Excellent work friendly and efficient.. Pam, Hide, Jose, Kasidy, and Oscar are just great people my parents could not have handled this move without them. Highly recommend!
Baily’s Moving , located in north salt lake is the best! The 3 movers were careful, swift, and very understanding of my frazzled brain which comes with moving. Everyone from Chris, the consultant, Lindsey, his associate to the moving team, Josh F., Jon H, and last but not least, Ron R. were friendly, helpful and professional. My furniture and other items were transported wonderfully. The icing on the cake was the credit I saw in my checking because it took less time than estimated. Thanks to the “no messing around “ of Josh, Jon and Ron. I strongly suggest if you have a need for movers , call Baily’s.

Beware. I used Bailey’s this summer for a cross-country move (CO to MA). Bailey’s has good front-end customer service, packing and loading, but their contractors for the actual move across the country damaged EVERYTHING I paid to move. Lost boxes, were completely unprofessional jerks at delivery. Tried to steal and hide the claims forms from me, tried to convince me that I didn’t need claims forms to report damage. They completely crushed two pieces of furniture, one of which they feebly attempted to repair so I wouldn’t notice. Just look at the picture below. I’m furious.
CO to MA Move and 40% of our items were left behind at a warehouse in CO with NO prior notification. **EDIT** The Response from Owner says "Your overflow shipment is tentatively scheduled for delivery 6 days after your initial delivery". Please tell me how that is possible when our initial delivery was on 11/24 and it is now 12/3 (9 days later!) and we haven't received our items. BY THE WAY if there is a delivery scheduled for this week, NO ONE has reached out to let me know. The horrendous communication continues.*** Situation: We recently moved from CO to MA. Only 60% of our items arrived and we only found out when the truck arrived that the rest of our items were still sitting in a warehouse in CO! When we called the office no one knew that our stuff had been left behind, which means no truck was scheduled (1 week after the truck left the warehouse). We are now still awaiting the rest of our items, which we are told will arrive 2.5 weeks after our scheduled delivery date. No one is taking responsibility. I do not recommend either Allied or Bailey's. Find a moving company that will take accountability when they screw up. Here are all the individuals we have dealt with so far: I am keeping names out of this review for now. Move Consultant - This is the person that put together our estimate and quote. As it turns out their estimate of 175 was extremely close to the 179 items that were tagged. Unfortunately that didn't seem to make a difference since they ran out of room on their truck. I tried calling him to let him know what was going on and have heard nothing from him. Move Coordinator - This is the person sitting in the office that had no idea that our stuff had been left at the warehouse for an entire week. She has been kind & understanding, however she should have known and already coordinated a new truck for our items that had been left behind. Maybe we would have had the rest of our stuff by now. Costumer Service Manager - This is the person we've been dealing with since finding out 40% of our items were left behind. She has also been very understanding however ineffective in expediting the rest of our stuff getting to us. It will take 16-18 days from the day that they found out our items had been left behind. It only took 7 days for the first truck to get to us. Here are the facts: - We moved from Colorado to Massachusetts - We contracted with Allied, and Bailey's is the agent that Allied uses in Colorado - Our delivery truck arrived within the guaranteed delivery window. - The delivery truck arrived with only 60% of our items. - No one informed us that our stuff was left behind, we only found out when the truck driver arrived and told us that 40% of our stuff had been left in CO because he ran out of room on his truck. - We were told, by the truck driver, that he was asked to make additional stops before getting to the warehouse in CO to pick up our stuff and as a result there was NO ROOM for all of our items. - The truck driver then made his own decision about which our how personal items were going to be loaded on the truck and which were going to stay. I would have at least appreciated a phone call so that we could have chosen some essential items and left non-essentials for the later delivery. - Please keep in mind that we did not add any items after the estimate was completed, in fact the estimate was for 175 items and we had 179 items tagged. - When I called our moving coordinator her office had NO CLUE that our items had been left behind. 8 days had passed since the truck driver left the warehouse and apparently no one seemed to know that 40%!! of our stuff had been left behind. Which means there was no effort to get our stuff on another truck until over a week later!! At this point they are telling us the rest of our items are not going to arrive until 12/10-12/12 which is 2-2.5 weeks after the last day of the guaranteed delivery date and 3.5 weeks after the items were loaded from our house in CO.
Bailey’s was really great to work with! They were prompt, quick, and hard working. They knew how to get things done and I appreciate all of their hard work. From working with Kasey to organize the move to the team doing the work. Everyone worked like a well oiled machine! Highly recommend!
All three of our unpackers were hardworking and efficient but also took very good care of our belongings! .
Tim and Josh were professional, detailed and friendly. They constantly checked with us on packing so everything was what we wanted. Made everything go smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I are a retired military family. We just moved to Monument at the end of September. We had an amazing experience with our movers. The men that helped us were so wonderful and amazing! They were professional, patient, hard working, kind and lots of fun to be around. Steven, James, Casey & Jacob treated our stuff with respect and were so careful with our boxes and furniture. They went out of their way to help us. Thank you all so much! My husband and I have moved over 20 times and YOU ALL were the best movers we have ever had!
If you're looking for movers who truly deliver, I can't recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage in Salt Lake City enough! These pros were not only lightning-fast but also impressively professional every step of the way. From carefully handling my belongings to efficiently getting everything where it needed to go, their expertise and dedication were clear. Moving can be stressful, but Bailey's made it feel seamless. Do yourself a favor and hire them—you won't regret it!

The whole company was a pleasure deal with. Our salesman Conner kept us us informed, Vivian in the office helped us reschedule after a 24” snow storm brought the area to a halt and Reece and his crew worked hard on getting a truck up a snowy road to load us. I would definitely recommend them.
Bailey's Moving was fantastic!! We had been waiting a long time for our shipment to arrive at Bailey's and as soon as it arrived Deb called me right away and had me scheduled for delivery the same day. The two gentlemen, I feel terrible I can't remember their names, were professional and courteous. They did an amazing job getting everything in safety and where it needed to go. The guys did a great job at both pick up and delivery. They were courteous and respectful of my possessions. They got right to work and completed their tasks in a timely manner. They were also friendly and professional. Great job!
