I have experienced many moves over my lifetime, and this was by far the smoothest! Bailey's is friendly, efficient and honest! From the first contact with Mark to the last contact with Kevin, the truck driver and his crew, we have experienced nothing but the best. The load went without a hitch and everything arrived in perfect condition! Thanks Baileys! We definitely recommend you!!!!

Great service! The crew that came to drop off all my stuff were friendly, flexible and understood everything that I was trying to do. Great group of guys that had a great attitude and were able to unload almost 7,000lbs (six crates) of stuff in 2 hours! Highly recommend this company and the crew that helped me.

I read the other reviews and noticed that they are selected by a filtering process. Low ranking ratings are ignored to avoid dealing with problems that are caused. It becomes obvious simply by looking at their main page, it only accepts feedback from people with an account, so that they can revoke that account instead actually dealing with complaints. A similar form of asinine behavior existed when I had the misfortune of dealing with them a few years ago. I noticed that they mix naïve people with the convicts and/or people on probation. I also noticed a disinterest in hiring people with street smarts and that encourages continued irresponsible behavior. I no longer have reason to trust this place with my stuff and don’t trust or have reason to waste my time with the people running it. They aren’t mature enough to deal with conflicts on even a juvenile level of competence. I will make sure that I never flatter them with my business or my presence in the future!

Packed my household goods thoroughly. And they considered all my concernson my sensitive items.

Overall move went well for me and my partner. Moving Representative Adriane, did a great job handling move thoughout the entire process. AAA++++

Haha where do I start?

I’ve moved 10 times in 10 years and never witnessed the incompetence and unpreparedness that I did with Baileys.

The movers were quick and they let me know that they finished their previous job earlier and they could come to pick up my stuff. The workers were friendly and very knowledgeable.

The Baileys’ team showed up on time and with expertise and enthusiasm! They handled my move very quickly and efficiently, not wasting time or energy. I swear they were telepathic as they coordinated their efforts. Excellent team, great job!

These guys are super awesome! They were very kind to deliver our household goods on Christmas Eve. They were very professional and gentle with our stuff. Thank you guys again!

Excellent group to work with I strongly recommend for a move of any type

The moving team was very efficient, polite, and treated us and our things very well! The scheduling team was very willing to work with us and our crazy schedule. I would absolutely use Bailey's again and would highly recommend them!

I just received the worst form of lack of professional decorum from their " Manager'. I was only trying to figure out a few urgent matters. 1st was a question about appliance, that I had personally handed their delivery man ( new guy not our normal friendly gentleman), just a hour ago which wasn't delivered and nothing communicated with us as to why when get his ID. Which what was a different story. Also that this isn't the first time they have failed to communicate. This is a problem with only one of their delivery guys- I believe his name is Josh. Someone needs to give that guy a raise. The 2nd issue was we had a damaged appliance that they took back with them as there as damage. This has happened prior which isn't the end of the world. However, when asked if it was returned they stated that we didn't do something. I asked how that was possible as ( I interested an example last month) and we didn't have to complete anything. I also explained that we have been working together for almost a year now. I was rudely met with "If you would shut up and that she worked there for 6 plus years soooo".. I informed her that I would like to speak with the person above her. She was rude and informed me that she was it. I ended the conversation as I am not only the costumer but I am also person just requesting assistance and should be treated with proper etiquette. I tried to contact their Corporate office yet the lines are busy. I have emailed our GE Reps as well as their Corporate office. Normally, I do not review on google but I want the Corporate office to see where a mass improvement can be made. I am hoping that I received the bad end of someone having a tough day. If so I do hope it turns around for her but currently I feel disrespected as a person as well as 1 professional to another. Ending note: Manners Matter!

Very professional movers. This is a company you can trust

Bailey’s/Allied has been wonderful to work with. From Mark who did our estimate to Lisa who would answer any question. Vivian was wonderful in packing our kitchen and breakable stuff. The crew today was friendly, fast and hard working. We are moving across country and our stuff will be in storage for 6 weeks but I know that the delivery will be a good experience based on what I have had so far.
