I've moved my family of six five times in the last five years. These movers were some of the nicest and best I've ever had. My only advice for improvement is to use floor covering and door coverings to help reduce damage furniture being moved out. Overall great team though, and a job well done.
Nightmare. Packers arrived with one experienced individual and 2 clueless 18 year olds doing summer labour. Items were missed, valuable goods smashed, furniture broken and some items packed things they shouldn't. But it gets worse - Baileys uses 3rd party (MSS) for things like disconnecting fridge/washing machines, moving light fixtures and TV.s This firm failed to turn up both for packing and at destination, charges thousands for minor tasks, didn't have the right tools and had an aggressive poor attitude. Don't go near this hot mess. My experience was the absolute worst.
No complaints here, shipment arrived in good condition and the they were very professional.
This was the second time my husband and I used Bailey's Moving and Storage and have had great experiences on both occasions. We are very impressed with the professionalism and service provided. Our Moving Coordinator, Cyndi, was with us from start to finish and made sure we were taken care of. She was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. Also, our mover Armando and his team did an amazing job at packing, loading, shipping, and unloading our house hold items. They were on-time, personable, friendly, quick, and careful. Thank you for making our move smooth and easy.
Bailey's Moving and Storage helped our family move to another state. They were extremely transparent, accommodating, and responsive throughout the entire process. They treated us like friends, and made us feel totally at ease through an already stressful time of moving. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bailey's to anyone.
As a military family we know moving and Bailey’s did an extraordinary job on packing up what should have easily been a two day job without cutting any corners! They arrived early and motivated get everything needed done. Can’t say thank you enough to Lacie, Debbie, Ellie, Sydney, and Cali!
3 employees showed up to pack lamps, framed items, a clock and mirrors, Debbie, the lead, with 2 young ladies working summer job. They were all great, very neat, polite and accommodating. Packed my stand mixer even though not on their list since I could not figure out how to do. Worked well together and in same space where I was finishing up packing myself. Very pleased.
I highly recommend Bailey's. Our movers, Mohamed, Shafie, and Bridger were phenomenal. We were especially impressed with Mohamed who led the team. He managed the team well, communicated wonderfully with the guys and with us, and we really appreciated his positive attitude and jokes throughout the morning! They all worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. We also appreciated their creativity and flexibility after we found out at the last minute the townhouse company would need to redo the carpet in one large room and we were told the room would have to be left empty. Communication with Bracken and Rachelle who helped organize and plan the move was also phenomenal. I really appreciated that and how smoothly everything went because the weeks around the move transitioning cities and jobs are so hectic. They called and emailed to check in before and even called during the move to see how things were going. I also want to thank Cindy. She was my first contact with the company and helped me get connected with an out of state Allied partner and was incredibly responsive when the first out of state company never responded. She found another partner company and called them personally to connect us as we were on a time crunch. We'll be moving again in the near future and we look forward to working them all again!

We were assigned to Cyndi Buhler and we were so happy. She is professional and always responsive. Cyndi called me regularly to let me know each step of the process, who would be coming and what would be happening. I was impressed that each time I called her her voice mail was specific for that day. The kept me informed of her schedule and when she would be able to get back to me. It was the most enjoyable experience working with Cyndi especially in a stressful situation. And.. the packers and shippers were excellent! Brock, Brock jr and Oscar were absolutely the best and I highly recommend them.
One of the best moving companies I’ve used. Mario our crew lead was on top of everything, and the entire crew was fantastic. 5 stars.
We were so pleased with the careful quality of service that we received today. The men were very respectful and worked so hard. A move is a difficult event, but soon after they began, we felt that the job would be done well—-And it was! They were professional and efficient in everything they did.
Sara and Ana were great. Polite and professional and finished all the packing in a very timely manner too.
TERRIBLE experience. Our crew broke our almost-new television (Bailey’s refused to reimburse us) and scratched up our new bed. Throughout the move we could see them handling our furniture carelessly. Our crew also refused to keep masks on, although we moved when the COVID infection rate was at its highest. We had to ask repeatedly, then gave up. Without discussing with us, the crew took a 30-min break just two hours after arriving, and spent almost an hour – an expensive hour for us - trying to reassemble a simple bed frame. When we asked for a discounted rate after receiving such poor service, we were told THIS crew is one of the most reliable and requested. The folks we made our arrangements through were friendly, but completely avoided taking responsibility for anything that went wrong.
