We had a really good experience throughout our move. Everyone we worked with responded promptly to emails, calls, and texts during the process. Our coordinator, Allie, was excellent to work with-- always checking in, incredibly professional, and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Our driver and crew were on time during loading and delivery, and they were able to work with us to deliver after our move-in date in our new apartment. Before choosing Bailey's, we received many quotes, and while Bailey's was on the higher end price-wise, we decided to go with them based on the good reviews and excellent communication. We would definitely choose them again.

Everything with Bailey's was very smooth, from the in home estimate through pickup. Price was as quoted. Darren, and Carlos showed up on time, worked hard, and were very professional picking up my stuff. They took care to ensure all of my furniture was properly protected. I'm very happy with the work and value performed so far. Bailey's is an Allied franchise, but due to the length of the move, I'm confident it will be another Allied franchise dropping off my stuff.
We arranged a cross-country move with Bailey's. As a military retiree, I've moved many times and this was by far the best move we have ever had. Everyone from our estimator Bracken to our coordinator Annette helped us get cross-country with no issues. Our driver, Reuben, did a wonderful job of of taking care of our stuff and brought two wonderful crews, one on each end, to load and unload the truck. We had several very expensive and fragile items that I asked Reuben to make sure they were packed extra well and there was no damage to any of these items. We also did not lose anything on this move, a first for us! We appreciate the entire crew on both ends for their professionalism and care during this move.
BEST cross country move & not my first interstate or my first cross country move. Everyone at Bailey's had the utmost professionalism from my first phone call with Barb in the office, Norm who did the walk through & estimate, guys who packed, guys who loaded, guys who unloaded, Cliff the truck driver, Allie who oversaw the entire move including arranging for auto-transport. Fair & reasonable price. On time pick up & delivery. No damage. These people care! Highly recommend!
Jamie Fair, Chance G. and the rest of the crew did an excellent job of getting us moved to our new home. They were highly professional, very polite and extremely careful with all our belongings. I wouldn't hesitate o recommend them to others or use them again myself. Great job!
Lellani, Hola and Lena did a phenomenal job packing up our home! We have a baby so this move has been extra stressful for us. The team was very kind and efficient. They were attentive to things such as baby items and cleaning supplies and checked in with us before packing things they thought we may want left out. By the time they left my stress level had gone down significantly! The only thing that could be improved would be getting an ETA on arrival time the day before.

We had Oscar, Jose B, and Mikeal come out and pack us up today. They did amazing! They got everything packed and ready to go so quickly. I was very impressed with their service.

My fiance & I recently moved from Utah to North Carolina, my company set up our move with Bailey's Moving & Storage. I worked with Kasey Sale and she was great. Very responsive to any questions and she tried her best to make things smooth for us. I decided to put 4 stars because of some early complications with miscommunication on scheduling dates and some trouble getting a response on coordinating empty box removal. Overall the move went smooth and everything worked out.
Jordan, Tavita, Filika, and Andrew were an absolutely fantastic team! They were prompt, fast, friendly, and so easy to work with!
Working with Bailey’s Moving and Storage was truly a pleasure. They were quick and responsive throughout the entire process. Their estimating services were accurate, their moving coordinator (Allie) was top-notch and always followed up to make sure that we were informed and answer any questions, and the actual moving groups were awesome. They communicated well, showed up on time, worked hard to get everything moved and made the entire process easier than I thought that it would be.
The whole crew was amazing: very professional, curteous, and took great care of our belongings. Trey was a terrific leader and was extremely personal and responsive to us even with all the tasks he was handling. Couldn't recommend him more highly-you've got a gem there!
