Martin and Saxxon were incredibly professional, helpful, and QUICK. I am 9 months pregnant and they were VERY kind and smart. The last time I had movers, I felt very worried about if I would even get my things at the end. This was not the case. Martin was very good at explaining what they would do and i would recommend them to anyone. Above and beyond.
I rarely write reviews but our experience with Bailey's Moving was such a positive one that I must share. My wife and I moved from California to Utah and Bailey's definitely exceeded our expectations! After hearing of negative experiences that people we know have had with other movers, we were quite nervous about the move. However, the folks we worked with at Bailey's: Lincoln, Rachel, and our driver, Eric, were all fantastic! Very professional, great attention to detail, and just extremely nice nice people. I was highly impressed with the loading crew and the care they took in wrapping and loading our furniture--even during pouring rain! My wife was equally impressed as she met Eric and the unloading team at our new home. Eric kept us informed about pick-up and delivery times and oversaw the entire process. We highly recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage--especially to anyone planning for a long-distance move.
The two delivery men Bryan and Emanuel were excellent . They navigated a challenging stairwell with a massive cabinet like complete professionals . They were very helpful and kind as well. Excellent service .
Have moved cross-country several times and this was the worst experience ever. Significant breakage on all of the items packed "professionally" by Bailey's. E.g. glass and crystal were wrapped in a sheet of paper and placed in boxes with books and sporting goods. Wine bottles were unwrapped and broken in transit. The majority of boxes were unlabeled. Pre-organized items were not packed together (i.e. garage, bedroom, bathroom all ended up in the same box together). Several items were not packed and left behind by the loading crew upon move-out including a full-size dresser! When we contacted Bailey's in an effort to rectify this the customer service was terrible and we were repeatedly told to file a claim. We did file a claim. Ironically, they refused to include the items left behind in Colorado [we had photos for verification] on the claim because we did not have them available for on-site inspection at our new location!! Much of the breakage due to the poor packing was written off to normal use wear and tear. The replacement and repair costs were significant and unmet through the claim process. Awful experience all-around.

I just moved from COS to Missouri and used Bailey’s Moving to make the move. From the beginning, Bailey’s made the move easy and as stress-free as moving can be. Connor was my Sales Rep but he stayed involved during the entire process. Vivian was my coordinator and kept in contact with me even after I received my shipment. She navigated the process and made sure no hiccups occurred. My CO movers had great attitudes and took great care of my stuff. My Semi Driver, Michael, managed the moving staff, Ann’s worked his tail off on both the loading & packing side of the move but also on the receiving end. He must be a master at Tetris as the truck was loaded perfectly, nothing shifted and I don’t think you could have fit anything else on the truck if you tried. On the receiving end, not only were things received without damage, but the crew listened to me, put things in rooms as directed, and set furniture in the correct spots, but they worked as a team, great attitudes and all 5 were hard workers. While I hope I never move again, if I do, I wish Bailey’s would be available here as I can’t imagine the process being any easier. I highly recommend you use Bailey’s in Colorado Springs as I don’t think you will be disappointed
Connor is great to work with; professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in working an estimate. He explained the process of going from point A to point B with no pressure to sign a contract at the end of the walk through to estimate the weight of our furniture.
The guys were very hard workers and very respectful. They were great to work with.
During our 48 years of marriage, my dear wife and I have moved more than a dozen times. We have never had a team of 'movers' as remarkable as the Bailey's team! From those at headquarters to the packers, loaders, drivers, assemblers, Bailey's has always given us world class service that stands out in comparison with others we've hired. Most recently Kili and Hau helped unload us in our new location and they were incredibly careful, helpful, diligent, happy and kind. They went way over and above anything we expected. In reassembling the large, cumbersome unloaded beds, tables, etc. they remained well past what they or we felt would be necessary. They remained well into the night when they should have been on the long road trip home, but they stayed to ensure that everything was perfect. Who does that in today's world??? In our experience, no one but the Bailey's team, a company that we will always use in the future. We were given a rating of zero to 5 stars. Kili and Hau deserve 100 stars each instead of just 5 stars!! The rest of the team does as well. Cyndi went out of her way to call us on her day off, multiple times to make sure everything was going well! Thank you Bailey's for everyone on your team who all are willing to go above and beyond and who each deserve 100 stars! Having taught customer service during my professional life before retirement, Bailey's exemplifies everything that should be taught to companies who provide service to clients. Well done Bailey's!!!! The crew went above and beyond to help make my move as fluid as possible. I was really impressed and happy with the crew and their work.
Tyler and his partner/supervisor on the job (sorry I forgot his name) did a great job of removing and packing all of the contents of my kitchen cabinets. Thank you guys very much for labeling the contents of each box!
Charles, Connor and Bryan did an excellent job moving our office out on August 5th. They were professional, efficient and took great care of every item. I would definitely recommend them!
William and Dakota from Grand Junction moved our things from Montrose to Salida. Very nice guys who were very concerned about doing a good job. We were very happy to have them to work with.
The boys did a good job. Communication was excellent. They unloaded quickly and were cheerful. They set my bed up and put things were I asked. The only thing I would change is the handling of my fragile boxes. My boxes were clearly marked. The fragile boxes were upside down and under other heavy boxes. These things were my grandmother's things. I have not unpacked them to access the damage if any. I would use Bailey's again. Thank you
Garrett was very helpful in planning and organizing my mother’s move to another country. I really appreciated his attention to detail and regular communication to make sure things were planned well. Bailey’s moving and Storage made it very easy for me to pack up and move my mother to another country. They were extremely professional and helpful and determining what we needed to do to make sure customs would be cleared and the steps needed to make the move as smooth as possible. They communicate communicated regularly with me to make sure everything was going OK and I really appreciated that. The Packers were friendly and efficient and got their job done really quickly, but inequality way. The mover who drove my mom stuff to her new place was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced at cross border moves. All in all it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them.
Jamie was very easy to work with and always answered his phone when I called. Bailey's Moving & Storage gave me a fair price, showed up early, and completed the move quickly with no damage to any of my belongings. Even though they were only moving my belongings less than 1 mile, they still took the time to wrap all the furniture with moving blankets for protection. I would recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage to anyone making a move on the Western Slope!
In facing a stressful, cross-country move for the first time with four kids and two pets, we have been so truly grateful for Bailey’s/Allied!! They have been nothing but responsive, professional, positive, easy going experts who have completely alleviated all our moving stresses at ever step in the process! Huge huge thanks to Lincoln and Rachel, Sara and her team of packers, Armando and his team of loaders, and Daniel and Bridger and their team of car transporters - we could not have done this without you and appreciated all your support, check-ins, excellent communication, patience, and positive, sunny attitudes (even when we had monsoon level rain on our load day!). Austin is great! Austin kept advocating for the best price and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Bailey's moving is wonderful. From their sales staff to moving staff, the whole process was smooth. Bailey's moves us from Castle Rock, CO, to Rapid City, SD. They picked up our stuff on a Tuesday and delivered it the very next day in South Dakota. This was the first time my family and I had ever used a moving company. Seriously, it was amazing. Thank you, Bailey's!
