Thank you to Jason, Damon, JT, James and Gabriel for a great loading us into our new home. They dealt with a not so great loaders from our movers in Las Vegas but they figured it out and were able to work through the day. They were polite and nice to myself and my family. I liked that they protected the house.

There is not a moving company in Denver that compares with Bailey’s. They have a competent support staff, knowledgeable sales people, and really good packers and movers. They will make your move easy, stress and worry-free. Their employees exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend them for your next move.

I had a bad experience with Bayley's. This is the first time I used a full-service moving company (I used U-Pack) prior to this, and I expected so much more for the price they charge. The main issues I encountered were (1) communication was hard throughout the process, and I had to call+email multiple times to get information; (2) the delivery dates were not met after calling multiple times, which resulted in extra costs on our part in terms of hotel, etc.; (3) the pricing was not clear at the beginning and we incurred in additional, unanticipated charges which increased the final price by around 20%; and (4) some stuff was lost in the move, including a treadmill (!) and a Kitchen Aid mixer. I hope not to move in the near future, but if I had to, I would NOT use this company. A very disappointing experience.

I am giving Bailey's one star because there was a couple of great employees who tried to work with us. The corporate salesman Jamie, however, pressured us into selecting a random move date and then wanted to charge us several hundred dollars to change it. Then when we couldn't nail down an exact move in date it would probably have cost a few thousand more, even though they couldn't nail down when they would arrive. We ended up going with another company. We just couldn't trust anything Jamie told us, and he was rather abrupt on top of it. Beware!

Excellent people to work with. Employees are very knowledgeable, great to resolve any problems. Innovative and experienced dealing with the packing and moving of all types of items.

Baileys delivered out household goods after we moved cross country. Joe and his crew were unbelievably professional and courteous; they handled our items with care and went to great lengths to protect our home during the process. My family and I could not recommend Baileys more highly. Moving is very stressful and they actually turned it into a pleasant experience.

They sent us an excellent team that was very proactive working with us, making sure they were addressing our concerns on specific items that are deeply important to us. The team was enjoyable to talk with and worked very efficiently and exhibited outstanding care and quality of service. If we move in the future, I would hope this is the team that was sent to us.

Second time using Bailey’s and Bracken and Lisa have been amazing. Estimate process was smooth, very flexible and patient with my moving dates changing up to the last minute. The packers and movers were world class. I hope I don’t have to move for a while but, if I do I’m using Bailey’s AGAIN!
