Bailey’s Moving and Storage company was great to work with. Cyndi was with us throughout the whole process to coordinate with other companies in our area and to make sure that everything was going well. She was quick to answer our questions and really made our move a smooth one.
I am an active duty service member for 24 plus years, and was served by Bailey's Moving & Storage. I am behind as far as a military move due to COVID-19. I was scheduled for a mid-June pack-out but got one for July. I am grateful they were able to get me in early July. However, there was a mix-up and or lack of communication on my scheduled dates. I called the inspector (Mrs. Cook), and she called Bailey's Moving & Storage. They were not tracking my movement of Household Goods to Korea, and I sat all day waiting. I appreciate Mrs. Cook and her support and connecting me to the dispatcher, Lisa. She was very sympathetic to situation and fixed it to the best of her ability. I was reassured by the dispatcher that it would be ok. Although, her manager; Mark was very unprofessional with me and made me feel as though he was talking to a child. I immediately told him I write the medical contracts for the Army and he would be a termination for cause. I do not appreciate his behavior or his tone with me. I am a grown women, and not a child. If this is how he addresses his customers he needs not be in this business. The Crew (Damon, Moleli, James S., Rayvon, Daniel, and Julius) that Lisa sent was very polite and professional. They came and made me feel more comfortable with Bailey's Moving & Storage, unlike the manager; Mark. I appreciate their kindness and their support with packing my household as if it was theirs. Thank you again Lisa and the Crew you sent was the best, you were right. Mark, please take a self-assessment on how you address your customers, humility and kindness goes a long ways; take a lesson from your crew and Lisa. Thanks again Lisa and the Crew. They could not have been better!! On time, friendly, professional, helpful, everything was perfect!!!!
I want to effusively thank Logan Groves and his crew for the very hard work they put into moving me. I had some very large furniture items that they were able to weave and wind through narrow staircases and tight corners, with no damage whatsoever to the furniture or to the walls/floors. They were on-time, quick, and skilled, on what was a very hot morning. They were extremely friendly and made sure to double-check with me that everything was where I wanted it. I'll happily use Bailey's Moving and Storage again if the need should ever arise.
The best movers in the history of moving. Fast and efficient. Extremely attentive: called to let me know when packers and movers were arriving, to make sure they had arrived, to check on how the packing and moving was going, and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction when both packing and moving were done. The movers even asked how I would like the furniture to be arranged or re-arranged. I want to give a special shoutout to Brittany C. and Chris S. (I would put their entire last names, but I don’t know if that is okay), who are made of awesomesauce. Anyone even pondering moving should contact Bailey’s Moving and Storage; you won’t be disappointed.

Our moving experience could not have been easier than it was. Javier, Marcos, Josh and Jace all did such a good job and were very enjoyable to talk too. All of our possessions were moved without any issue. I'd be comfortable steering anyone to Bailey's for moving needs.

Bailey's was great. They were on top of things logistically. The movers, Armando and Jose were on time and communicated everything to me so I knew exactly what the plan was. Very respectable and professional. They wrapped up all of our furniture and were very careful with everything. Big thanks to these two and the whole Bailey's crew! They made our move easy and enjoyable!
Brittney Christiansen did a very nice job working with me to ensure a smooth move. She was proactive by calling me prior to the move to make sure I had all the information I needed. She was friendly, cheerful and helpful.
From the estimate to the pickup/packing to delivery everything went smoothly and professionally. Even when we required an adjusted schedule they were incredibly accommodating. We would use them again without hesitation!
Kevin was all about keeping us happy and doing what was promised. Cyndi was always on top of scheduling. Things arrived on time and in good shape!
Excellent experience. The crew was solid, and Quinn was an exceptional leader. The loader, Carlos, got more in a container than I thought was possible. The packing itself was careful, and the cleanup afterwards was thorough.
Carolyn, Jasmine, and Mason came out and took care of our house today. From the minute I met them, I knew they were trustworthy and we were fortunate that we have Bailey’s Moving and Storage helping us. Our move was flawless!! Everyone involved in the process was courteous, professional and prompt to reposed to questions. All the movers were extremely respectful of our space and belongings, the driver was THE BEST, and we are so happy!!!! Thank you all for your wonderful work!
5 stars only because you can't choose more! These guys were awesome! Jay and his crew are the best crew I have had and I have moved a lot! Fantastic and professional from Justin my sales guy to Vivian and of course the crew! I would recommend Baileys if you need to move!
Baileys did a great job on my recent move. Anne’s crew of packers were friendly and efficient and Christian was the best driver ever; and his crew was phenomenal. Just sucks Tom didn’t quote for reassembly of some large pieces of Rogue Fitness equipment at my new place. They figured in reassembly by a third party specialty mover of a few pieces but apparently not the pieces that are difficult for one person to reassemble. It makes no sense why he had them completely disassemble everything at origin but not think I wanted it reassembled at the new house. 🤦🏻♂️ Also the packers were nice enough to have extra boxes on their van and also used some of mine that I had from Home Depot because he fell short on the box estimate. Other then that I wouldn’t hesitate to use Baileys Allied again.
