Good move! The movers arrived at the designated time for my office contents move, the preparatory steps taken by Allie Marquez, the move coordinator, assured a smooth performance, and the two movers assigned were careful with floor protection, placement of contents as outlined, and obviouosly had the experience needed to perform a damage free move. I recommend them highly.
James, Brian, Connor and Vivienne were exceptional, professional, and right on time. Connor did the assessment and estimate, he was extremely polite, professional and informative. Vivienne coordinated my move, she was intuitive and adaptive to immediate situations, always on top of things. Connor and Vivienne never left me wondering or wanting for a follow up. James was the driver. He was punctual, easy to work with and flexible. He was also very thorough with the inventory on both ends of my move. This company impressed me with their teamwork and efficiency. Brian did a stellar job and took great care of my things. He made quick work of difficult tasks. This team tracked all the hardware and performed assembly/dissassembly on both ends. Nothing lost, nothing damaged. No hidden fees or gotchas, and very flexible with my specific needs. Just out here doing good business and making it look easy. These folks delivered the perfect moving experience, worth every dime.
Wonderful company! They made my out of state move a breeze! I could not recommend them more! Lincoln was my move consultant and he was excellent at walking me through the whole process and calming my nerves. Rachel was my move coordinator and she was great at staying in contact with me and answering any questions I had before, during and after the move. Brock SR. was my driver and lead mover on the team. He was punctual, professional and took great care of everything. He and his whole moving team knew what they were doing, they were very careful, kind and professional. I've moved so much in my life and this truly was the best moving experience I have ever had! Thank you to everyone! I will definitely use Bailey's in the future and will refer anyone moving to do the same.
We had another moving company cancel on us, and hired Bailey’s to help us while we were frantic. They were worth their weight in gold. Sara, Linda, Hailey, Kassidy, Hola, and Vicky were AMAZING. The most efficient, dependable, and friendliest crew we’ve ever worked with. Excellent communication and problem solving. They worked in terrible weather and worked hard to get to our house on top of a very icy mountain. They packed our entire house in a matter of hours. If you’re looking for a moving company— look no further! They all deserve raises, bonuses, whatever you name it. They are worth it!

We had an excellent experience moving our stored furniture into our home following a horrible experience with another company that put the furniture into our lower level for storage. We highly recommend the crew of Steven, JoMayne, and Beau from Bailey’s Moving and Storage. They were efficient and respectful of our home and property.
Charles, Emmanuel, and Josiah were amazing! Prompt, responsible, careful, and efficient. They moved and installed a daybed, then even moved a fireplace to my rooftop deck, which was quite heavy. Then they took all the garbage away. Nice guys! Much appreciated and recommended.

Bailey's Moving and Storage did a great job on moving our home items from Colorado to Massachusetts. We spoke to several of the highest rated movers to get estimates and Bailey's provided a competitive quote. What set Bailey's apart from the others is they came to our home, and reviewed everything we wanted to move to provide a detailed estimate on the cost. It was a couple of thousand less than some of the others, and what they quoted us was what we ended up paying. In addition, Bailey's also provided information on when the truck was leaving and when it would arrive at its destination. Other carriers were very vague and often stated many more weeks to deliver. I met the crew who picked up our home items, and they provided updates along the way to the end destination. The crew delivered items to two locations and did an exceptional job in assuring items were not damaged. It was a great experience working with Bailey's Moving & Storage, and I plan on using them again when we move back to Colorado or to North Carolina. I highly recommend their services. My contact was Norm, and he did a great job. He put me at ease that everything would be fine given our past experience with thousands of dollars in damage using one of the larger moving companies. Here are some pointers when working with the mover and crew: - Make sure they wrap fine furniture with multiple "thick" moving blankets and then wrap with plastic moving wrap. Some moving blankets are very thin and don't protect furniture. You can buy your own thick moving blankets from amazon if you have expensive furniture you want to assure doesn't get scratched. - When loading and unloading, make sure you are there to help assure the crew is careful moving items from the truck to the end location especially through doorways. They don't care about your stuff like you do so make sure you are present and they know to be careful. - Make sure the parts box is well labeled and easy to find to reassemble furniture items that have been taken apart by the moving crew. - Pack expensive cycling equipment in travel cases to avoid damage. It will get damaged if not in some sort of case. - Disability scooters and electric wheelchairs should be packed in original shipping materials if you saved them. - Ask moving crews not to drop boxes on edge when loading on a cart. This is common sense, but dropping is faster and easier. - Boxes you pack that have fragile items make sure they are labeled or mark as fragile and ask the crew not to put heavy items on top of them since the box can get crushed if placed on bottom of stack in the truck. Ask moving crew to put heavy items on bottom when stacking boxes. - Use original boxes for TVs and monitors for the move. Same with dishes or other fragile items where possible. Save boxes of kitchen appliances and use them for moves. - Disassemble any times yourself and pack in separate boxes to distribute the weight for heavy items. - Box any fake plants/trees by cutting out the sides of boxes and stacking them, then tape together. Unboxed plants will get damaged. - Tell the crews to be extra careful with items of high value. Label them too for unpacking crew. - Box vacuum cleaners or the wheels will get damaged. - Tell crews not to use razors to cut tape off any furniture with wood finishes where they would scratch the finish. Had one idiot do this on all our Ethan Allen cherry furniture. - Finally, if the mover tells you not to worry he has been doing this for 30 years ignore him and make sure he knows to be careful with your stuff and especially the items of value to you. Its the crews at destinations that I have found causes most damage and not the mover, but the mover should be managing the crew. - If you have damage, submit a claim. Fine furniture finishes are hard to fix so make sure you claim the price to replace the furniture and not to fix it. Best of luck with moving!

Corey was very responsive, very professional and estimated the job down to the dollar. He communicated well. We were pleased with every interaction that we had with Corey. Working with Bailey's for our big move was definitely the right decision. From the very beginning setting up the move till the very end was nothing short of a great experience. The moving crew were thoughtful, courteous and friendly. My wife and I were so pleased with the entire process. The moving crew worked diligently with a great attitude, considerate of our property and new house and willing to help with anything needed in setting up furniture, etc. Through the entire process Megan communicated before, during and after both the loading of our property from three 20-ft storage units to deliver the following day. Communicating both before, during and after the move was complete. We couldn't have asked for a better experience starting from Corey, setting up the entire process Megan confirming and checking in during the process and a great hard-working crew of movers. We had a complicated move and Bailey's made it simple and painless. We did a lot of research in compared quotes and found that Bailey's was the most fair and comprehensive. They took great care with all of the important possessions we have and did a great job packing and moving. Austin Ducello was our contact and he was wonderful! Always available, always helpful, always supportive and always putting us first. We would totally recommend them and use them again. Although I hope we never move again!
Sara, Nasari, and Kassidy all did a great job packing us out for our move to Arizona. They were very attentive to the care of our personal belongings and made sure we were at ease during this busy and stressful time that comes with any move. In our case it had been 24 years since our last one. My wife and I appreciated everything they did for us. If you could choose your pack-out team, you couldn’t pick a finer team than Sara, Nasari, and Kassidy to do your packout.
They were amazing to work with and they came in and they did what they needed to do. Got it done and everything looks amazing out of the house. They have a great work ethic.. everyone was very nice an amazing it was an amazing team to work with
