I was very nervous about my move but Joannie was very sweet about keeping me posted on how & when each stage of the move would happen! She was always there with an answer when I sent a question her way. She made an emotional & scary experience for me - PERFECT!! The moving crew Freddie, Francisco & Faris could not have been better! They were quick and very gentle with my possessions. I would try to help (I'm sure more bother than help) and they would gently tell me to step aside - this is what I was paying them for :) A VERY HAPPY & SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
Chris was so helpful doing the consultation process. He really offered some sound advice and then Laura, our moving coordinator was also patient and answered our questions. They came through when I needed them the most after an oversight on the loading date! Whew. Thank you guys so much. Such a hassle free move and all your guys were so hardworking and packed and unpacked so well. May the good Lord bless your business!
I was contacted serval times by the manager to make sure everything was going according to plan. The movers were awesome and friendly. They were very careful with my belongings and were efficient in their labors.

Bailey’s Moving has been incredible to work with over the past week. All the employees are knowledgeable, effective and friendly. Aides, Lauvale and Lihai were a great help packing up our home. Mila and Michael were rock stars packing up our house and taking it away.
Fast. Got packed and moved within a week, even in high season. Took good care of items. Great team of movers.
I've never used a professional moving company before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. There were so many moving parts, different subcontractors doing different things, etc, but Cindy at Bailey's was on top of it all. She called every day during the pack and move to make sure that things were going well and was as eager to hear about the (very limited) bad as she was the good. When a few things did have issues, she was quick to intervene and resolve them quickly and thoroughly. I hope to not move again for a long, long time. But if/when I do, I would be happy to work with Cyndi and Bailey's again!
This is our second time using Bailey's and we could not have been more happy with our experience. Cyndi, in the office, did a fantastic job organizing the logistics of our move several months in advance, and was professional and detail-oriented throughout the process. But as wonderful as working with her was, the highlight for us was working with our driver, MD. A class act through and through, MD went above and beyond to make both the loading and unloading sides of our move a positive experience, even with some major challenges that we did not expect on the unloading side. We did not expect to become fast friends with our moving driver, but that is exactly what happened. We would recommend Bailey's to anyone because of this experience.

They were on time. They were kind And professional.... Both guys worked quickly Anna so efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Th e little extra you pay with them is so well worth the peace of mind. Best movers ever.

Horrible...never use. I had 15 boxes that were soaking wet. Mold in them clothes totally ruined. I had paid for extra insurance for the move from slc to Phoenix. No one was EVER sent to check and make restitution. My things had been in THEIR STORAGE FACILITY for a year. No one else had access. I never heard from them or received a dime. Antiques were scratched and ruined...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS.
Javier ran a great crew of Kaden, Mario, Ryan, Edward and Jamie. They arrived on time and did a great job loading all of our things onto the truck. In just a few hours all of our things were out of the house and ready to go.
So far so good!!! The packers were quick and careful as were the movers. Freddie and his team were great. They were the loaders/ movers. I can't remember the packers lead and her team but they were all great and fast. I hope the team driving our belongings to our new State are just as good!!! I'll update once everything arrives.
I am so impressed with the efficiency, detail and work ethic of Bailey’s and their crew. This is the 2nd big move in the last 5 years and Bailey’s has gone above and beyond my expectations and changed my perception of moving companies. The ladies are phenomenal packers. They have made this part of a cross country move so seamless and virtually stress free. Thank you so much!!!
