Totally disappointed in this company. We used them twice; first time it was a 4 stars experience but the second time 1 star so the average is 2.5 stars really. One of the movers was rude and unprofessional and didn’t care abut fragile items even expensive punch set and banged everything in the floor.
Drivers think it’s ok to block roads. Then threaten people when asked to move.
Stunningly incompetent and grossly negligent. An absolutely horrific experience with both Bailey's moving and storage services. Just a few highlights: incredibly expensive, inadequate and slipshod packing, multiple damaged items due to improper storage, late delivery arrival with (and partial unpacking of) an entirely wrong household of items, dropping multiple valuables between the truck and the house, and literally damaging every single piece of wood furniture (and many more items) in the process – leading to a $3K+ insurance claim/payout. Unbelievable in every sense of the word. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable local firm, but avoid these clowns at all costs.
They were a day late on delivery they broke all kinds of things cracked my headboard crush boxes drop boxes and put them on their side when it said fragile stand up. All the help left and me and my brother had to help unload the truck. P.S. We pay $500 hundred dollar for insurance extra and the insurance is only for 9 months, it's been 5 months and we've done everything to try to get them out here. They keep on given us the run around. They say one day that there sending some to look at the stuff . no one comes to look at our stuff that they broke. It's been 5 months, they still haven't come or anything. So there trying to put it off until the Insurance expires. So just to get this on the record. I guess I will have to get her attorney.
Best possible moving experience. Read on for details. I very rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so because of an exceptional experience w/Bailey's that could have turned out otherwise. We thought we had a different moving company lined up to help get my Mom & Dad transitioned from their home in Glenwood Springs to an assisted living in GJ, but found out three days before the move that some crossed-wires meant that we didn't make it on the first company's schedule. After a brief bout of serious heart palpitations, I called Bailey's to find that their schedule was also full, but after talking with a very sympathetic manager, he did some calling around and got us the needed truck and a couple of guys. The move itself went as planned, with the one exception that it ended up taking an additional 3.5 hours longer than expected (no one's fault--a distance move and then lots of stairs). However, to my great surprise, the GM for Bailey's called me the next day to tell me that they would be charging us only for the original estimated price and they did not charge us for that extra time! Wow. This mover not only genuinely cares and is professional, but they have integrity too. They easily get my vote for best business I've dealt with in a very long time.

They are the most dishonest and unprofessional shipping organization if worked with, because they were unable to give me an estimate for local customs and clearing charges. So I did pay additional charges of $ 7000 which I didn't budget for. They told me I was going pay in the local currency about $ 1500. My shipment arrived a month late. Don't ask them to move you and your family internationally because you be in fora big time hardship.
Horrible compay horrible managemet if you book with this company. Request owner operator if you use the movers from the local company. Get ready to file claims and the company well fight you on the furniture they damage terrible. Company. Also some of the good reviews they have are their employees. Just be careful worst vanline and movers be careful
They finished faster than the estimated time. The movers were very friendly and professional, and they knew how to move furniture and appliances very well. I am extremely pleased with the service.
Highly Recommend this company. The crew that unloaded our belongings were careful, nice and fast. Absolutely no damage to anything they touched.
I believe our salesperson's name was Mike - great! He walked our office and quoted the move. Once we approved and signed on, he had packing boxes delivered and we were off! On moving day ...three trucks, eight men and they were all just as nice as could be. Our move was from an old Victorian Brownstone so LOTS OF STAIRS ...the gentlemen were kind, polite and engaged. We'd highly recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage.
DO NOT HIRE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR FURNITURE TO ARRIVE DAMAGED!!! I hired them through Allied for our cross country move and the movers we had were far from the professional service we were promised at signing and for the price we paid. They came a day early, smelled like smoke, and just rushed. They rushed through the entire move and now our furniture is paying for it. Almost every.single.piece of furniture is damaged from cracks, dings, scratches or completely ruined. You name it, it happened to our furniture. The most disappointing piece of this all is the customer service afterward. When I first spoke to the claims adjuster, he had told me I can call him anytime over the weekend if I have any issues. When I realized all of my furniture was damaged, I called and texted him multiple times with NO response. Four days later, I still haven't heard back. My moving coordinator also reached out and I informed her more furniture was ruined, NO response back. I feel like I was robbed of my money and time. I hired a moving company to make my life easier, not harder. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!
Bailey’s packed up our home in about 4 hours. The packers were courteous, friendly, professional and very efficient. Only downside was the labeling of some boxes and trying to figure out what was inside of them, some of the handwriting was hard to read. The moving crew came in the next day and they too were efficient, professional and courteous. Great crews all around. Pricing was also half of other bids that we received, so another plus!! Would definitely recommend Bailey’s/Allied.

Worst moving company to use for delivery. Home Depot and JC Penney use this company for their delivery service. They damaged my wall (huge hole on wall on two tone paint) when they were delivering appliances. It took them nearly a week to respond to my call. They also damage the refrigerator and now waiting for replacement. They were unprofessional and reckless. They did not adjust the range and on top of all of that they asked for a tip.
