These guys did a great job. Zero damage moving an entire semi full of furniture.
This was our 5th move in the past 14yrs and the best moving experience we've had yet start to finish. Bid process was great, driver was excellent.
Best moving experience ever! I will recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage to our Durango realtor, and to my friends. The cost was reasonable. The young men who picked up my belongings up were efficient, pleasant, and professional. The driver who delivered my belongings was as nice as could be, quick, and put everything in its right place. I have not opened all my boxes yet, but so far, everything is in good condition.
Julie, Pam, Sara, and Linda were great! Helped us pack up our things for our move, and did so very quickly and carefully. Were pleasant to be around, and remained professional. Were very organized. Respected us and our stuff, thanks again for your help 👍
Jamie and Jose were extremely professional and quick while not rushing. They unloaded, making sure products went just where I wanted them, and made sure they stayed organized. They even helped me double check the numbers after I counted. Great service and so professional, yet friendly. Thank you!
I had a great experience moving my things from Boulder to DC. I used both the packing and moving service. Christina Duran did such a great job ensuring everything was put away safely and professionally. She was quick and organized. I had Greg Kinney drive and move my things and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and made sure to update me every step of the way. I had my items delivered earlier than expected.
We had a great move from Hawaii to Utah: very professional, nothing damaged..we would definitelty use them again.
My experience was great with Bailey's crew. Jerry, Dakota, Johnathan, Chris and Kaiden worked very hard. They were professional, responsive, approachable and got the job done. I was very pleased with this crew more than any other I had worked with over the years. They were great guys. The office administrator Michelle was always professional and very responsive throughout the process as well. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving in-state or out of state.
Baileys movie company is great. They come to your Josie to give you a very accurate quote, based on what you have in the house. The three men moved all our furniture/boxes into and out of the truck very quickly (in 2-3 hours to load and bother 2-3 hrs to unload). They handled our antique furniture with great care /strategy as well! You can tell the men were trained well to do their jobs efficiently!
The crew (Josh, Jeff, Jonathan, Leilani, Paloma, & Charles) was extremely helpful, good natured & fast working! Our contact at Bailey’s (Cyndi) was so responsive & amazing to work with! It was our first experience w/ a moving company and Bailey’s crushed it! 👏
There is definite room for improvement in the communication and timeliness departments for Bailey's. Initially, I had to call their office 3 times, leave a message, and call a 3rd party Allied number to schedule an estimate before they even called me back. The estimator, Josh, talked a big game but then got sick or whatever and couldn't deliver, he wouldn't text and didn't call back for like 4 days. Nobody else at their office knew enough to answer any questions I had, so we had hit a big snag and everything came to a screeching halt on getting the ball rolling. All that said, I gave Bailey's several opportunities to do business with me and take our $9k job, but in the end I went with another company that was more professional, timely, and were prepared to do more for less. Hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision, good luck.
