Baileys has moved us 2x. The first time it was a local move. This time Baileys/Allied packed and moved our belongings for a 5 bedroom house from Utah to Ohio. They were very professional and the driver supervised the moving of our furniture very carefully. My husband and I felt that they really cared about protecting our furniture. They were respectful and very hard working.
The team I worked with at Bailey's was amazing! The way they worked with me and my budget was very professional and they always took care of my family and I. The actual moving crew was so great! They helped my wife with some things that were outside of their job scope just because they could tell she needed the help. I'm glad I was referred here as it was a perfect experience for my move.
Just watched one of their trucks with 2 employees illegally turn through an intersection that had a red arrow and almost hit 2 people who were in the crosswalk. Absolutely disgusting. This happened at around 0825am at the I intersection of 400 S. and 500 E. If the guy in the crosswalk hadn't jumped back he would have been dead.
My husband is in the military and so Bailey’s was assigned to move us. Although we had no choice in the matter, I’m so glad Bailey’s was picked for us. The movers were all super nice and friendly and they were efficient. If I had the choice, I’d pick them every time. They’re amazing!
The salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had was detailed answers not just with a yes or a no. They were able to work with my tight schedule and really made me can down and relax to where I actually enjoyed my move. The guys who actually moved my household items prepped my house really well along with my furniture so there was minimal damage. A couple items were scratched but for the amount of furniture I had I really expected a lot more to be damaged. Overall, it was a great move. A big thumbs up to Bailey's Moving and Storage.
Bailey's moved us from out of state to Salt Lake City. Miserable experience along the way, from lack of commitment to promised timing, utmost negligence while packing our place for the move, delivery process, and the final refusal to honor the insurance policy on multiple items lost. I am about to happily write the letter to my employer urging them to drop Bailey's as the official moving company. If I did my job with the degree of incompetence they demonstrated at every single step of the process, I would be long behind bars.
Drivers think it’s ok to block roads. Then threaten people when asked to move.
They were a day late on delivery they broke all kinds of things cracked my headboard crush boxes drop boxes and put them on their side when it said fragile stand up. All the help left and me and my brother had to help unload the truck. P.S. We pay $500 hundred dollar for insurance extra and the insurance is only for 9 months, it's been 5 months and we've done everything to try to get them out here. They keep on given us the run around. They say one day that there sending some to look at the stuff . no one comes to look at our stuff that they broke. It's been 5 months, they still haven't come or anything. So there trying to put it off until the Insurance expires. So just to get this on the record. I guess I will have to get her attorney.
We had a great experience with Bailey's! Big T and his team really took care of us and our belongings. They were fast yet careful. Much appreciated!
Worst moving company to use for delivery. Home Depot and JC Penney use this company for their delivery service. They damaged my wall (huge hole on wall on two tone paint) when they were delivering appliances. It took them nearly a week to respond to my call. They also damage the refrigerator and now waiting for replacement. They were unprofessional and reckless. They did not adjust the range and on top of all of that they asked for a tip.
The sales man are not good at estimating and the move was priced more than what it was told the move was fantastic though the Latino driver took care of me. One guy kept smoking and had messy hair and had bad teeth he smelled bad.
I have used Bailey's on three separate moves. Each time they handled our items with care. They are very professional in all the work they do. When we moved this last time, I said to my wife that we wouldn't move again without Bailey's. Thanks Bailey's!
They just moved our stuff and I am very pleased and impressed. They carefully wrapped everything to ensure safe transport. I would definitely recommend them. Armando Carrillo and his company were amazing. Two thumbs up for these guys!!!!
They low-balled the price quote so we chose them but then the price increased by $1000 the day of the move. They lost a box, damaged a couch beyond repair, and damaged a chair. They repaired the chair. They gave us money to replace the couch but still charged us to move the couch which didn't make sense. They based the payment for the items in the box on weight which was less than the value of the items.
