From the beginning of my move from Utah to Oklahoma professional helpers and especially the director of my move Josfua the driver. The handling with care of everything to be moved from furniture to many boxes. Courteous people in Utah and Oklahoma placing everything for me without making it hard for me to unstack. Fantastic is the word for everything.
All of the Bailey employees who worked in our home hustled all day long. They were polite, professional, very respectful of being our home. They all worked hard until the job was complete. I felt they went the extra mile when I requested something specific. We were very pleased and would hire them again, without hesitation.
I had a great experience working with Baileys. I worked with Jamie and she made sure every thing was taken care of efficiently. I have moved around quite a bit and have used moving companies for every move and most of the time, I am dealing with a scam of some sort. This experience was very different and was handled professionally throughout the process.
Perfect job. These guys were very careful with our personal property and our home.
The crew led by Jake showed up right on time and immediately went to work. Everything was done in an orderly manner, no one was in rush. My wife and I were very impressed in how the team took care of our stuff. They started at 8:30am, and was done by 2:00pm. I can't speak to the value since this is the first time that I have hired a moving company. For the result that we got, I would say the price was very reasonable.
Our coordinator and driver were great! First moving crew walked off the job, very stressful, but the driver was able to find another crew to load, and they were great. No problems with unloading crew at destination.
We had them do the packing for us and I could not believe how fast and well they did! Exceptionally happy!

Difficult job lifting a patient chair up 2 flights of stairs. Freddy and Francisco came up with a plan and executed the job professionally and efficiently.made my job so much easier and the office was not disrupted by our work. Great job!

Freddie and Francisco were amazing!! Hard working, efficient and professional. I have moved several times over the years with corporate moves. This was our first move personally and we moved into a storage unit. These two were some of the best movers I’ve had!! Edit: The post above was from March 2022 moving into our storage unit. July 2023, moved out of storage unit and were fortunate to get Freddie and Francisco again!! These two gentlemen are a credit to their company, Bailey’s Moving & Storage. So professional, so respectful and hardworking. Couldn’t thank them enough for their help. Awesome experience, once again!!
The front end of our move went very smoothly. Showed up and boxed up our china as agreed. Moving team was great. Back end not so good. We had put our things in storage as we didn’t have a move in date yet in our new state. They did mention to give them as much lead time as possible - I was anticipating a week or so. It ended up being 3 full weeks from when we called to when they were able to deliver. A week before our delivery their billing department tried to take a $9000 payment from our debit card that is attached to our checking account without notifying us before they did so. Completely unacceptable. I had to chase the company for all info on the back in of the move. They really need to communicate better. We were finally told the driver would call us the day before delivery to tell us when he would be here - could arrive anywhere between 7-10 am. He never called and showed up at 10. Once he did show up - he and his team were great and did a good job moving in all of our things and setting them up.
Cindy was amazing! She took care of us every step of the way!! Every person on the crew, from packing to loading to unloading and reassembly, was great!! The driver and work crew were professional and courteous!! Thanks for all you did!

Lacie and team did an amazing job of carefully packing up the entire house and storage unit. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. The loading crew that followed was equally professional, careful, and great to work with. No major mishaps and my household possessions are on their way to our new home. Thanks for the great job and service!
The whole experience was fantastic. The two young ladies who packed up the house were quick, professional and personable. Baileys was spot on. Highly recommend.
