The guys that moved us out where awesome! On time, quick, polite and very careful with our home items! The guys that moved us in to our new home were the same! Just fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone! The entire unload and setting our new place up took about two hours! And we had over 3 tons of furniture and other household items. Give them a call you won’t regret it!!

Our experience with nothing short of spectacular. It started with Cyndi Buhler who coordinated the whole project. She is very pleasant and professional with the central aim of making sure we are happy with their service. She called every step of the way to make sure everything was proceeding as we discussed. Then the packers came. They were thorough, quick, pleasant, and expert in their craft. The movers then came to load the truck and then unload it once we arrived at our destination. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They were very helpful making sure every box went where we wanted them to go and even put our beds together. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. It made what would be a very stressful time into a very delightful experience. Thanks Baileys.
This is the 3rd time I've used Bailey's moving and wouldn't use anyone else. They have performed above all expectations every time, including moving to and from Hawaii. They moved all household goods, cars and motorcycles without a hitch. They show-up and deliver when promised and their packing teams are professional and fast. Kasey and Joannie are the best!

We had a cross country move and everything arrived safely and as promised. We learned our driver (Kevin) is also our new neighbor! He ensured everything was just as we wanted it before he left and even moved a few more things around just to ensure we were completely satisfied. Great experience overall!
Our moving experience with Bailey’s was the best we could imagine! Every contact from Chris (meeting with us at our home in Utah to estimate our costs) to Cindy (handling questions & service from the office & checking on our satisfaction every step of the way) to Steve, our mover, driver, contact, and all-round superhero — was great!! The crew that went to my house was very professional and on time. They had gloves on for safety and were very polite. I’ve had the packing and moving service and both were great!! 100% recomend!

Cyndi Buhler was my account manager. she was very professional and excellent in communicating with me. We ended up coming in a little under the estimation and I was very happy that she estimated conservatively and that we made decisions that were going to be within our budget.
We had a great experience from day one, Chris was a great sales perso. He was professional and approachable. He answered all our questions and gave us accurate information. We felt like he had our best interests at heart. He set us up with a great driver! Allan was also very professional and easy to work with. Our possessions arrived at our new home on time and undamaged. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction!! We would highly recommend Baileys for anyone state to state move. Our move was one of the best we have experienced! We were treated with real concern and knowledgeable professionalism. The company’s communication was excellent. We were in constant contact with drivers and they were punctual and positive. The workers were careful and offered to assist above and beyond our expectations. I know this sounds a bit over the top, but we appreciated how well we were treated. Moving is so stressful, and their genuine concern and hard work was greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
One month after the move and my wife's piano is still broken. Watching them pack it up, I was concerned, because it seemed their piano moving knowledge stemmed from a YouTube video they watched that morning. We made a claim and they sent out someone who confirmed it was broken and he told us he would report to Bailey's and they would take care of it. 3 weeks later not a word. No answer to my email. Nothing. And by the way, the 8.5 hours I was charged for after I was told it would be a 6 hour move included 2 45 min breaks and a 1.5 hour lunch break. We were also told that anything we didn't get packed into boxes would be taken care of, but instead we wound up following them as they left each room packing the odds and ends that were left behind. Use any other mover but these guys.
Cyndi B helped us with our recent move from TX to UT. Any question or concern we had she was very punctual at getting us answers right away. Our belongings arrived on a Saturday and she was very responsive and checked in even on a weekend which was nice. Our belongings arrived on the first day possible which was great and I was always kept up to date where everything was.
