Don't use this company for your move. terrible service. They have many tricks and excuses for delay and avoid paying their guaranty. separating their truck delivery, the first one just delivered a few stuff, and the second delivery was delayed more than a month, then without any restitution. Also, the TV, bed, and even steel stuff are broken, I strongly guess they used a tractor for transportation. anyway, if you have a long-distance move, don't hire them to help you, you will meet the same thing as me.

Bailey's Moving was great. We got connected with them through Allied and couldn't be happier. Vincent, Dakota, Gage, and Josh loaded our house into the truck in Colorado and Vincent ran a team in Wyoming to unload the truck. Professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly on both ends. Jamie helped get our quote setup in the beginning and Michelle has helped us out with billing, invoice, etc. I'm listing all of these names because they all have delivered excellent customer service and should be recognized accordingly. Thank you for all of your help and support to ease the challenge of moving. We are truly grateful for you!

I had an amazing experience with Bailey's! Scott, Quinn, Jacob, Cane, and Josh were so efficient, polite, and careful with our belongings. They were extremely hard-working and made sure everything was well-protected.

This company was hired by the military to pack and ship my son's belongings to his station. I was very happy with the communication from Deb and Jack. The movers, Jack and Jacob themselves arrived early and were done very quickly. I feel they heard me when I emphasized my son's most valued items and took the time to make sure they were packed safe and secure to make it all the way to Hawaii in one piece. Zero complaints. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I would hire these guys myself.

I was very impressed with my Bailey's move. They were extremely careful to protect everything, and there was no damage to anything. They were really nice guys who did everything I asked and then some. I would only want to use Bailey's in the future. I have a lot of experience with movers, and Bailey's is the best.

Careful packaging and handling of our items. Transparent and fair pricing. Moved from Colorado to Pennsylvania, all items arrived on time and in good condition. The team was quick and thorough while loading, reinforcing some of our more delicate items before loading into the truck. Highly recommend going with Bailey’s/Allied, especially if you are worried about the safety of your possessions. The customer service element and communication was very important to my family, and this solidified our choice. Keep up the great work!

Baileys / Allied has been awesome every step of the way. Easy to work with, reliable, friendly, efficient. Not much more that we could ask for.

I used Bailey's for an out of state move. Paid to have them pack our stuff, store it for a couple months, then deliver and assemble the furniture at our new home. Overall, I'm pleased. It added to our moving expenses but it made moving so much easier. I was most pleased with the Utah crew. A day or two before the move, they had a crew of people come over to box everything up. The day of the move, they had a crew load everything and disassemble some furniture (bedframes, baby cribs, that sort of thing). They made quick work of it, were friendly, and kept the house clean during the process. Unloading in Missouri a couple months later went well but is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The driver called a day or two before delivery saying he wanted another $100 or so to assemble the crib or they'd just deliver it unassembled (I had already paid to have the furniture disassembled and reassembled). I checked with Bailey's and they confirmed that that's what the driver was asking for. It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth (I was already planning on tipping the unloading crew) but the crew did a good job and unloaded everything smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased and very glad I used them. Both Utah crews were fantastic. Same with the Missouri unloading crew. The driver was good and friendly in person but I didn't like being asked for extra money to do what I had already paid them to do.

The moving team of Matt, Rod, Porter, and the crew were wonderful to work with during the loading of our home. They were friendly, polite, and helpful all along the way. We wished they would have been in Alabama to unload our things.
