Bailey's gave us great service. They were at the house when they said they would be and had the truck loaded in good time and on it's way. They were the best price by a lot!
Our move is complicated. Packing up, moving to storage for an undetermined amount of time and then moving to a yet to be chosen city. From Phillip helping us get our move quoted and to Allie finalizing all of the details to the incredible crew that showed up and worked without a break until we were moved out, the experience has been stellar so far.
Always excellent, fast and courteous service. We, Daniels College of Business, University of Denver have been using Bailey’s for years.
The Denver-based crew was amiable. They conducted a very efficient move with care—timely and good communications. Special thanks to the crew that worked our job: James, Sabastian, Jaret, and Bridget.
!!! UPDATE !!! 6/25/2024 A little behind but we were still moving stuff in a different house that Bailey’s Moving and Storage packed up for us. We’re all done. The final veridic IN! Top notch. Nothing broke except the kitchen garbage can lid. Big deal. The entire process from quote to delivery and in between seemed like it was going to be stressful scary. Naturally, of course. But the entire process was incredibly professional. The interstate confirmation from the driver was consistent and he was exactly where he said he was and showed up with the truck earlier than expected. The constant checking in on us from the office (Barb) was so encouraging. I have never done this before so not only did we take the leap, we were cared for as if we were family members. Not going to deter you, but you do get what you pay for. Don’t cut corners on an interstate move. Ask every single question you can think of. Don’t be afraid of this decision in your move and choose Bailey’s. And please, I beg you. Tip your team. I’m serious. These people work hard, go above and beyond and they get hungry, thirsty and tired just like us (the customer that’s moving). Be kind. Talk to Barb at the office before you get angry IF something happens. But please, these guys own their rigs. They are doing a service to you so please work out any issues with grace and humility. They WILL take you seriously and handle it professionally. But please be mindful of the moving team and get them lunch and a huge case of water and Cokes or something. In all, the process was seamless. And we gained a new family as well. ❤️ Bailey’s moving was/is (we are still in the process of moving) fantastic. My partner is older and myself with a disability and moving across states was a very hard thing to process. I had a quote from another company but didn’t feel comfortable with their process, so I called Allied/Bailey’s. The next day, Ryan came out to quote us on the move, packing, etc. He has 15+ years experience of doing this. He was incredibly patient and kind and reassuring. We had 2 locations to move to and had to split belongings. The first part was handled professionally, efficiently and below quote. These guys were quick and careful. Barb, the office gal called to check in on me and I swear she’s a 911 dispatcher. She supported me and calmly assured me that we are going to ok. Because I was worried. The packers are here now, Lupe and Joslyn, what? Talk about kind, careful and thorough gals. We are meeting the truck on the other end in about a week. From being quoted up until now, I have not worked with a team of efficient and compassionate people especially in a very I stress situation. Is it worth spending the money? With these people and company, ABSOLUTELY! I’ll report back on the unpacking on the other end.
One of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had dealing with any services one might use! The move itself was fine, but I would not recommend Bailey’s Denver you care about basic information or have questions of any sort.
Baileys moving was extraordinary! They arrived right on time and moved me in quickly. The two movers were super friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend them!
The crews were efficient, and fast. They cared about our belongings and our home. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
Juan and Marquito did a great job on unpacking things in orderly manner and moving all the furnjture first inside the garage for assembly and moving inside after. Had great housekeeping as well

We moved across the country with Baileys. It was our best move. Communication was great. Packers and movers were on time. It all went smoothly. The few items that were damaged were quickly repaired or replaced. We used less boxes than estimated and received a refund for the difference. I’d definitely recommend Baileys to anyone planning a move in the Denver area.
Great delivery service! We had a sea container delivered from overseas move. Bailey's moving & storage delivered to our home. Quick service! Delivered and unpacked and took away the old boxes. Delivery crew was professional and courteous. I would recommend them for you moving needs. Great experience!
Horrible experience with Bailey’s in February 2023. We were moving into my new home in the Colorado Springs area. The trucks arrived on time with four healthy guys who worked really hard, and one guy who was injured and could hardly walk. The leader of the group was an obese female, who did nothing but complain the entire day.“why do you have so much stuff?“ and “why is your stuff so heavy?” and “no one told us there was a piano!“ —even though that was explicitly listed on the contract. She also said “don’t call us when you move out of this place.“Every time I passed by her there was a new complaint about something. Instead of letting me be in the house directing where things went, Bailey’s had me in the driveway checking off boxes as things were taken off the truck . The entire day was a nightmare and a fiasco. Adding insult to injury, a few months later, I realized we were missing some things. I left message for manager Mark Slater, and asked him to look around to see if they could find the stuff. Never received a return phone call. Called again, talked to a guy named Peter, he said he would look around, but he never got back to me.
From start to finish the experience for our out of state move was fantastic. Allie coordinated our move and kept us informed each step of the way. Julio, our driver and crew coordinator, was friendly, professional, and a hard worker indeed. Thank you Team Bailey's!
