There's absolutely nothing our Bailey's team could have done better! They were happy, helpful, efficient, polite, and communicative. They took great care of our house and our items as they were moving in and out and we would recommend them to anyone.

The entire team did an outstanding job for our relocation from Phoenix, AZ to Sacramento, CA. All commitments were kept from the very start through the last box coming off the truck. Packers, driver and loaders were all very professional and did a great job protecting our belongings. Such a relief to this tremendous group of professionals make what is normally a very stressful time easy. Special thanks to Sherry and Trace for there hard work, professionalism and accuracy.

Everything went really well and took good care of me during the entire process of moving my stuff.

The communication from Bailey's was absolutely phenomenal. Any time that I had a question, I could call and they immediately answered with clarification.

We loved our experience with Bailey’s. The office was very professional and communicated with us all along the way as we prepared for the move and then during the packing/moving process. The movers were awesome. I wish I could have them every time we move. They were happy and positive—even when my wife changed her mind about where things needed to go. They were on time and professional. I also enjoyed watching the team dynamic as they worked together and clearly enjoyed the team they were on. I never worried about my stuff. It was packaged carefully and handled with care every step of the way. Again, and this is the best praise I can give, I would use this exact group again without any hesitation. Awesome company. So grateful for all of their help.

Best movers since we joined the Army. We have dome this many times as a military family. However this one was particularly easy to witness. The packers were extremely careful with EVERYTHING. Ther worked very well around our kids and they were fast. I didn't have to worry about breaking anything or losing anything. The way they cared for our belongings was pleasing. Our delivery driver was unable to get on post.after they packed and they jumped on to the rescue. Integrity and discipline is hard to find the the packing and moving industry and Bailey's st the bar really really high. Such a blessing.

Rodolfo, is the best at his job ! OMG! Let me tell you how wonderful he is, I have moved cross country more times than I want to remember, and Rodolfo was the most professional, hard working, driver I have ever worked with! He got to our house a day early to start packing and wrapping furniture before the other guys arrived the next day, he just about got more than half of the truck loaded himself! No other driver has ever done that, And where we were living is a very tight street with cars parked all over, he was able to get the truck pulled out like it was nothing! I have never seen such a great team like this before! Joan was on the phone with me throughout the entire process to make sure that we were happy with the way things were going. EXCELLENT customer service is all I can say! I will never ever use anyone but this company again! BAILEY’S IS THE BEST EVER I BELIEVE THAT RODOLFO AND JOAN DESERVE A RAISE AND LUNCH!❤️❤️❤️ Kudos to Rodolfo! And I want to just let Baileys know what a fantastic driver you have! Please reward him! Michael and Moleli came out to pack and load up my household goods and then Jaysen and Walter came out later to help out. They were on time, extremely professional and proficient. Great crew that got the job done really well and I was amazed at how fast they got it done. They packed everything up and had it loaded in about six hours. They all were very polite and gentle with all of my household goods. Would definitely recommend and use again. Michael and Moleli did an awesome job of inventorying everything and keeping it separate from what was not being moved, very competent and organized. Great company and excellent employees.

Incredibly positive experience. The pre moving team was available to answer all of my questions making sure that we were fully prepared. The moving team showed up on time and was extremely focused and efficient. We ended up getting everything done way ahead of schedule and the whole process was the best experience I have had moving.

As a military mover, I’m always used to getting bottom of the barrel support. Definitely never on time the first day. Julius (I believe his name was) changed that perception; he was a great lead for the total packout, very respectful and an engaging trendsetter for the whole team over the three days. The moving company approached the manpower in an efficient way as well. The first day we had two packers who arrived early during the two hour window given to us; at 2:30 PM we got another two packers who finished another job and were pushed to assist our job. Both pairs of packers were focused on the task and we’re careful with packing. The second day, we had four packers, which concluded our packing early and gave us some time to ourselves. Previous companies will parse out manpower by two or three and it will take up to 14 hours or more waiting on them. Loading day was the most impressive, since the packers brought out three trucks and 7 loaders. They got in early-7:30, and they were done by 12:30. Being a military move, I would not know the cost, but on a service level, Bailey’s is my number one recommendation for a Colorado Springs move. I wish I could airlift this team to my next assignment since they were so satisfactory.

Had a great experience. Moved back east, furniture was nicely wrapped, nothing broken, management and staff very professional. Would highly recommend.

Could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Cindy and everyone we worked with were amazing. They made every effort to make things go smoothly and made what is usually a very stressful and difficult endeavor, a pleasant one. Thank you Baileys! You rock :)

Best service ever - should have 5 additional stars.

Driver & crew took most furniture apart, down to boards & screws. Did not put all parts back together, just left a parts box........ and we weren't part of the disassembly. Always looking to add cost on delivery for what they claim was additional work. Check-in/check-out forms were not correct.

Great place for moving and Storage services very professional workers and fair pricing compared to other moving agents.

I have never used professional movers and didn't know what to expect. Bailey's is awesome...Brian came over to do a walk thru and gave me a quote. Was there for me every time i had a question. Jose was our driver/mover and he was all around fantastic. On time for pickup in Colorado and delivery in Arizona. Everything was packed tight...no problems..nothing ruined, broke or missing! Jose it was a pleasure...thank you Bailey's for a job well done...
