Linda was the team lead of the ladies packing our home. She was professional and kind. Moneek, Sara, and Vicky worked so quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. They were also kind and friendly which is always a bonus!
Upon delivery, numerous items were marred or completely destroyed. Even damage to tge few items I asked them to rake special care with. Now I'm having to fight with claims. I always expect a nick or two with a move, but this was ridiculous. Worst move ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bailey’s Moving made my moving a pleasurable experience! From the estimator to the packers to the actual move, all went so smooth! The two young men arrived the day before actual move, to help finish up packing—an expert job and nothing broke!! The same two men actually loaded the truck, and unloaded at my new residence. They were very efficient, coordinated their tasks, and immediately asked me details if they were unsure about my desires. The very best part for me was they disassembled three bedrooms and carefully reassembled three beds!! NONE of my furniture was damaged, all carefully wrapped with moving blankets! And, at the end of the day, being so tired, they still had a cheerful attitude!! I would definitely hire Bailey’s again!

Linda and her team packed us and it was by far the most thorough pack I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the military 24 years and this is my 9th move. These ladies showed so much care for my belongings. They were kind and professional. Excellent job!

The Bailey’s team was excellent from the first estimate through the day of our move! The office staff were professional in their communication and transparent about costs and procedures. Then on move day, the logistics staff executed each stage according to plan in a friendly and efficient manner. Highly recommend!
I wish I had the same experience as the hundreds of other reviews. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Bailey's as a mover after my experience in July. The initial process of quoting our move and coordinating the moving day were fantastic, but the day of the move went downhill pretty quick. We had to move a 2 bedroom apartment 1 mile down the road and it took nearly 6 hours, even with me and my GF helping to move boxes all day long. We also had some damaged furniture along the way. I reached out to the team at Bailey's but have been redirected for the last month. Fresh off a broken wrist I had opted for a premium service to help out and was wildly disappointed to be moving boxes and helping to move the couch upstairs. Two stars for the quote/coordination process and no stars for the move itself. Bailey's was one of the more expensive quotes we got and I was hoping the price would match the service.
Excellent job packing out our home. They even used some common sense and asked if we wanted certain things left out to help with the move that we forgot. Thanks for being so helpful.

Really bad at loading into a storage unit. As you can see in the photos there is a TV on its side wedged in between stuff. Fan is in 1 million pieces. Tables are on their side. Tables are stacked on top of boxes big gap in the way back. They did a horrible job now I have to redo it after I paid a bunch of money to them and hope I don’t have stuff broken.

This was our fourth time using Bailey’s Moving & Storage. Each of our moves were a little different and presented unique challenges, but every single time Bailey’s came to move us, it was an excellent experience. They are beyond professional, extremely efficient, and incredibly polite. I would recommend them without reservation.
