quote, a call or anything. I called back the main number and asked why I had never received a quote or any follow up from Jake. However, he did sign me up for endless advertisements and garbage emails without my consent. The phone rep said she’d have him call me. Of course no call or followup again. If you need to move, I wouldn’t count on this place. Zero communication, zero follow up. That’s a hard pass for me. I was ready to move, and went with another mover who was responsive and interested in my business.
I was not looking forward to packing or moving my house but Bailey’s was fabulous. There is plenty to do when you are moving and they took the most time intensive part off my hands. I highly recommend them.

We had Baileys Moving & Storage help with an install of pool furniture for an apartment complex yesterday. We originally scheduled our install for 2 days with the amount of furniture that was purchased. Even with a break and a lunch, we were done by 3:30. The crew had a positive attitude and kept things fun all day. Thank you for your hard work Freddie (lead), Francisco and Oscar's crews!

Best move I have ever had, and I have moved many times. Communicated the process along the way and were very quick and professional. Made the difficult job of moving seem easy. Highly recommend Baileys to anyone who wants to take some of the stress out of moving.
Move was as hassle-free as a move can be. Everything on time, very professionally conducted, and Cyndi kept me apprised of the plan and any changes to it throughout the move.
