We had Baileys move us in 2002 so when we planned our recent move (2020) We contacted Baileys immediately. Again, they did not disappoint. The packers were quick and efficient. They zipped through all the rooms and made it tons easier to relocate our home. When the movers arrived with the truck they hit the floor running. Again, zip!, the boxes and furniture were quickly and safely moved into the truck. The team members were each pleasant and professional. Unloading the truck went just as quick...and my furniture and goods were also treated gently. Arrived on time, worked at a quick steady pace. Took obvious care not to bang walls, ceilings, or door. Friendly. Asked to make sure things were placed where we wanted them. Very Happy!
Armando and his Bailey's team were incredible. They packed us up quickly and efficiently at our old home, and were right on time at the new place. They put all our furniture in place, reassembled our grandfather clock, moved around furniture per our request, hauled off empty boxes and were really fun and pleasant people to work with. We could not have asked for a better move (or even imagined it)!
The entire group was thorough and kind. Made the move painless. Would recommend without exception.
Juan and Oscar were outstanding!! Very kind, understanding, patient, and they really cared about making sure my items from two separate locations were packed very well. So professional also! We moved from our existing home to a new home we built in the same area. The team from Bailey's was responsive all along the way, from the estimate process, to the preparation calls, and throughout the physical move. The moving team worked so hard, they actually called in a second truck and worked a 12 hours shift to get us moved in one day rather than taking two days as originally planned. They were careful and so polite. Would definitely recommend them and will use them next time if we ever move again.
All the movers took care handling our property. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. I gave only 4 stars because I feel they could have had better time management skills during the first half of moving our stuff from our house to the truck. They took the longest break right after the first hour they started. They were definitely more efficient second half of moving stuff in the truck. The move from the truck to the storage unit went smoothly, they really know how to pack! In the end it got done and am truly happy with the job that was performed. Thanks to Mario and his team!
Dear Janna I would like you to know how much your driver Rodolfo was professional and helpful with our move from Ogden, Utah to Ft Worth,Texas. He kept us informed and explained everything that would happen in our move. On the day we were moved he kept things moving and made sure the crew stayed organized. Our move went smoothly largely because of his professional attitude. Once we arrived In Texas, he helped unload the truck even though it was raining and was chilly. I would give him a 5-star review. Our movers (Armando and Jose) were awesome workers and always professional and courteous. They had to haul all of our stuff by hand up a steep, long driveway to get it to the moving truck but never slowed down. Our stuff was carefully packed and protected from damage. Joannie was our move coordinator and did a great job communicating with us.
There's absolutely nothing our Bailey's team could have done better! They were happy, helpful, efficient, polite, and communicative. They took great care of our house and our items as they were moving in and out and we would recommend them to anyone.
Everything went really well and took good care of me during the entire process of moving my stuff.
The communication from Bailey's was absolutely phenomenal. Any time that I had a question, I could call and they immediately answered with clarification.
We loved our experience with Bailey’s. The office was very professional and communicated with us all along the way as we prepared for the move and then during the packing/moving process. The movers were awesome. I wish I could have them every time we move. They were happy and positive—even when my wife changed her mind about where things needed to go. They were on time and professional. I also enjoyed watching the team dynamic as they worked together and clearly enjoyed the team they were on. I never worried about my stuff. It was packaged carefully and handled with care every step of the way. Again, and this is the best praise I can give, I would use this exact group again without any hesitation. Awesome company. So grateful for all of their help.

Rodolfo, is the best at his job ! OMG! Let me tell you how wonderful he is, I have moved cross country more times than I want to remember, and Rodolfo was the most professional, hard working, driver I have ever worked with! He got to our house a day early to start packing and wrapping furniture before the other guys arrived the next day, he just about got more than half of the truck loaded himself! No other driver has ever done that, And where we were living is a very tight street with cars parked all over, he was able to get the truck pulled out like it was nothing! I have never seen such a great team like this before! Joan was on the phone with me throughout the entire process to make sure that we were happy with the way things were going. EXCELLENT customer service is all I can say! I will never ever use anyone but this company again! BAILEY’S IS THE BEST EVER I BELIEVE THAT RODOLFO AND JOAN DESERVE A RAISE AND LUNCH!❤️❤️❤️ Kudos to Rodolfo! And I want to just let Baileys know what a fantastic driver you have! Please reward him! Incredibly positive experience. The pre moving team was available to answer all of my questions making sure that we were fully prepared. The moving team showed up on time and was extremely focused and efficient. We ended up getting everything done way ahead of schedule and the whole process was the best experience I have had moving.
Could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Cindy and everyone we worked with were amazing. They made every effort to make things go smoothly and made what is usually a very stressful and difficult endeavor, a pleasant one. Thank you Baileys! You rock :)
