A huge shout out goes to Josh, Allie, and Kevin, who made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Josh was very friendly and easy going. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote on the items I wanted Bailey's to move for me. Allie did a fantastic job as an incredible leader, coordinating everything with precision and a friendly attitude. She reached out often to make sure everything was on schedule and made sure I was happy with the service. Her attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked, and she handled every question I had with patience and expertise. Kevin was an absolute rock star! He treated my belongings like they were his own. He oversaw the helpers who wrapped and packed everything with such care that I knew I was in the best hands possible. All of the furniture was delivered just as it was picked up. Not a single broken or scratched item! Together, this trio turned what could have been a daunting process into a smooth and carefree event. They were punctual, respectful, and worked like a well-oiled machine, all while keeping the mood light with their great attitudes. I’ve never seen a team so dedicated to making sure every little detail was perfect. My furniture and boxes arrived in pristine condition —what more could you ask for? Bailey’s Moving and Storage is lucky to have such an outstanding crew, and I’m already recommending them to everyone I know. I’m giving this company five stars without hesitation for their service back in November 2024. When I was getting out of the military, the process was a mess, not because of the moving company, but because the military completely dropped the ball. They have a system where you’re supposed to go through them to set up your move, but after nearly a month of back-and-forth, nothing was scheduled. On top of that, the military never even told me the correct process for setting up my move. I kept getting the wrong information and was repeatedly given the wrong phone numbers for the military personnel handling the release of my belongings from non-temporary storage. Frustrated, I decided to call the moving company directly. I explained my situation, including the fact that my snow tires were in storage and I needed them before a big snowstorm in Colorado. They immediately understood and went out of their way to help. Within three days, they had delivered my belongings just in time before the storm. Russ and Travis were professional, efficient, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process was stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This company went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service.
Can’t begin to express my appreciation to Anne, Katlin and Ashley for the amazing job they did getting us packed and ready to be moved. I’m sure everything will arrive at our new home in tip top condition. All three were professional in getting our glass ware and incidentals wrapped and boxed. Thank you!
Vincent treated our things as if they were his own. We really appreciate that. My daughter was throwing a fit about her roller skates being packed and as soon as he saw the box with the skates, he brought them to her. That was incredible !

Mitch and Matt were great on their delivery today. They were patient with us as we examined each package, processed those that were broken and needed to be returned, and were professional throughout. Appreciate their hard work.
