We’ve heard many horror stories of movers from various friends who have moved, so we were glad to get a recommendation to use Bailey’s. They were head and shoulders above the 2 men and a truck variety. Our team was lead by James and he and his team did an excellent job of packing up everything in such a way as to keep it safe on the trip. We have a large house so it took nearly all day to load and unload all our furniture and numerous boxes. We have been extremely pleased with the results and I would heartily recommend them to anyone else who is moving.
In the past 12 years, I’ve moved across the US 7 times, I mean from one coast to the next, never have I ever dealt with a more efficient, effective, professional group than Sara V team. Sara V, Haleyda S. Hola T, Kassidy S, and Moneek D. These woman are the epitome of professional, and see the bar so high for others to emulate. They were dedicated to their work/craft, meant business, and carefully handle each item. Ladies, my hat off to you all, thank you for your professionalism, and thank you for packing an entire house so diligently, yet, effectively and efficiently.

Exceptional Moving Service! I had an outstanding experience with this moving team led by Pam, along with Linda, Kassidy, and Moneek. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and professional, handling everything with care and precision. What truly set them apart was their cooperative and friendly attitude, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork and attention to detail were impressive, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled moving crew, I highly recommend this team!

I’ve worked with Bailey’s numerous times and have enjoyed my experience each time! The team of packers (Pam, Sara, & Jose) were fast and efficient! Brock and his team of guys were amazing at loading and unloading the truck. They all make the moving experience a lot more bearable!
Crew was professional and friendly. They take extra care when moving furniture to avoid scratches etc
Linda as crew lead with Vicky, Naseri, and Haley did a great job packing all of our things. Linda has been very considerate of our mother and her limited mobility as she packed her room. After checking the house after packing and loading while cleaning the packers missed a while section of kitchen cabinets with the pots and pans and a drawer of spatulas and serving spoons and utinsels that we had to then pack and find room to load.
Josh John and Jeff were outstanding!!! Quick polite and did a great job! Very hard working and got the job done fast. Very courteous and professional.
The two movers were the kindest, hardest working, and competent we could ever have hoped for. They were very careful with and respectful of property. Many thanks to Aisea Fili and his colleague!
I was so grateful to have Bailey's as a mover. James, Casly, Beau, and Jomayne did a fantastic job and were incredibly friendly and professional. They even added a bunch of extra items at the end and made sure to clean up when they left. Thank you for making my move less stressful and for getting us settled into our new home!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They broke a practically new dresser that was thousands of dollars and are refusing to pay to replace it, even though we paid hundreds extra to buy their "insurance" on our items. Not only that, but they dented multiple other items and almost put shelf poles into our brand new oven. This has been my most stressful moving experience and continues to be a nightmare weeks later, as I fight to get money to replace my broken furniture.
Steven, James, Travis, and Tim did a wonderful job packing all of my household goods. I am confident that their attention to my property will keep it safe for the several years it is in storage. They were quick and efficient even with some of their colleges out sick. Super personable and easily my best experience with a government move.
I absolutely loved their staff, their patience, and their kindness. They worked with me to make sure that my move went as smoothly as possible. Chris takes the time to talk with you about your move and makes his best estimates in mind for you and tries to meet your moving needs to the best of his ability. I couldn’t ask for a better person to handle your moving estimate. Megan stays in touch from start to finish and shows so much patience with the office end of the move. Bailey’s is fantastic.
I would provide zero stars if allowed. The staff broke multiple items, the salesman extorted us for additional insurance to cover damages or replacements. The damages are in the thousands and they refuse to acknowledge the issue and provide replacement costs. They are uncooperative, unprofessional, and you would do better working with any other company.
Amazing work and the nicest people! They were quick and careful and made the whole moving process completely stress free! We highly recommend them!
Bailey’s was fantastic to work with. Lincoln started things off great on the sales side. Rachel did a great job as the move coordinator and kept me in the loop on the move (even calling me when it was all over to get feedback), and I can’t say more positive things about Benjamin, the driver of the moving truck. Bailey’s found the absolute best crew on pickup and deliveries. Not a single hole or scratch on the walls and they were in and out quickly. They protected all of our items and really made me feel comfortable the entire way. Last thing I’ll say is that there was a moment where the initial estimator thought the semi truck wouldn’t fit into my pickup neighborhood. He explained they would have to rent another intermediary truck to pickup items from my house and transport to the semi in another location. I was a bit worried this was some kind of attempt to upsell the move (it was going to cost another $1200 to do this… yikes). That said, when Benjamin showed up he squashed all concerns that this was an attempt to upsell. He made it clear that he (and all Bailey’s drivers) strongly dislike when an intermediary truck needs to get involved (it doubles their work and creates all sorts of additional slowdown). Benjamin skillfully navigated the tight neighborhood and pulled the 70 foot semi right up to my house. Paying for movers is expensive, but you get what you pay for with Bailey’s!

Chris and Lindsay are wonderful to work with. They made sure I was satisfied at every step of my interstate move. Everything went smoothly with no problems or issues. I would recommend Bailey’s and Allied Van Lines for any move.
Bailey’s did a terrible job with my interstate move. They damaged over 28k worth of furniture, and stole from me. The original moving guys did a good job, it seems that the problem occurred when it was taken into storage and then put on the moving trucks again. This move cost over 24k and damaged well over 28k plus the stealing.
Sara, Pam, Linda and Moneek packed our entire house in record time. They took extreme care with all our precious possessions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you ladies for all your hard work. Moving day began with the A team! Jake, David, Jeff, Ron and Sara all cleared the house with respect and TLC. Thank you Baileys for sending such professional staff to make the move a success. Looking forward to seeing them again at our final destination.
