Great company to work with. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs. They helped with our move across the US around 1300 miles and got all our stuff here safe and sound. This included, large House items and cars. They kept us in the the loop the whole time. We worked with Lincoln who did our estimate and he was great. He was quick to get back with us and adjust our requests as needed for an easy as possible move. Great company. Thanks.

Highest recommendation! The folks at Bailey's are consummate professionals. My husband and I moved cross-country, which I thought would be a daunting task. But it wasn't because Kasey Knowles provided excellent leadership and timely guidance throughout the entire moving process. He was always available to meet and/or talk on the phone if we had questions; he provided a fair and accurate estimate; and he was such a pleasure to work with. When an unforeseen situation arose that necessitated a change in our move date, Kasey was understanding and seamlessly changed the date. The team who packed up our home did a fine job (three insignificant items broke but could easily be glued back together, which is a good track record given the tons of stuff [including artwork] they packed). Joannie Dratch (Dispatch) kept in close touch with us before, during and after the move to let us know what was happening each step of the journey. Lucio (the Driver) and his team did a phenomenal job of carefully loading and unloading all of our goods, and kept in contact while he was driving across the country to let us know where he was each day. At all phases of the move, everyone's attitude was positive and gung-ho for the task at hand. We were very impressed by the whole operation and greatly appreciated everyone's efforts to make this move as easy and comfortable for us as possible.
These guys are the best! We just went through a pretty crazy move and they were amazing. They moved things around and made sure we were happy with where things were before they left. They are so friendly and helpful, I will 100% use them again.
I love Baileys and the whole crew. They helped us move tons of boxes and furniture as part of a major remodel at our university. They were friendly, flexible, and did a great job in a short amount of time. I highly recommend their service.

Tavita Manu and his crew are the best! We had to move a large energy research institute, including some unique equipment, and Tavita and his team knocked it out of the park. They were careful, efficient and flexible on our requests and did a fantastic job on our move. If this company loses or breaks something, they will do everything possible to avoid covering the cost. When we first contacted them, we spoke with Lincoln, who was great at the beginning and gave us a competitive quote. After that, we never heard from him again. Communication throughout the entire moving process was terrible. Our driver, Armando, was the only person who handled things professionally. We were moving with young children and without any family support, so communication on our end wasn’t always perfect. We did the walk-through, but a few items were left behind — some that were tagged, and a few items were taken that we didn’t even want. We let most of that go, but our ladder and lawnmower were also left behind, which was a much bigger issue. We immediately notified them and filed a report, especially because I had emailed them before the truck left letting them know those items were still there and needed to be picked up. Due to their poor communication, the items were missed — yet they still refused to cover it. Their reasoning was that my wife had done the walk-through and the items were not listed, even though we had pointed them out and followed up in writing. Once we started speaking with Judy, it became very clear that they had no intention of reimbursing us. The runaround was constant, and the entire process felt incredibly shady. They advertise coverage for lost or damaged items, but when something actually happens, they do not stand behind their own claims. We are extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. If an issue comes up, they will not help you, support you, or take responsibility for their mistakes.
Bailey’s is an amazing moving company. I was put in contact with Cindi, and she was amazing. She called me a few months before our move and got all the details. She called frequently with updates that were very helpful. She also was available for questions and help. She is a great point of contact! When our time to move had come, Sara & Alex Osegueru came to pack everything before the move the next day. They were very efficient and worked really hard. The next day, Anthony and his crew came to load our stuff into the truck. They were also great, and finished the move really quickly. Everyone we interacted with was really nice and helpful. Communication was such a big piece of this big puzzle. Everyone communicated so well and we felt like we were in good hands!
STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY. I hired Bailey's to move my business across the street. I have lots of very expensive equipment so I wanted to make sure that they had insurance to cover things should they break in the short move. Thank goodness they did, or so I thought. Once I had moved into the new space and had all the equipment installed and tested I was notified that one piece of equipment wasn't functioning properly. I notified Bailey's and they had me go through all of their proper channels to take care of the piece of equipment that was broken in the move. I was quoted $1,600 to repair the equipment or roughly $2,300 to replace it. I provided Bailey's with all of the info that they requested, and after a few weeks I received an email with their "claim settlement". They let me know that they were "glad we're able to get this wrapped up for you." They went on to explain that "we confirmed that the shipment associated with this claim was covered under the standard released-rate liability... based on the actual weight of the item... [at] the released-rate liability of $0.60 per pound." They then offered me $14.76. There was never any discussion of additional coverage. When you're moving hundreds of thousands of dollars of equipment, you'd think that this would be a serious point of discussion and that they themselves would recommend additional coverage. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine that they would consider $0.60/lb to be sufficient insurance for a move of this caliber. Think twice.
We used Bailey’s to move from Salt Lake City UT to Poughkeepsie New York in Feb 2025. The entire team was phenomenal and was always professional and available throughout the process. Chris was so amazing. He helped guide us through a cross-country move, always available and professional. He also helped us coordinate an auto transport.
Very friendly and gave great advice about how to get our moving job completed in an efficient manor!
Sara single-handedly packed our home in a half of a day! She’s excellent, thorough, fast and experienced. Highly recommend!
I rarely write reviews but our experience with Bailey's Moving was such a positive one that I must share. My wife and I moved from California to Utah and Bailey's definitely exceeded our expectations! After hearing of negative experiences that people we know have had with other movers, we were quite nervous about the move. However, the folks we worked with at Bailey's: Lincoln, Rachel, and our driver, Eric, were all fantastic! Very professional, great attention to detail, and just extremely nice nice people. I was highly impressed with the loading crew and the care they took in wrapping and loading our furniture--even during pouring rain! My wife was equally impressed as she met Eric and the unloading team at our new home. Eric kept us informed about pick-up and delivery times and oversaw the entire process. We highly recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage--especially to anyone planning for a long-distance move.
The two delivery men Bryan and Emanuel were excellent . They navigated a challenging stairwell with a massive cabinet like complete professionals . They were very helpful and kind as well. Excellent service .

During our 48 years of marriage, my dear wife and I have moved more than a dozen times. We have never had a team of 'movers' as remarkable as the Bailey's team! From those at headquarters to the packers, loaders, drivers, assemblers, Bailey's has always given us world class service that stands out in comparison with others we've hired. Most recently Kili and Hau helped unload us in our new location and they were incredibly careful, helpful, diligent, happy and kind. They went way over and above anything we expected. In reassembling the large, cumbersome unloaded beds, tables, etc. they remained well past what they or we felt would be necessary. They remained well into the night when they should have been on the long road trip home, but they stayed to ensure that everything was perfect. Who does that in today's world??? In our experience, no one but the Bailey's team, a company that we will always use in the future. We were given a rating of zero to 5 stars. Kili and Hau deserve 100 stars each instead of just 5 stars!! The rest of the team does as well. Cyndi went out of her way to call us on her day off, multiple times to make sure everything was going well! Thank you Bailey's for everyone on your team who all are willing to go above and beyond and who each deserve 100 stars! Having taught customer service during my professional life before retirement, Bailey's exemplifies everything that should be taught to companies who provide service to clients. Well done Bailey's!!!!
