Communication was timely and efficient. Movers were on-time, professional, personable, and treated our items with care. Everything was packed properly within the quoted timeframe and the employees were very thorough in their documentation and ensuring they’d packed everything. No issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. Timely response and reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bailey’s moving and storage for an efficient stress free move!
I was very happy with our experience! The crew was respectful of our property and belongings. They made the process very easy!!
This is the second time we've used Bailey's to move our personal items from house to house in less than three years. They were solid the first time and were even better this time. They guys were on time, polite, careful and respectful of our things and there was zero damage to anything. And...our ending bill was actually less than the quote because they worked so efficiently.
The packing team was wonderful! They were very speedy and very careful with all my items. They were also very polite and very nice. If the rest of my move goes this well you will have one very satisfied customer. Please pass on my thanks to them for a job very well done! Many thanks to Phil for his help in getting this process started and to Allie for checking in with me several times during the initial stages of my move. Truck gets loaded on Friday for storage and then a long distance move after that. This company is so professional I would highly recommend them to everyone considering a move. Update: I am now successfully relocated in Jacksonville Florida! Moving is costly, no doubt about it, but you will never go wrong using this company! Highly professional and absolutely great customer service from start to finish! Allie Marquez, my move coordinator, is the best ever, always available, returns phone calls promptly, checking in throughout the process, providing amazing customer service! She has such enthusiasm for her job and is always willing to go the extra mile to do whatever is necessary to ensure your move experience is the best it can be. Well done to everyone at Bailey’s moving and storage! Very highly recommend this company! Thank you!
Bailey's Moving and Storage was immensely helpful with our inter-state move. They were careful with our belongings, punctual, and communicative. Highly recommended!
The team could not have made my cross country moving experience any easier. Lola and Sara packed me and were so fast and efficient. Armando was my mover / driver and could not have been kinder. Took extra care of all my items making me feel so confident on their safety during the drive. Cyndi made sure I felt communicated and confident while working with each team member. There are not enough stars for this team.
Moving team was on time, professional, and personable. Every item packed arrived at destination without any breakage.
Oscar, Jose, and Leilani were very professional and punctual with their moving services. It took only an hour to get everything moved out and inventoried. Would recommend!
Allie and Phil were great to work with!! Phil came to our home and explained, in detail, the process, schedule and pricing. He took photos and got us a quote the next day which was terrific. Phil also went to our storage unit and worked with the management there to make sure their large truck could be accommodated on the property. His many years of experience and good advice throughout the move were very helpful. Allie took over and coordinated the driver and our washer/dryer take down and install on the other end of the move. Her enthusiasm and prompt replies were excellent examples of top quality customer service. She proactively called to check in on the pick up day and during the unload which was very much appreciated. James, the driver and loader Jared were amazing. They arrived when scheduled and were professional, careful and quite efficient. They were regularly asking for our direction if there was even the slightest question about a particular item. Those two and the other crew members really know what they doing and enjoyed working with each other. They had a system of packing and loading that gave you confidence our furniture and boxes would be delivered in excellent condition. And, in fact, it did arrive without a scratch! The entire experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Bailey's Moving and Storage. Gary
Christine did an absolutely wonderful job packing up my fragile items. She was thorough and efficient. And Lucas and driver Steven were great at working steadily and efficiently to load the truck. I highly recommend Bailey’s for a cross country move!
I had a great experience with Bailey’s, from Ryan’s quote to Scott, Raffi, Stanley and T’s moving help. They were able to accommodate me after another moving company fell through. They were thorough, considerate and kind during a very stressful time.
I am very satisfied with Bailys Moving and Storage. From the estimate to actual movers, and receiving my furniture at destination. They were very professional and had excellent communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend them for any move cross country.
Josh and Scott did a wonderful job of packing and wrapping my things and putting them neatly in the truck. They were very courteous in keeping the house clean while packing and loading. Very nice guys too. All in all, it went very smoothly thanks to their efficient work.
Crew: Jose & Jeff were very kind, professional, and took great care in packing our things!
Moving crew was effective. Although they were not able to make it to my HHG pack day, they were able to pack and ship all my HHG within a few hours on my ship day. Shout out to Levi, Anthony and Tim.
